  1. for someone who doesn't speak fluent english you did very well, and even when you did mis-spell something it was easy to see what you meant. Very nice work, I like how you worded it.
  2. I agree, but it's still a great work:) keep writing:)

  5. I have to agree with what ankitunlimited said. It's extremely reatarded to think you're better than anyone regardless of which religion you follow. NO religion is superior.

    Hello!

hi there & welcome to Xisto:)
  7. No offense but I have read that book soooooo many times and the more I read it, the less sense it made to me, you don't need to BE like anyone in that book, just be YOURSELF, that's who you were created to be. YOU!
  8. It's NOT SLEEP APNEA... The "long beep in your head" is from sitting in front of the computer screen too long. It will also happen if you sit near the tv or a stereo too long or if other large electrical appliances are constantly running around you like freezers, refrigerators, etc. Some people are just super sensitive to this. It even happens to me outside, I can hear the street lights buzzing, and the electricity running through all the power lines outdoors. Which really sucks in the summer when my bedroom window is open. It gets extremely annoying after a while, but I've learned to live with it because nothing can be done about it. Whats happening to your body is a MILD form of paralisys, it is temporary and harmless, but very scary:) It happens to everyone from time to time, usually after a bout of insomnia or when under severe stress of some kind. There's nothing to be afraid of, it's just your body's way of making you RELAX wether you want to or not. Your heart rate, chest preassure and breathing problems are caused by panicking about the paralysis, so next time it happens, remain calm and tell yourself this is only temporary and it will soon pass. The realization of this does not stop the paralysis, but it makes it easier to tolerate. Re: sonesay, that's also what's happening to your brother. Aside from perhaps startling a person, Spirits and Ghosts can NOT physically harm people. But the panic caused by the misguided belief that they can or that he is under attack will cause chest pains and mess with the blood pressure and heart rate, and cause other problems depending on how afraid a person is. But it's important to know that all of those physical problems are self-created and not the work of any supernatural being. Tell your brother to realize that if he can see spirits they mean him no harm, they probably just like his company or need his help.
  9. I do but only if you do it yourself, it takes time to learn what everything means, but once you get the hang of it it makes great sense and is very accurate. The reason i say DIY is because everyone interprets and words things differently and astrology is very personal.
  10. quite true except the last parts. I enjoy life my own way for sure but i pay close attention to the views of others.
  11. That is horrible. I am pro-abortion but it is only depending on valid reasons, ie rape, incest, inability to provide for the child, drug/alcohol/domestic abuse etc, but not for people being promiscuous and just merely refusing to be responsible or just dodging parenthood.
  12. The most common birth control pills are a combination of progesterone and estrogen. (both female hormones).I take pills that are progesterone only (without estrogen), and I have not had any baby blues or post partum depression (my son was just born a month ago), so you may wish to ask your dr about progesterone only pills. They also help with nursing (breastfeeding), the birth control pills with estrogen interfere with lactation (breast milk production). The ones i take are less likey to cause hormonal imbalance.
  13. Hi Jordan, Welcome to Xisto, you've come to the right place:)
  14. I don't know if you've suffered any form of head trauma in a car accident, but I have and that's what this sounds like to me. I'm not a Medical Doctor but I have a feeling you may want to also get checked for diabetes, or high blood pressure.
  15. I'd like to hear what else happened, I really enjoyed reading this, thanks for sharing it:) It would make a great children's story:) You'll have to tell this to your own children, grandchildren & nieces and nephews if and when you have any:) Without the word ***** and the burgalry part though lol.
  16. I have 20/20 vision, however I do wear glasses when reading fine print, or online just to keep my vision perfect by not straining my eyes.
  17. I've lost a few friends to suicide and it makes me sad that they didn't reach out to me first before taking their own lives. I don't think suicide is wrong or stupid, I think it's tragic and horrible that people are made to feel so unbearably useless and unloved that they just give up. It breaks my heart.
  18. 5,860 posts (5 per day)???? holy spam...
