Ahhh, then I am just another website builder hater!Anyways, I know Piczo, what does it do, random pictures and tacky text with each letter colored differently thrown on different areas of the page and it looks like the HTML puked all the alignment out!I haven't used any of them yet, but I do write my own HTML and CSS and then too, I don't call myself a web designer even though I add spices to it through Photoshop CS2, then how can some idiots who "pimp" their profiles on hi5 and also add "bling" and pink with animated blue gifs in the backgrounds of their MySpace profiles...But yeah, it isn't some newbies fault, anyone seeing the word "pimp" will be excited to do that thing they offer as obviously they don't know *BLEEP* about web designing.And now it irritates me less as I see those kind of pages atleast 100 times a day and now I am used to it.

Well, okay so I didn't bother reading majority of the posts above and this point may have been mentioned a lot of times before but one thing is for sure, don't ever utter a word about God in front of an atheist, okay you can utter it but don't point that sentence to him/her as this really pisses atheists like me.I see so many people, around me, daily wishing me "god bless you" and stuff and it really irritates. Okay they might not be actually trying to convert me or something and some might not even know that I am an atheist but that doesn't matter. I don't believe in the "intelligent design" theory and yeah I have no proof of my own that God doesn't exist but I do want to believe that he is just a imaginery character or a imaginery freind of the person who actually started this religion thing back when people didn't even knew languages. They didn't know so much and communities were just like created and no one even looked as human as we do look now and yeah sex and everything was not known till then as reproduction became known to humans much later, then if religion contains things about sex and stuff then I am forced to believe that it has been amended thousands of times.For physical proofs, there are many and it would prove that all religions are true, okay I agree, but then why do we have fights? Okay you might say that it was because of some fanatics but hey what would you do if I say that : THE RELIGION OF *You're religion here.* IS FAKE, SUCKS AND IS OF NO SENSE.Obviously this would boil your head like hell, now call me a fanatic? O_oI am telling you we Atheists get irritated a lot when people speak in this manner to us.So we currently are having this festival known as Naratri and with dancing, we worship Goddess Amba during the 9 days. And as always I didn't want to attend any sort of a thing in that festival and sitting on my PC the whole day would be far better for me. So 2 days ago, the Pooja (process of worship) was to be conducted by my family, me, my mom and my dad. I hesitated a little in joining in it first but then I agreed but I was in no mood. I wasn't even half ready till then time, we had to leave and I was pretty y'know rude kinda guy with the public there as I didn't like the atmosphere at all. And one lady told me that why didn't I bring my friends as this festival is pretty popular amongst the youth but not my friends as half of them are atheists and others are weak atheists. SO I said that I myself didn't want to come for this thing then how can you expect me to bring in my friends in it? The next day I mean yesterday, she told my mom to get me to some BABA (spiritual psychologist) as she suspected that the DEVIL has taken over my mind and now I am really pissed with her and will leave no chance to insult her.

Well, if you really want to get deep and then later on develop your website into big time, start learning HTML from tutorials and believe me it is very easy.But if you only want your current site to look good and stuff and you are not interested into webdesigning, only want to give your site a good look then look for some free HTML softwares like NVu or Evrsoft 1st Page, and if you have Microsoft Office Frontpage, then it is good too.Or, you can also try out the suggestions given by others, as they are good too.

Well, this was really funny and I was laughing alot as I know some girls although not that much as they are only good friends but yeah some do like hitech systems, some are interested into tech things and really some hate that rainbow dream land where they are SUPPOSEDLY dreaming when they are asleep, and I have also known girls who hate sweets.It's just that get to know you're girl first properly and then decide over things...

Well, so this all has happened in life the past two months...I used to be very shy before, now I am too... But now it affects me less.Okay so I had this friend and he used to chat with a girl who used to come for his extra classes, well he wasn't like me and he was a big time flirt so he was not having any problem. So I started going with him to his extra classes as my mom anyways wanted to shift my batch and I was more than happy to be for more than 7 hours a day with my best friend, 5 in school and 2 in extra classes.So nowadays I only used to give a look to that same girl and I never used to talk but I used to wait aside when they both used to speak to each other and so nothing else.Then I found out that as half of the girls in last years batch were from her school they tease a girl in their school by my name and so everyone knows me by my name in her school and yeah we hardly have co-ed schools here so there are seperate schools for girls and boys, and our school is considered to have the most goodlooking and cool guys... So like then I joined Orkut, yes it actually helped me ENLARGE my social circle... So this girl was on my friends list and I just mailed her to stop teasing that girl as we never even spoke last year. Then the next day she sent me an friend invitation as she had heard many strange things about me from my friend and the teachers in my extra classes.Okay so then we started to chat on Yahoo and we somehow became very good friend in like 3 weeks and we even started sharing secrets but we hadn't yet actually met in real life. So this one day we got the chance to meet each other and so we did but we just exchanged some song cds and I didn't actually speak to her but she responded well and I was very happy as I had NEVER EVER spoken to a girl and I thought that I would stammer hundred times but I didn't as I knew her well.So okay the main thing that helped me was me being a different type of a geek, I am good at computers, I know alot about space, animals, all kinds of technology, enegry, day to day life, and I have my own philosophy too which many in my country don't have as they always try to impersonate bloody ****** bollywood stars here! But I sucked at studies as I had this problem, if anyone forced something on me I sucked but if I stumbled on something, I would definately rock in it.So on Orkut I made good friendship with her and even wrote her a testimonial and also scraped her alot, then somehow through this community I created Don Bosco v/s St Annes (our two schools, db is mine and sa is heres) I made a lot of friends in her school, and one was there in last years batch so she knew me a little even though I never used to speak, I used to definitely be heard and my actions spoke alot about me, even though I was not like what my actions used to portray but I was happy that I get some attention.Then I started making people aware of who I am, a rocker, good at computers, and started speaking out my thoughts to people and they all first thought that I am some great guy and then I started to show off my talents although the ones I have are only half of the real ones so people started respecting me, not only girls but buys from my school.Then I got my bass guitar and so y'know I got a little more reputation. Although I haven't met anyone of them, we all stay nearby and they all are in one tutorials where 50% of my school boys go so we are in touch offline and we are all from nearby schools but we are all in SSC and we hardly get time to go out so I think maybe in Diwali vacations I will meet up many of them.Sometimes they call me GreyCell, ComputerGuy or something weird but yeah all I did was envieled myself and showed people who I really was as I am not shy at all on the net.I am still shy but now does it affect me much, and so I believe that the idol thing might work for many guys but I have seen people overdo what others do and land in getting a bad name for themselves.And then with some girls, they introduced me to some more girls and now I have many girls as my friends, though I am interested in none but this has helped me alot.I have started feeling good for being what I am now and not just dream to be someone else like I always did before, now it has not only removed my shyness but helped me in respecting myself the way I am.Hope this would help out some people out there and this all happend in like 2 months and yeah if some goodlooking guys out there try this you might get a girl in like 2 months as I think I am pretty slow even now.

I would life to wish Google happy 8th birthday too, I know them for like 7 years as it was my first site I visited on my own after connecting to the internet on my own, on my own PC so you can say it was the start of my internet life and the first thing I did was searched for how many results my name gives out and used to battle with my friends as to who gets highest results... :PBut at that time too, they looked so good as if they were there from the start and I didn't knew that Google was only a year old... :)Anyways, happy birthday Google and yeah they will take over the world.

Well, on this one I agree with Icemarle, although the idea was quite good but first the downsides are more important as they can ruin this world although the upsides might only increase the smoothrunning.This world would go crazy as because of many more misunderstanding because at times when I speak in normal English to my friends, they think that I am being sarcastic and stuff and really, I have seen that talking in English is a major problem as atleast I cannot express myself properly and yeah I am not stating that the language would be English but I am giving it for an example as it is the most widely known language and an international standard.And I love cultures, okay I find it a pain in the *bottom* to learn the language of my current residing place that is Marathi but yeah I am interested in learning French, Bengali, Punjabi so it's like you can say that I love the diversity in cultures and so I won't like this to happen.But even if it does, I don't mind!

My first computer wasn't branded and it was assembled as by that time I knew many things about computers as I used to be at my uncles house almost 3 days in a week and he was a computer engineer and as my grasping power was good, I learnt many things about his assembled one and actually I never knew that companies create full PC systems.It had a 14" coloured monitor I still remember it was ViewSonic E40 as I got my first computer not more than 7 years back. It had AMD and was slower than P1, I don't remember the exact configuration, it had an SIS motherboard, and pretty much everything that was availble at that time and also I had an HP Desktjet 640C Printer which still works but I don't use it!

Well, I can understand how do you feel as I am going through the same stage. But still I think that Christians have this habit and they are not doing this to offend me as some of my Christian friends are really very nice to me and they always have respected my different views on things when people of my own religion call me idiot, stereotyped, weird, poser and all other crap.What do I believe about this God thing is that, once you go to a God in which you believe and he kind of sooths your heart for the moment and you feel relived is because first of all there is no tension at such places and you know that God will help you and so somehow your brain gets convinced that God has done it because for your brain, he is SUPPOSED to do it.I don't say that I am right, but like you I too believe that I am right as long as I have full faith in my myself rather than someone else.Everyday in the morning of the school we are told to pray to God, everytime in the assembly before exams we are asked to pray to God to help us during exams, and yeah many people say "god bless you" and that kind stuff but I just ignore them but now it is really getting over.Just because I have my own morals and I don't follow some of the SUPPOSED morals it doesn't mean that I am immoral and I am a bad **bottom**, just because of my "I DONT CARE" views on somethings I care less about it doesn't mean that I live in total self denial and I don't care about anything.Well, on the holy books parts, I too believe that they are stories as proven facts show that they have been modified and they are the ones who misguide people in religions, Hinduism doesn't consist of 24000+ Gods, they are just the avatars or the different births but there are only 4 Gods, the creator and three other who are interconnected, Jesus is not god, he is Gods son, some people here say that he is God and yeah Islam is not only a religion, it is like obeying to a lifestyle, which if you follow will lead you to a better life although it was a success due to the religion factor in it and yeah Muslims don't worship Prophet Muhammad but they worship Allah and the prophet is only the messenger between the God and the people.Anyways, coming to the point once again, what I feel is, just try to settle things out with your friends by talking to them, they might understand you and for other people, just try to ignore them.Like currently, there is this festival named "Navratri" going on and we have dances, music and everything on this occasion for 9 days and it is very popular in the college people as it is reported as the time when even 14 and 15 year olds get pregnant, y'know obviously know the reason why and this is considered as a shame to our Indian culture although even I don't totally believe in it. One of my friend yesterday told me that, okay dude forget the whole dance thing, come atleast for the "Aarti" (worship) and I got really angry as that was the biggest reason I hate religous festivals and even if I don't thats someone elses religion, call me a *BLEEP* but I it's not that I don't respect other religions, you have your own views but I am sorry to say that you are influenced and it kills the brains thinking power according to me and yeah I have my own but why do we just need to talk about this!

I like Firefox on top of those all, IE aahhh just the name Microsoft makes me puke, I am just waiting for Diwali vacations when I will have ample of time to practice on Linux and keep a dualboot...Opera, it is quite slow on my computer although everything other runs fine.Netscape, never liked its interface and y'know ease of use matters a lot to me.Firefox is opensource and thats the best part of it, it has hordes of extensions, it is fast, robust and reliable unlike IE and Netscape.I like it alot and I am currently using 2.0 beta 2.

You need to improve a lot as there are many fundamental mistakes in your banner, first of all the choices of colours and that "devil" looks really like a happy stuffed toy.The text is really hardly visible because of the colour matching with the background.Try to add different effects to things, that might make your banner look better or wait did you even use a program like Photoshop or GIMP, I am telling you download GIMP and then everything would be a piece of cake, I have started experimenting with it and first it was tougher than Photoshop but now everything is working well but on that you will need hordes of practice but its worth that much time...

Well, yeah it is cool, I saw a show on this Cryonics thing on Discovery and it was pretty cool, they like made a dead frog and cow alive again and they retained the same habits and also verified their owners... So basically they haven't yet tried it on humans like making someone alive again..
