We just got dial-up internet, and I was sooo amazed by it. I didn't expect the internet to be so colorful I then started making random tables and big colored texts in Frontpage. I also discovered MS Paint, so I drew stuff and uploaded it to my Geocities account. It was a rather black website though, because all the drawings done in Paint were black and white, and I wanted my layout to match it. I had a little profile of myself and a, I believe, Bravenet guestbook. I think I was 13 years old.

In primary school our parents picked us up after class was over, and there was this boy's mom, and for yeaaars we (my classmates and I) used to think it was his grandmother instead of his mom! She was only 40 or 42 years old, but she looked like a mummy. Her eyes and cheeks had 'fallen' so deep into her face, her teeth were seriously brown, her face was wrinkled and looked so 'dry', not 'fresh and fruity' anymore, and yes, she smoked like whoa o__o My teachers, who smoked, were, aside from wrinkly and anorexic-looking, often sick aswell. Also, women who have smoked for years, seem to develop this rather low-pitched voice, they sound like men

I hardly ever use sigs myself, so I won't say I would *use* them, but aside from that I think some of them look awesome. I like #4 and 8 the least, because they would never catch my attention (maybe because I'm a girl ) and the background is filled with effects, but somehow the combination doesn't look very nice. I love #1-3 and 7, those are great! Very neatly and well done May I ask you what the name of the font you used in #1 is? It's amazing how it matches the rest of the sig so perfectly

Lots of those ancient stories and the elegant dragons from Asia are not actual eye-witness reports, they are made up stories, theories...like Cerebral Stasis says. And like I mentioned before, the Chinese found dinosaur bones in the earth, and they based their dragon theories on those findings. They also thought that dragons lived beneath the surface of the earth. About the sightings of dragons in Congo: it all reminds me very much of sightings of the monster of Loch Ness, and Bigfoot in America. But if they do exist, and are really that big as they are in fairytales, then maybe we can check Congo with Google Earth?

They didn't sell fruit at mine ~_O it was mostly the unhealthy stuff containing meat. I remember I sometimes bought the cheeseburgers and in summer I used to buy icecream often I was very happy about that, since you can't bring it from home easily. I remember there was a McDonald's near school, it's probably still there, and then one of us would go there and buy chicken mcnuggets for us. Actually there was some sort of chicken piece offered by our school cafeteria aswell, we didn't want it however, we wanted our food to be from McDonald's such a silly, ridicously brand aware bunch of kids we were @hh89~ Yuck....@~@ thank you for notifying us about this! I'm glad that there are food inspectors out there, otherwise we'd never know anything about what we'd really be eating. My friend also told me that some local restaurants might be catching (or lhiring a special someone to catch) animals *on the streets*, like pigeons, slaughter them and then sell them under the title turkey burger or some expensive and delicate goose meatproduct That's sick, not only because they lie about the product you're eating, but also because pigeons, they seem so full of bacteria's o__o I see them to be eating cigarettes and other junk on the streets aswell.

It's not a very fast way to get your site known, but it does work: become friends with people who own the same sort of website you do. It's not very useful when you run a messageboard but when you own an online magazine for example, you could try to get in touch with others who have an online magazine. When yours is about let's say cars and motorbikes, you might want to be friends with someone who has a website (magazine) about sports. If it's not a *very* commercial project, you might swap banners with eachother for free. Not only do you place eachother's ads on your websites, you might want to personally direct people (plug) to eachother. It's common to notify *your* visitors that your friend (affiliate) updated his/her website.

I made this tutorial exclusively for Xisto.com, so please don't post it anywhere else You *can* do this in Photoshop, but I personally used Portalgraphic's Open Canvas to draw it. I used many steps but I took screenshots of the most important ones. I hope my English is understandable, I'm sometimes not absolutely sure how to call certain things, like 'wrinkles/folds' in the lip. One doesn't really need advanced skills, but it's easier when you know the basic things like choosing a brush, changing the opacity and size and such. I hope you enjoy Step 1~ Choose a skin color and sketch the outline of the lips, draw a nice overall shape, it doesn't need clean lines yet. Step 2~ Start filling in the upper lip. The upper lip always has a slightly darker shade than the bottom lip. I used the airbrush tool for this. Step 3~ Pick a darker color and add some shadow to the upper lip. Step 4~ Also choose a lighter pink to make the upper lip a bit more colorful. Step 5~ Pick a different color and fill in the bottom lip. Step 6~ Add shadow to the bottom lip. Step 7~ I added a blurry white line, again with the airbrush tool, on the border of the lip and the skin. Grab a dark brown color and draw a dark line *between* the lips. Step 8~ Goood! Step 9~ On to the shine, keep using the airbrush, and pick a soft pink *or* a white-ish color with a lower opacity and draw short fat stripes on both part of the lips. Step 10~ Keep going and slap a big light spot on the bottom lip in the meantime as well Step 11~ Lower the size of your airbrush, or you may choose a harder brush, and draw even lighter 'wrinkles' on the lips, these are the highlights. Step 12~ Great, now grab a dark brown-ish color again and draw 'deeper' darker wrinkles. Step 13~ I wanted some more color, so I chose the pink again and added a bit more 'shape' on top of the lips. Step 14~ Defined the bottom of the lower lip a bit better... Step 15~ And added some thicker white highlights on the right side of the upper lip and another white stripe on the left of the upper lip, to make the skin shine. Step 16~ I'm not sure if I like the sparkles, but hey..I had to add some sort of final touch This is our end result Good luck with drawing your own pair of lips and let me know if you have any questions or comments Thank you for viewing!

When I was much younger I used to be religious and believe to believe in all of the 'be good and you'll go to heaven, if you sin you'll be sent to hell' stuffs. But when I got older I started questioning, because I wondered if it'll be really glorious to end up in heaven. Wouldn't it be boring (as hell ) if you live in an absolutely perfect place *forever*? So that brought me to the conclusion that I didn't want to go to heaven, but ofcourse I wouldn't want to be tortured in hell till the end of times. It got me confused, and after that I believed that the spirits of dead people would walk around on earth, to stay with their loved ones. But that thought also didn't appeal to me later, because what's so fun about seeing your lovely wife hooking up with a new dude after you died, for example. Nowadays, years later I prefer to believe that there's is really nothing at all after death. Your machine, your body, just quits working, and your spirit will *not* end up in a dark empty place, it will just stop existing. That's what I hope.. I must say that does outer body experiences do interest me a lot btw. Not that I think they make sense, but just because I'm curious to the tricks your brain might play on you, when it's deficient of oxygen for example.

I'm so used to seeing newbie-subforums in the upper part of the forum index instead of hidden somewhere in the lower part I'm a girl btw and somehow I have the feeling that there are very few female members around here. My English is still far from perfect, I'm trying my best and you may feel free to correct me when you see me making mistakes :)In the past I used to stay away from these sort of offers, in which you have to stay active in a forum in order to receive hosting in return. I've never really trusted that sort of websites. And even when they looked 'real' I disliked the domain names because they use the yucky word 'free' in it, which just always alerts me that I'll probably be flashed to death by the blinking banners and be buried by the countless casino pop-ups on that website The rules over here look pretty strict, but I'm glad about that, because it's what keeps the forum happy and clean.Ah, what more...I'm currently learning Japanese and I love illustrating. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give an example of my work over here, so I'll just tell you that I like the more darker art, with morbid themes, I like horror movies aswell. Maybe they did exist, but they'd probably be called just 'dinosaurs' nowadays. The pterosaurs was a flying reptile. Combine it with a non-winged alligator-head-ish dinosaur and there is your dragon. And like cots, I don't see how and why an animal would spit fire And yes, the big-bang (in theory) is referring to the overall creation of the earth , long looooong before any animal or plant and such existed. I believe you meant to refer to the asteroid/meteorite/volcano theories. If dragons ever existed, they lived *after* the big bang and before the Egyptians and the Greek lived, otherwise I'm pretty sure they would have noted their existence down somehow. Knights lived during the middle ages. During that period of time the Church and everything already ruled, and they never reported the existence of dragons.Also, if I remember it correctly, the Chinese used to find dinosaur skeletons and they thought those belonged to dragons.

A relationship is never perfect in my opinion, I think it's actually about how you deal with the imperfections. Where exactly did it go wrong? I assume she didn't stop talking to you all of a sudden. You are not giving us many details, but then try to think and analyze for yourself atleast what could be the reason for her to break up with you. You say that she doesn't want to talk to you. What happens when you write her a calm email, asking for an explanation in a respectful way? You see, I can imagine that someone would not answer a certain person, when the latter is acting all paranoid and desperate, calling her 30 times a day and sms-ing things like 'Oh noez1111 *BLEEP*..why aren't u replying me anymore?!!!!111one1111eleven111!!11 Talk 2 me plzzzzzz' I'm not saying that you are a boy like that But sometimes partners 'suffocate' eachother in a relationship, often without realizing. Sometimes people don't commicunate with their partner very well, which might result in one ignoring the other person. Anyway, guys, please don't tell him that maybe he sucked at kissing ;_;, even when it's meant as a joke, he might actually get insecure about his kissing(/sexual performance and all that) after reading that, whether it was or was not the real reason for him losing his gf. I think I love dark wave and goth techno the most, but that doesn't mean I hate other types of music. I guess I enjoy all types of music, but I like rap the least, maybe because of the singing/rapping, I like to be able to sing along. In any case, I often like my music to sound surreal or dark, it should 'lead me to other worlds'

I guess there is no real solution for this, all I can say is: enjoy your weekends with her to the fullest, and motivate her to make it, her new 'life', as fun as possible Two years will probably pass very soon!

Yes..boys..please keep your nails short and clean Seeing long (dirty) nails on a guy is quite a turn-off, and this not only goes for finger nails but for toe nails aswell, unless your name is Kenichi Ito for example There is some sort of nail oil and when you treat your nails with it, they'll gain more elasticity and they'll look shinier! The 'diet' you posted, AnGeL KiSS, sounds excellent, but I do wonder how many people actually abide by it. I, for instance, absolutely detest carrot juice

I can stand blood and the pain, but my arm hurts afterwards, which I *do* mind. Also, the vaccination which I got when I was younger has left a really ugly scar on my arm.I get really scared when picturing a *huuuuge* needle though, I'd be very afraid of it being stuck *so* far in my arm that it will hit and scrape the bone in my arm +_____+ *shivers*
