  1. None of them are really official except for Peter Pan in Scarlet because J.M. Barrie didn't leave it to Disney he left it to the Children's Hospital who gave permission for Peter Pan in Scarlet. But I understand what you're saying...
  2. I read it awhile ago. There is a sequel to it called 'Peter and the Shadowthieves' which I'd only recommend if you've read the first one and enjoyed it. I'm a big fan of Peter Pan so I've read most of the books out there that have to do with him: 'Capt. Hook: The Adventures of a Notorious Youth' is excellent, 'Wendy' is okay, and another one of my favorites is 'Peter Pan in Scarlet'If you like these books you'd probably enjoy reading Inkheart and Inkspell by Cornelia Funke. It's going to be a trilogy and Inkheart the movie comes out I think early 2008...Long Live the Hook! =PAlso, I'd recommend 'The Kingdom Keepers' by Ridley Pearson (co-author of Peter and the Starcatchers) it takes place in a Disney Setting. It's not bad either but it's meant for younger readers keep in mind!
  3. I spent a lot of time on my entry for such a simple look. The render goes with the theme (EASTER) as it is an Easter Lily. Here is EASTER:
  4. I made these before vacation and never posted them...Please rate and comment. Any suggestions are appreciated--thanks! ^I resized this one because it was originally a banner for a website template I was working on^ ^Simple...maybe too simple?^ ^This one I know needs some work and a detailed border--not so plain...If you can help please don't be shy! ^
  5. Thanks for the advice, I just learned how to blend and I tried to--I didn't 'slap on' the renders at all but maybe I accidently changed it? They don't look the same as when I made them...on the Rascal Flatts the text is supposed to be the main thing it's not really a sig but still I appreciate the criticism.
  6. Well, my entry doesn't have that sleek modern look but I like the old-fashioned style, anyway, not the best but still something: >>Thanks for the tip KuBi
  7. Personally I don't like the font but the rest of it is awesome. The indigo/purple color is not something everyone is doing and I think it looks good with the lighting and it works with the brushing techniques. If only you could find a render for it...hmmm
  8. Not really my taste or style but the effects are good...lots of sparkles...I don't like the font but that's just me I give it a 6/10
  9. Absolutely amazing! It looks clean and fresh...am I complimenting the laundry or your site?! lol :-) It really looks organized and profesional but not uptight, stiff, or boring. The colors are just right--not too bright yet inviting at the same time. As soon as you get members I'm sure it will definately take off. I've got no bad remarks on it whatsoever. Brilliant!!
  10. Okay, my first SOTW entry and not very good since grunge brushes and me don't get along very well, but here it is anyway:
  11. As far as I know you have to open it in a program and then 'save as' under another file type and since you can't open it anywhere I don't know of any way you can change it. Sorry :-(
  12. I love it! It looks really amazing and by keeping it simple made a statement. I didn't have a problem at all reading the text, I think it looks just right the way you made it. My rating is a 8/10
  13. Personally not my style, it's unique and different but I like it. It's got energy with the sparks and everything and I think the bright colors add to it a lot. The only thing I think that throws it off is the white spot being in the middle, either way it's still cool!
  14. Well, I think they are a bit of grunge style (not brushes...) but I've never really done a true grunge--I'm an abstract at heart. Anyway, comments and constructive crticism and any other info that will help is appreciated :-) Thanks! *Keep in mind please that I'm new and just started so if you can expand on any advice you have... >>Thanks Plenoptic! >>I just finished this one, there's something not right about it but I can't quite put my finger on it... Same as above--any comments/criticism/advice >>I'm on a roll and I feel no need to make a whole new post so...
