  1. I'm torn between choices, you really put me on the spot here!Ok, if the two games were in front of me this instant, I'd probably pick up Halo, because I don't have a Playstation and picking up Final Fantasy VII would be useless! :blink:On the other hand, if I had both consoles, I'd choose FF7 over Halo, since I haven't played it as much.
  2. But we already know that Saddam isn't innocent, so we can't make a mistake. Also, why should he have the right to take thousands of peoples' lives if we can't take his? I say he should burn in Hell for all eternity, no doubt that's where he'll go when he dies.

    Anti-communism

Not true. Cuba is a communist country, and they work just fine. Well, better than all the other countries who attempted it anyway. China is still technically a communist country. The only problem is that the ordinary citizens in China have been fed propoganda that their country is doing better than every other counrty in the world by isolating individual communication to the rest of the world (for example, internet keywords such as "freedom", "equality" and other such words are blocked from the web using nationwide filters). And there are cases here in England that communism will work. With the growing cases of assaults and stabbings in and around my area, and with large groups of "chavs" (Ack) hanging around the streets, all our current law enforcement can do is tell them off, and get their phone numbers, in which case they'll probably give false ones. Now, if we were a communism, these groups of people walking around causing trouble will no longer be told off, but threatened by the army that if they didn't leave and get off the streets, well, you can guess what happens then. Not a nice thing to be thinking about, but extreme problems call for extreme solutions.
  4. Ack, leaving comprehensive school was nasty. I wanted to go back, but to be honest I'm glad I went to college and not 6th form.Anyway, I'm sure you three will fit in just fine. It'll be nice to have some more active members in the gaming forum. I live there I suppose. Rarely check any other forums :lol:Enjoy your time here.
  5. Wow, these pictures are awesome! They look like something I'd find on a postcard, not a forum. Are you a professional photographer? If not I think you ought to give it a shot.
  6. Sure they could. How about forensics? When your friend was being dragged, a hair may have fallen from one of the attackers. They could also find skin cells on his clothes. He could give a description of the attackers, and the police could track them down. With intense questioning, they should find all 4 attackers, surely.Oh and Ishwar, I'm sure it's not easy watching someone get stabbed. That kind of thing would make me scream and possibly make me paranoid while on the streets. (What, with the growing CHAV population here.)
  7. Is that all what they ACTUALLY do? They can be put out of business for that!
  8. Well, according to the Guinness book of Records 2003, the biggest producer of anti-matter is a laboratory in Batavia, Illinois, USA, and produces around 100 billion protons of anti-matter every hour. This adds up to to about 1 billionth of a gram every year. At that rate of production, we won't have a significant amount of anti-matter to store. Not for a very long time. I don't think we're going to see an anti-matter storage device for hundreds of years.
  9. Hidden Rare Items: There will be a super rare item or summon in a nearby cave that some elder has divulged to you. This item will sometimes be incredibly easy to obtain. Why then, does nobody else go and get it? It's as if it's reserved for you, and nobody else can touch it.
  10. I spend nearly all of my net time on forums, MSN and...Actually, that's it.
  11. Is it dead? Not by a long shot. Half-Life 2, Halo, Command & Conquer, they're all sci-fi, and they are far from dead, my friend.
  12. It's a difficult choice. The Xbox 360 is an absolutely amazing system, but unless you get a game with it, it's near enough useless. In order to play origional games on it, you either need a connection to Xbox live, or you need to download a patch from the internet and burn it to CD every month or so to get backwards compatibility. Below is the list of all the original Xbox games the 360 is able to play with the current patch: Compatibility List Of course, you don't need to look at that if you're keeping your original Xbox though now, do you? Also, for a first game I recommend The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I spend hours on the game (48 hours total play time ftw!)
  13. Ack, this sounds like a situation up my end. I mean, I'm not directly involved in it but my best friend (let's call him Guy A) started going out with someone called Girl A, and Guy A is a bit of a control freak. He told her to stop talking to her best friend, Guy B, who's help her out for 5 years (She was very insecure when Guy B met her).Anyway, over time she realised what was going on after Guy B just walked away and didn't get involved. She and Guy A on the verge of breaking up now. So close. He's my best friend and all but, I feel it's best if they split up.So, the moral of the story is JasperIK's idea. Just leave it.
  14. Well, you learn to understand I exaggerate a lot. SimCity 2000 was my favourite of the series. So simple, yet so entertaining.
  15. More like 40 years old. It's a DOS game Simcity 5 you say? Well I've played every single SimCity game, and I loved them all. Even if SimCity 5 is as hard to understand as you make it out to be, I'm still gonna buy it. I like complicated games.
  16. Wow, that really is messed up. Is there really a warp zone? You know, on the real unhacked game.
  17. It would be cool living in Morrowind. You can carry knives around (Not that I do) and cast really cool magic. And you can cast the super mega uber jump spell to send yourself hurtling through the air. Of course, we haven't figured out how to land yet but every silver lining has it's cloud I guess.
  18. Wow, it isn't long is it?So I take it the last book will bet by then?
  19. This looks good. I may just get this game when it's released...

    Xbox 2

Xbox 2? I never heard of it. Although I HAVE heard of, and own, an Xbox 360. They're much more powerful than the original Xbox, work on a HDTV, and have some pretty good games for it (Oblivion).Unfortunately if you want to play original Xbox games on it, you can't. Or, not many at least.
  21. That looks like possibly the most origional game concept I have ever seen inm my life, seriously. This is a game that definitely deserves a place on my Christmas list I can tell you that now.
  22. My favourite RPG game has to be half-life 2.If you want my favourite stat-building RPG, mine would be Morrowind, even though my Xbox broke shortly after getting it, so I never really got very far.
