  1. In my opinion, it ought to play like the Sims 2 for the Xbox, where you have direct control of your sim, (Push up and it walks up, etc.) that would make it much more fun.
  2. I guess this is a good place to ask. Is it possible to transfer credits from the Xisto Affiliate site, Xisto, because I posted up to 30 credits there, and got approved hosting on condition, that condition being to have to host here (because most of my posts were gaming oriented), thus having to earn my credits all over again.
  3. Hi Brandon, enjoy your time at Xisto. You made a good choice for webhosting. And people say nothing's free any more, well they're fools.
  4. Yeah it's a great book, something I would definitely recommend to anyone.
  5. Runescape gets horribly repetetive. My brother still plays and I wonder why. When your friend is online you all go to meet and then you jus walk around together doing nothing in particular. If I wanted to do that I'd go outside.
  6. The Urbz is a very different game, as you do not build houses as often but more control your Sim directly. Unfortunately, I never bought this game for myself (The first in the series I didn't) so I am unable to help you. I never thought it would be any good anyway.
  7. Ok, so you want to make a sort of 3D maze game on the internet? I think I have a way, but instead of flash, use Java. Using 3D webmaker you can design a 3D website. Clicky That is where you download the software, and people who view your site will only need a browser and java!
  8. Ok, if you want it to disappear, make it activate a switch. Lets make that "Local Switch A". Then, at the top of the event page, click "Make new page".When that page is created, levae it blank, except set the preconditions to only work if "local switch A = on".That should work.
  9. I had an idea. Since you earn more points by typing more into a post, would it work if you typed you post, with loads of gibberish towards the end, and then edited the post and deleted the extra stuff? Here's an example: Then, a second after posting the user deleted the last part, leaving you with: Are the extra points earned by the gibberish subtracted or do they stay?
  10. I think Gran Turismo games are the most realistic you get, but I don't find realism entertaining. Burnout games I think are much more fun because of the insane speeds you can reach.
  11. I've just finished reading Eragon and now I'm moving on to read Eldest, and I gotta say, what a great book! It's a fantasy novel by Christopher Paolini about a young boy about 15 years old who finds a blue stone. It turns out to be a dragon inside and he and his dragon, Saphira, travel the world seeking revenge for the death of his family. The story unfolds as he forms alliances and enemies and travels to exotic locations. I'll not say anything else in case someone is only a little way into the book because I don't want to spoil anything. So, has anyone read these two books and what is your opinion?
  12. I think it's great how there's absolutely no adverts and it's completely free! It's great how you only have to post frequently on a forum because I do that a lot anyway.
  13. I'm thinking about getting it. Is it really worth ?50 though? I mean, that's quite expensive compared to other games I've bought.
  14. CoD games are great. Very realistic with the "one or two hits you're dead" kinda thing.
  15. Yeah, if I were you I wouldn't bother with it.
  16. Xbox is the best. The graphics, gameplay and overall multiplayer qualities far outmatch the PS2. Even the "pull of the table by accident by pulling on a controller" is solved with the extra connection on the controller.
  17. That looks quite good, and some of those were quite funny
  18. If you do get a water cooling system, be very careful when assembling it. A friend of mine got one and it leaked. Yeah, not a good combination. A few crackles were heard before a loud rumble started, soon enough black smoke was billowing out of the CD tray, which was open at the time. I dived and pulled the plug just after the computer closed itself down.Luckily, only the disk drive and a RAM slot were damaged. But none-the-less, be careful.
  19. Best multiplayer game you say? Hmm... I'm going with C&C Renegade. The fact that you can have different character classes and multi-capacity vehicles screams teamwork. For example, one person may be an ordinary soldier driving a tank, while another is an engineer. The engineer can hide behind the tank and repair it, protecting both of them. APCs are good fun too. The driver rushes into the middle of a base the about 5 other men pour out and slaughter everyone. You can also use a headset to chat to others. By shouting people further away can hear you, and by whispering only the people closest to you can hear. It's really quite a fun game when multiplayer. And then of course, there's the people who spoil it by changing teams at the last minute leaving one or two people on their own...Meh, nothing a flame tank can't fix.
  20. I had an idea. how about SimCity 4 goes online?Ok, you pick a region to join, and you start to build up your city, as usual, but when you connect to the next city, things become more interesting. You have to formulate trade routes. You neighbour may have high tech industry, thus demanding electronic parts. And he/she can either pay you back through cash or other goods. These trade routes influence city growth. Now, if you own the Rush Hour expansion pack, you can do frieght U-Drive It missions, where you have to drive to a destination, in a neighbouring city! When you pass your city border, you then appear in the next city. You don't know where to go, except that there is a road map at the bottom. The other player can also see you flying about all over the place.Well, it's just an idea. So, what do you think? Good, or bad?
  21. I am really looking forward to this now. The screenshots look so detailed, and that trailer was just fricken sweet! I felt all strange inside. I can't wait until it comes out now, next year though
  22. Universe 4 isn't hard. That's where I started. I haven't been attacked once.
  23. I have been waiting for this day... If this is anything as good as Tiberian Sun then I'm gonna get it the day it's released..............*Begins shaking uncontrollably and frothing at the mouth*
  24. 1) Half Life 2 (Just fricken awesome!)2) Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun3) Conker: Live and Reloaded4) Halo5) Empire Earth - (Anyone play online?)
  25. I've played every Half-Life game released and they are freakin awesome! The array of weapons on every single game... Half-Life 2 has to be my favourite out of the lot. I want the new Half-Life Chapters when they come out for the Xbox. (My PC is much too crappy to run a Half-Life game)
