i like and use cute ftp professional from Globalscape. i belive i had to enter a serial for it, but it was worth the time of searching. Its easy to use and i find it fast, not certain if others upload/download faster (only ever used cuteftp). as well Globalscape has a free/trial version so you dont need to install the professional (cost) editon.

i believe this is, a joke. what he is saying (i believe) is that a way to solve the problem (you getting erros) is to nop the error reporter. error_reporting("0"); is used to disable reporting error i believe. so basicly get rid of errors by not seeing them

yes i use http://www.dafont.com/de/ as well for my fonts. are all the sites listed above free to download some/all of the featured fonts? i am sometimes amazed by the range of fonts actually out there, i saw one on dafont that used a combination of contorted cartoon 'male parts' to make the letters lol. im also sometimes amazed how people can attempt to make money off of something as simply as writing a letter differently than other people... bizarre

lmao i dont understand why "ppl" complain about grammer and spelling... and put periods at the end of theirs sentences yet dont capitalize I's or beginning letters of a sentence... most of my 'thoughts' are run on and do not have the time to be slown down by matters of puncuation and grammer etc. as well whats with ALL THESE PEOPLE on these forums always have a blank space or like one word filled out on a line then start a new one. i really dont understand the point of it, unless it is to make them look like their post is bigger or maybe will qualify an other non qualifying postlmao,lol,r,u,y,rofl,c have greatly improved but reading and 'typing' times where the rules of language are not scrictly inforced... so why disapprove?

I was wondering, since i did not see it posted anywhere if first and foremost if having an IRC client on Xisto subdomain hosting is allowed? and if it is not against any rules do any members know how i would go about installing a private (free) IRC client on my subdomain. as well i have package two(which admin has told me to use my space effectivly) with the 1000mb bandwidth, with a frequently used IRC, i dont run the risk of using up the bandwidth... right? any suggestions or comments would be a great help..

i just had this problem... trying to put in a redirecter. i tried clearing cache and everything and still would not work. you have to look in farther for another index.html file. i did not edit the one in the pubic_html as you said you did. i edited both the index underneath the main folders, as well as edited/uploaded a different index.html withing the www folder. see if this works for you.

socom may be a tactical game and gives the option to look through the gun.... but it is not a first person shooter. it is a third person shooter. appearntly killzone is a really good FPS for the ps2 console. so the company that made halo isnt? or the platform that it plays on isnt? or the company that made the platform isnt? how can you say, with any confidence that "HALO2 pwns everything else that suxors and it best thing ever cause it 1337"? it is a good game, and a great first person shooter, but did not deserve the hype that it got, nor the 'best game ever' titles that were thrown aroundthe reason halo2 sold so much on intial day (including preorders) was because xbox had one good game, which came out roughly same time as console, and was bought by almost any xbox owner, then xbox/mircosoft failed to produce any games even comparing to halo, so all xbox owners could do was wait for the sequeal. Just as the will wait for Halo3 halo2 is not the best game ever, nor deserves to be called it

i like gmail by far the best. with its excellent storage and fast services. i recently got my 'free 250mb upgrade' from hotmail, yet hotmail is much slower, and still has less storage than gmail. i think once gmail is released to the public, public accounts may be more limited 500MB storage or something as well the service will more than likely slow down with alot more users on it. but until that point i will still favor gmail above hotmail, yahoo etc. ps my school board purposely 'slows down' access the the hotmail sites. has anyone else experienced something similar to this, maybe involving another common email provider?

school isnt that bad. middle school school is quite horrible as it gives the impression of newer thing compared to elementery but it is just as limited. middle school allows you to select.. close to nothing besides choosing which art form you would like to take. high school is great. im currently in grade eleven and had three, must corses [math, english religion(dam catholics)] and then my five optionals. although my school does not offer a hugmongous selection it still offers stuff like auto tech, comp tech, law, multimedia and good *BLEEP* like that. i hated middle school but i like high school so much more. college is best... cant wait

a free html edior is... wordpad. As well my school uses dreamweaver and i think it basiclly puts in the actual coding for you so you can do your work faster (kinda like VB6), but you dont really learn the actual coding. You can download the trial for it at http://download.cnet.com/windows/..... and use that and purchase it (or get a crack). for a little practice find a index.html and just open and edit in wordpad and upload through your ftp, see what kind of changes you can make by yourself (just little practice)

i also recently installed Dev-C++ and have tried learning it through the help files etc and when i talk to people about certain commands, they will not know what im talking about or tell me to use other ones, because of the different 'libraries/ reference files' so it has become confussing to learn. I also have Visual Studio 6 (downloaded for free) and it has Visual C++ in it but i cannot access help files and its a huge thing to install. I wish all languages had one set of commands (not one world wide set, just one function for the same thing), but i dunno, it might 'limit' abilities, so ill have to learn what i can for now.

Seems very likely that it is true. A bullet-proof title(lol) like 'more terroism' is bound to get peoples attention. And most people are probably stupid enough to download something a run it right away, im surprised it is passworded though. And if it is an exe with a password, that might give people large hints, there wasnt much descryption of the virus in the above post, just how it was being past. I wonder exactly what the 'dropped files' on the harddrive do and what emails it is able to access.One time i was playing socom2 and my friend was on the computer and 'accidently' downloaded something form... he didnt know who... and didnt know what it was. I found it the next day when I computer had sent like 10000 emails going through a @hotmail.com list or something, -Jammer2nd-, it was easily removed tho

it really is not that much work orion. and it is not loaded through a ethernet cable or anything like that. you have to have a xbox with a modchip so that you can play burnt games, then you download the PAL version of the game off of a freeware site or whatever and burn it onto a dvd and you can play. i find it hilarious that people are like, so its leaked, so what? it is the FULL version and was available what like a month before the actual game. and i believ it has full online capabilites (no DNAS on xbox i believe) and everything and it was free for those people who have the PAL version (despite the cost of a dvd-r). if i owned an xbox i would have the mod chip and the PAL version, save what 60 bucks for the game and get it a month early... seems like a sweet deal to me for not alot of work.

what makes a driving game a driving game? comparing three very different games together is, odd. GTA is more centred around missions and reputation and of course money. Grand Turismo is a 'realistic' driving game with racing tracks and racing cars. NFSU has unrealistic tracks and little 'real life' control but nice suped up cars. I would not have a made a poll comparing these 3 games, but my choice was NFSU because it actually centred around driving/racing and its online capabilites.

wow i never really see anyone say turing, yet it is what i learnt on in computer class last year and this one. i got tought the basics but nothing real interesting so i pretty much taught a good chunk of it to myself through the help file. when attempting to make... really low class games i have found that turing has a great deal of limitations (forked sound makes it stall for atleast one second). i am currently trying to learn Dev-C++ and a little vb6 but i was told that vb teaches poor programming skills, so i dont not spend alot of time on it.edit: i also am learning java next year in grade 12xboxrulz... have you made anything interesting in turing?

with any problems with any programs you should consider uninstalling one of the problomatic programs and seeing how you are more than likely on a windows system you cannot directly unistall IE, so try removing msn messenger (especially if it is the one that is like: windows messenger )and msn explorer and see if anything has changed. if there is no luck there, try and search google for an older IE, i use 5.5 or something and that might fix the problem. if it isnt those consult mircosoft help.

wow.... holy *BLEEP* everything is always combined these days. that looks like a good investment and its cool that it has a camera and can play both movies and mp3, but can it record video as well? if not... it is a step behind the cell phones. no doubt any new ipods will have the features in the near future

so these new lasers, are they used only when creating the dvd (burning) or reading as well? and im assuming they will improve dvd picture qualities. since sony is using the blu-ray ones for the ps2 and has the backing of dell and HP, i think sony will be successful. the only thing i do not understand is that if they blue replace the red lasers and are built on the same technology then what is the huge difference between the two that would need two different formats?

lol, yo you have read it carefully before u reply. i said halo1 beats socom1s offline, but since it doesnt have online.... it loses there. and socom2 beats halo2 all round, i dont care what the xbox people say. xbox people can only defend the crapbox with halo/halo2 as the are the only good exclusive xbox games, and not even halo anymore as it is for pc as well, soon to be halo2 aswellif you want mircosoft games.... get a pc not a xboxps2 owns

sooo many things wrong with this statement. PS2 HAS A REMOVABLE HARDDRIVE, meaning if you do not wish to purchase sony offical 40gb harddrive you can purchase a larger 1 (120gb) and it will work, as long as you have the format disk. If you have the HDLOADER you can copy the games onto the harddrive, and if it gets full you can store them on your comp, as well as edit the games scus and reburn it back onto the HDD. Ps2 has free online, which XBOX does not. XBOX has 2 good exclusive games: Halo and Halo2 while ps2 has many. XBOX has...slightly better graphics on select games, but it came out like 2 years afterwards therefore, definatly should b much more improved than it currently is.Ps2 currently is better, Ps3 will decimate XBOX

I feel the PSP will be about 3 times better than the DS. PSP has wireless lan, as does DS. PSP has wireless internet, DS does NOT. PSP can play psp games, movies, mp3, DS can play older Gameboy games. DS has a second (almost useless) screen, while the PSP has long, good size screen. DS has a longer battery life. PSP has the screen centered with a 'proper setup of buttons', DS does not.My vote, and Money will go to the PSP

i hate ie, so i first used netscape but found alot of problems with certain sites, i love Mozilla Firefox 1.0 because it has the great stuff from both Netscape and IE and little of the garbage. Built in pop up blocker as well full funtionality with all sites and flash etc. The only i dont like is that certain programs run directly to IE (msn) and that IE cannot be unistalled off of a Windows OS

i understand what you are saying, but no i do not reward the makers buy stealing. any good games i will pay for, because i understand the huge amount of work thats goes into it. Items i will 'steal' are those that are available for free at some point. take winzip for example, it has a full free trisl as well there is a program filzip, both doing same thing as full version of winzip, but i perfer winzip, so in that case i would yes, get the crack for the program.

lol zeus, orion and stealth? didnt think id see all three of your post in one section together. if this 'poll' is socom1 vs halo1, i would probly vote for halo1 offline, because it has a good multiplayer, but s1 beats it online... because it has online!. if this poll concerns s2 comapred to halo 2, my vote is for socom2. it has great online, for free and a good single player. halo2 has xbox live.. which costs$ which i dont wanna pay for since i already pay my ISP enough as it is, and halo2 has a poor, short single player with a bad ending 'cliff hanger' as to ensure hype about halo3, which would be xbox's 3rd good exclusive gamexobx has nothing but the halo series in my eyesvote for playstation more times than not, i mean wheres mircosofts XBP?... no where
