how do you get revenge by inviting people for a lan party? i liek playing on consoles because you can play on big screen tvs and their can be like 4 people playing all on 1 console... as well with consoles online gaming i now enjoy that as well....id rather be sitting on my couch playing on a console than hunched over a keyboard and hand gripping the mouse. i dont mind comp games tho

r u sure that isnt a google adsense refferal? like where you recommend someone to a program (usual to do with hosting and/or advertising) and you get a little bonus yourself for their sign up. im not accusing u of trying to make profit off of unknowning people but as no9t9 said. adsense doesnt require an invite.

the new hosting system works very well and was a great idea. it isnt hard to make a post a day, i realise people have such hecktic lives and all but when you get the extremely rare chance to take a few minutes and make a posts if it is a good length your covered for around 2days if not more. the system teels you exactly how long you have, and they dont delete an account right away, i dont understand why people complain about their accounts being suspended... it takes a few posts and then they work again, dont bite the hand that feeds you. i love this system, it requires users of service to b active

to start is anyone familiar with turing?have you made any applications in it?have you made any... decent games in it(2d)?i have found turing has its limits, sounds seems to slow it down immensely without properly calling the process, picture memory is limited, are just a few things ive noticed.i have managed to make a crappy game using predefined graphic functions with it (Draw.FillBox etc) and the pictures seem to turn out less than desirable. also i have improved by using File pictures, insted of drawing them. im still learning yet i am held back because my teacher wont let me go on.anyone have an opinon on turing or an example of what they can do with it?

i find norton anti virus to be more of a hassle than anything on my system. i currently have it disabled because of the constant warnings and 'tips' it 'provides'. i have talked with other people about this, and have set up someones new computer that they have little knowledge about and the responses i get are the same, people are annoyd with it.do you find it protects well? do you find it too intrusive? any other anti virus programs you prefer over norton?

yea i had to log in with mine and all the disconnects really turned me off. im not sure of the current pricing of DSL but my cable internet is 40$/month and my cell phone os same provider so its like 75$/month for cell and internet. not bad

i like the ps2s games and online better than xbox's but its hard to deny that as a standard the graphics are better, but for only the reason that it came out like what 2 yrs later than ps2 original release? so ofcourse there should have been improvements. i think the ps3 will be great but im hoping it is incompatable with ps1 games or else it will hold back the ps3's graphic capabilities.i doubt the 'nextbox' will be xbox1 compataible. the improvements i want on the new ps3 would be a faster processor and a standard HDD and better online upkeep. i would buy ps3 over xbox2

i liked phpBB and all the mods that were accessible for it, but recently i have switch to phpNuke Platinum 7.6.0, it is amazing. it has over 200 preinstalled mods and i find the mods more 'involved'. ex 'points mod' with phpNuke platinum you can rewards users points for clicking banners. just an example but i like it. i will be interested as well to see what "Olympus" is like, and i may consider a switch back if it is good enough, but for now im enjoying phpNuke platinum.

i think cable is the better choice. ive had both and with dsl i had frequent disconect problems as well as the speed wasnt great. cable however i like because it is connected 24hrs/day and diconnects me alot less. and my internet provider has like 'high speed cable'(low speed) and 'ultra high speed'(fast speed) and the 'ultra' is great speed. the only time i would choose dsl over cable is if i was surrounded by cable internet subscribers

no they didnt. GUI was xerox's invention. Mac offered to help them with it, ie market it,improve it. So mac went to xerox found out exactly how it worked and then made their own version of it. Windows and Mac evolution info (good movie)

its only supposed to be korea and NSTC servers that can access the international server currently. PAL and Jap and what ever the f**k australlia is cannot access the same server we do currently.

if you think about it....... thats an old ps2. the newer ones are like a 1/3 of the size. the caseing on the ps2 is modded thats all. there are sites where you can special order ps2 and pick one of the kool cases that they have. did anyone ever get the point of the ps2 horizontal stand? wasnt that just one of the hugest rip-offs sony has ever produced... cause its already horizontal. thats ps2 looks kool, but its not new

Wow this is.. a little sad. Are you aware of what xlink is? it is a program which uses a router cable to act like a system link cable. so you can use the internet to play others in lan type games. useful for halo as it has lan but not online. DS has wireless lan, so does it even have a place to connect a system link cable? and it cannot use internet.. because its not euipped to do so. PSP has wireless online, not ds. there would be little point in an xlink 'online ds lan' game. the games are not worth it to go through the trouble of configuring your wire router to work with a ds. this wont happen... its simply not worth it

most people who buy their own games/system arent little kids. they dont ask mommy and daddy for their games so they would perfer to buy PSP. i plan on getting the PSP as it has so many more features. DS is still using cartriges.. PSP can play dvd's cd's and psp games. as well both have wireless lan but PSP also has wireless online. DS has what a little pen u can write with and a touch screen? PSP will be better.

online games are much better than offline. online games are always different. you play against different people who use different tactis. AI is always scripted... and face it... an AI is either beatable or unbeatable. if the designers wanted to they could make AI's perfect but then everyone would b upset the only problem with the imperfect AI's is that they dont improve like you do. some games try to allow ai skill to improve with you (Red Faction 2, the more you use bots the more points they get, the better they can get.) but the player always has the ability to limit the bots skills. player vs player is great because one person cannot controll the outcome. since my comp is a piece of garbage i play ps2 online which is great for shooters (3rd and 1st), vs and rpgs are apperently good on it to.if your good at a game you beat it, and its always the same, but online it is always a different game

i have it all set up now but its brutal the pay on adsense. i get like .03 a click when the person goes and clicks around like 10 times at the site. i find my search is doing much better and has accumulated 6X as much as the adsense in 4 days. also to anwser my own question earlier on, google only sends cheques if the balance is above $100, if not it is rolled over till the next month. and apperently the cheques are mailed like 2-3 weeks after end of month...

the reason why is wasnt made as small intiailly is for one reason, expansion bay. notice when the ps2 originally came out there wasnt online games nor the network adapter for it. ps2 made alot of money off of the network adapters sold seperatly, where as the new ones have the adapter built in. as well since there is no expansion bay no hdd capabilites

i have a phpbb forums hosted on my site and would like to know how to add the google adds into a space on the website... as well as the search bar. is this possible through phpbb? i have put the needed java scripts into a html file... should they be part of coding in the phpbb? and if so how do i do that?any help is appreciated

my school is a bunch of dicks. we used op13 to get onto ebaums world and stuff and like two days after that, it was blocked.. as well as any other webiste with 'anonamous surfing' or junk like that. i hate thier surf control... because ill go to a crack website,,, beable to locate a crack for it then when i try to dl it... it will kick me out of like all the webpages saying "surf control". they are so 'picky' at my school.. a bunch of people installed windows hider pro 1.5 so when teacher came around ie/emulator/cs windows would minimize.. next day, uninstalled

clean slate.. is a miracle worker. my *BLEEP* was so *BLEEP*ed up... when i would open any windows folder it would give me an error msg about running scripts. and a spywear detector constantly picked up spyware, because it was in the system retore FILE! so reformatted and now everything works great. i suggest making a folder just for important installers you have which you may not be able to get again (i had 1 that was a full version of a program language that was put on a website for its employees...... its now gone) its just important to have all the stuff u want saved

i have the motorola V220, which has the programmable ringtones, voice activated calling and its a camera phone, with not bad pics and a 4x zoom. its a flipphone too, o and silver. im thinking off gettin a phone that can record video insted of just take pictures... anyone who has one, is it worth it?

gamemaker is like basiclly pick and dropping commands........ did you use the actual programming language that they have, or drag and drop? i installed gamemaker, registered it.. free and then saw what it was like, didnt like it to much then tried to run something and a missing dll file was missing so i said *BLEEP* it and unistalled it

i have had this problem before, where it would freeze for no reasoni suggest... since you are admin, delete the password on the acoount (if there is one) and go into the account and delete a large chunk of the files 'by hand' then attempt to delete the entire account through the admin panel. the large amount of files was my problem and this fixed it. goodluck
