Thanks a lot. I totally agree with what you said about relationships. Infact, I did tell her how I was feeling, and she understood, but it didn't stop our relationship. I just needed to get reaquainted with her, sort of like when some one messes up the **bottom** grove on your couch, it took time, but I'm slowly regaining my interest with her. If anything, this may just have been considered a phase in our relationship rather than a deciding fact as to wether or not we would continue going out.

Haha, I'm not 10, I'm 17. And yes I do work, but I get a lot of free time. As to why her parents are so 'hitlerish', it's probably due to many reasons. For one, they are of a heavily religious family. Secondly, her father, an Ex-Marine, has a very strict control of the household. And if anything, her father should hate me, for everythign I stand for, as I have nearly the opposite views of him on everything.

When I first herd about it, I absolutely loved it. To me it was such a great idea, finally a site that organizes music theorically rather than by genre. It really has helped me gain new bands and such, but the thing I really don't like about it is that when you add songs you like it seems to redetermine the music played on the station. With one of my stations I had setup for John Coltrane, I got a smooth jazz song that I liked to I said I liked it, and before you know it, I kept getting more and more smooth jazz tracks on there, and nothing even similar to John Coltrane.Oh well, other than that its great.

Thanks guys for all of the replies. I appologize for the sluggish response, I've been out for sometime since I was in a car crash last thrusday, but I'm all better now. Infact, if anything, the car crash had helped our relationship, as we had became closer and she had begun to tell me things that were on her mind that she hadn't told me before. Were both also on spring break and have spent the majority of this week together, so our relationship is running rather smoothly. The only thing I fear is that our relationship will turn back to mud as school starts again and we will be seeing each other less and less.

I've never played it but my buddy andrew does and it seems really long and complex. Wether or not it should be banned, I doubt it, it's just as bad as that gaija game or what ever that everyone also plays at my school.They do waste precious bandwidth in the library and for people like me who use the computers for a legitimate reason, such as homework/email/news we're stuck waiting for them to get off, if they do. So I think it should be banned in a school setting, the internet isn't connected there to be used for games, but at home, its all up the the kid. I mean, people aren't complaning about Halo, when I know people who spend every hour they're home on it.

So my girl friend and I have been dating for about a year now, and for the longest time she was my world. I set aside so much of my life for her, wether it was the fact that her religion is considered by the members of my religion to be a plague to ours. I've also had to deal with many issues with her parents and so forth, such as them taking her cell phone away for a month, not allowing her on the internet, and such so we basically couldn't see each other for that entire month. Infact, that was really recent, it ended on Sunday.But after getting to be able to talk to each other again, which might I add has been nearly endless until the times set by her parents. But the more and more I talk to her, I begain to feel less attracted to her. Mind you, I haven't actually been with her that entire month except for maybe 2 or 3 times, but even then it was only visiting her at work. And I don't know why I feel less attracted to her. I don't ever want to lose her, she was the best thing that ever happened to me, and probably the most beautiful girl I've ever fallen in love with, who feels the same way, and yet, slower and slower I'm losing interest with her. Our phone calls, as long as they are, are no where's nears as thoughtful or fun as they were before the month, and our internet conversations are suffering as well.So, I ask of you all to maybe give me suggestions on things to do to spice things up, I do get to see her on Thursday ( her birthday) and that saturday ( Birthday Party), but I just don't want to go and not feel the way I used to about her.Thanks for listening,Steve

Good for him! I learned so much from him back in elementary school. Plus at the time his shows were hillarious, especially when he'd do rap covers about pollution and stuff. I remeber one of my teachers even told the class that she had a crush on him.

Well my grades change constantly. Some Marking periods I get extremely good grades, in the 4.0+ area then others I'll stoop to the high 2.9s. Here's my grades for this marking period: AP European History : C AP Environmental Science : A AP Music Theory : B+ Creative Writing : A Participation in Govt. = F ( I Skipped about 3 weeks straight) Advanced Band : A+ ( you just have to show up, basically) Gym : A So as you can see, This marking period was pretty good except the fact that I always skip PIG, but what ever.Apeuro is probably my hardest class altogether, so I won't even bother with that one.

I too have a greatest journal and I think it's so much better than my live journal. I think the photo galleries are a plus, since you get the 1 gig of photo hosting, which also allows hotlinking! The only problem with the photo hosting is that some of the features on copper mine don't work, such as the ability to see how many views a certain picture has.Other than that, the only problem I have with it is the lack of memebers, but that is steadily growing.

I used to love xanga. Infact, I even paid for a year's subscription. But after I was half way through, I got bored of it. The features became lame and I really didn't feel like updating the journal. Plus, one of the main reasons why I paid for the subsciption was for the skins, which I later found out that people on free accounts could change. Also the 2gb picture gallery was cool until i found out about greatestjournal, which does the same exact thing but for free! The last issue I have with xanga is the fact that they still haven't added anon posting. They promised it 2 years ago and still haven't offered it. They basically force people to join just to leave their friends comments which is just a hassel.

Basically at my school, everyone has those new cell phones which have little speakers on them, and they walk the halls blairing DMX or Sean Paul. I usually find my self singing along in the halls, even though I don't even listen to that style of music. Also since I'm in band class, I always get the melodies of the song's we play stuck in my head.

I normally leave the computer on all the time, restarting it once a week ( also running spyware/disk clean up before hand), thus I am not using any more electricty each week than I would have normally. The xbox heats up rather quickly, and the T.V it's hooked up to is even quicker. But your right, I'm probably not saving any more than a couple of cents, but still it's a start

Wow, I never thought that they could make a book on such random things. I've always heard and even used the term 'shot gun' but never realize that it even had a history. They should try to explain more of these phenomanons like 'punch bugs' or other ones.

I've had a goowy account for a couple of months now and only one complaint. About a week after I had gotten my email address there, and recieved about 30 emails from people on it, I checked my email in school one day and when I came home my entire inbox was empty! I still can't recover any of the old emails but some how they were deleted with out ever going into the trash folder or anything. That was about 4 months ago, and I haven't lost any email since. Other than that it's a great service, I really like the Mini's layouts with the little bulliten board that you can use and the calander is much easier to use than some of the other email providers like the ask jeeves companies like myway and excite. Overall a really good service!

Wow that is truely an amazing site. The guy did a real good job with the all of the interactivity, I especially love how he did his buttons, that when you roll over the animals do something. Very nicely done.

Wow man that really sucks. Sorry. By any chance does your school have cameras? Because if they do, and you get a police report filed, they have to use the cameras as evidence. Good luck on getting your truck back!

Yeah the Shuffle is pretty old. But since it came out Dell and Sony have been comming out with MP3 Players which rival the Ipod Shuffle. They're def worth a look at.

So I'm not really a scientist or anything, and I'm not even sure if this had really helped out at all. But, at my house we have a room specifically for the computer/ xbox (with an old tv), also known as the computer room. Anyways, I had discovered that the old monitor and the old television produced immense amounts of heat when they have been operating for atleast 15 minutes which was also dependent on what it was that was on the screen. Not only that, but the computer/ xbox also produced a ton of heat when they are on. So basically, I put aluminum over the vents on the montor, television , xbox and computer to from a sort of tunnel for the warm air to travel to, which would be pointing directly twords me, and for the computer it would be point at my feet, I couldn't really direct any of the heat from the xbox, but it did float around the room probably warming it up a tad bit. At first I wasn't sure how well it would work, but after being on the internet for about 20 minutes, I could feel the heat coming right at my face, and it came out constantly!!! So, to save money on our heating bill I not only turned the heat down, but closed the vent in that room. Figuring that even though this was a small amount of heat, it would still keep me warm. So the room got freezing cold after I left, and when I came back to use the computer it still was. The computer is always on anyways except the monitor. So I decided to see if When I got on the monitor would produce enough heat to warm me up, even though the room was freezing. Wa la! in about 5 minutes, my face begun to feel warmer and I could start to feel my feet starting to warm up a tad bit. about 10 minutes later, after adjusting the vent thingy I made I really began to feel much warmer, almost as warm as if I were using the heat in the room. All in all, it worked out quite fine, the television is a little to far to feel the heat being directed at me, but when it's on for a while, especially when I'm playing xbox, the heat will kick in! I wasn't sure if you guys would have been up to hearing about this, but I thought it was quite amazing, and if I knew what the heating bill here was, I'd have to see if I have saved any money, I'm pretty sure I did since the heat was turned down plus all the heat went to rooms that need it.

hahah this made me laugh soo hard! I'm not sure if they are or not, your probably right. But I gotta say they must have spent a lot of time making them, when ever I make crappy flash movies, it takes me hours to produce anything even close to an animation. Not only that, but they have some games which probably required a ton of scripting knowledge, which is also pretty nifty.

Ok, I know this is an old game and most of you probably don't even play it anymore but I was curious as to how I can tune my cars to be better in the game. I've tried looking on the internet for help, but couldn't find anything specific. Using real world styles ( which was extremely difficult if not impossible to implement into the game) never really worked out. So basically I'm stuck, and I can't win any of the games on Xbox Live because everyone elses cars are tuned excessively. Some of the people told me about how they found out on forums and stuff, but I couldn't find those forums or the posts. So if any of you could help, that would be grand. Thanks.

I agree totally. But I think religion can always be pushed further. As with Religion's primary ( mostly unstated) purpose. It exists to explain the unexplainable, from where we came from to where we go, to why it rains. Atheists may not believe in an actual god, but they still have an element of spirtuality in them. Instead of it being a person or thing, they utilize science. Science to them explains where we came from, where we will go, and why it rains. Another purpose of religion is to dictate how people live their lives. People with religions use things suchs as 'commandment's', 'pilars', 'stories', etc. With atheists, they use laws, compassion and general observation to determine how to live their lives and how they react socially. So in essence, its not wether you belive in god ( or gods or etc) its about being spirtual, which everyone in some reguards is.

I've always been scared about using water cooling. I mean, first off, water and electricty don't mix. What if by some strange chance one of the hoses got loose, splled water all over the inside the computer, thus runining the computer and being a potential saftey hazzard for pets.
