  1. I consider cell phones a waste of money unless its your only phone and can beat the features of the local pay phone companies. It'd also have to be cheaper than the local phone lines. I mean, why would you want to watch television on your phone? You can use your television at home. And the wireless internet? Can't [people hack you more easily?
  2. All I'd have to do was mention that I'm hispanic on Yahoo chat, and the cruel comments would start coming in. Sometimes I'd just disagree on a political viewpoint and they'd insult me for thinking differently. Who gave these people the right to call someone names over a disagreement? I've never had anything bad happen to me on MySpace though, but I never post my picture.
  3. I've seen programs like this advertised on television. They say to text JOKE or something to a five digit number. In small print on the bottom, it says they charge you $23.xx for the service. Who would want to pay so much money for jokes on their phone? I consider it a scam since they charge so much for something so easy to get online for free.
  4. I never like sports because of the time they took. I'd have to play three hours a day to be half-decent at anything. That would take time out of homework or work-related things. I'd either have sports or a life. I once did try to sign up for something but I didn't want to join in at such a late age and have others tease me. I'm not the kind to pick fights over that much less give someone just a warning punch for being mean.
  5. Please remember that a religion should be judged by the rules of its holy book and not its followers. The average US citizen shouldn't steal, kill, or disobey any law yet they do. How would you like to be called a thief and killer if you didn't break those laws?Isn't being atheist a form of religion in itself? You are determined to believe there is no higher being. Its an unorganized religion.
  6. I believe that original content is most important. Sometimes I'll look for information and I can't find it anywhere. I'm tempted to make a site that can offer that information even if I only have a bit of it.
  7. At the end, we will have more of everything bad. That's highly apparent now with the rise in crime. There are wars on the brink of being made and teens are behaving even more badly. Worse, the internet can hide these horrible actions! (I don't just mean this for teens, but for everyone!)
  8. We are living in a game in where God and the devil fight for the controls. Think about it. God protects people. The closer you are to him, the less likely some disaster will happen to you. (No one can tell how close someone is, so if you're going to say you met a Christian that was tortured and murdered, then remember that.)
  9. I play World of Warcraft (Velen server). Its the only online game I'll pay to play. The only other gave I've heard a lot about, Final Fantasy 11, seems boring compared to it.(The person who told me said they'd never go back to Final Fantasy 11 after playing World of Warcraft. Apparently the FF game took too much time to do one thing)
  10. Wow, I never thought you could by gaming land! I mean, if you're a fan, and if it doesn't cut into your bills, sure. I know I'd love my own island on World of Warcraft, especially if I could tax the vendors on my island and choose what can or can't visit there. (When I say "what" I mean monsters, too)Why does this remind me of the GM Island on World of Warcraft?
  11. That's disgusting! I can't believe a dog could do something like that. Maybe the family had something to do with it? Notice how they mention they beat the dog once it was outside. Its as if they were hinting it may have happened indoors before. And dogs can be trained to do this? Wow.
  12. I'm sorry about you loss, but I have to say the other dog is quite cute. I've never seen a dog that looks much like that except for a Yorkshire terrier. I guess they don't sell them around here.(I've always wondered why such small dogs cost so much.)
  13. Its odd that it seems a cat could predict death. Maybe it can sense intense sickness, or maybe it can detect a process that happens to the human body before death. If we could see it too, we could tell people when to write their wills right on time.
  14. My idea phone would have long distance and would charge less than $20 a month. Unfortunately the lowest cost phoneplan with free long distance is $40 and comes from MetroPCS. At least they don't charge for US long distance like other companies.
  15. No, I meant the site closed a long time ago. Even the domain is parked. Its too bad since they had a decent pay rate for all traffic. I miss the $40 monthly paycheck.
  16. They were great to deal with for a while and paid. Unfortunately, they said they sold the site and payments never kept on. Now the site is parked and no one's been paid after a certain date. I'd stay away from these sites if I were you.
  17. I'm not surprised that this is the secret to sexiness. I mean, think about the fame of anime. It still seems to be going strong and the characters always have big pupils and eyes.
  18. It sounds like a nice idea. Unfortunately machines have a problem to malfunction or have errors. What if the programmer didn't add everything in? How hard would it be to update it for new diseases and symptoms? It could have its good sides, but at least until a few years pass for it to be debugged, there will be problems. Not to mention the people who still can't figure out how to use a keyboard while they had a heart attack or stroke.
  19. I've heard this phone can do so many things. Why would we want to watch TV on one of those things? Is it that hard to get a mini-DVD player for road trips? And what would a TV be useful for if we watched our shows on a phone? Would people ignore calls if they were watching a favorite show?
  20. I'd rather have someone as a diamond than as ashes. Imagine if someone spilled your relative. How would you feel? At least a diamond is cute. I can see what would happen if you tried to pass down rings of relatives to a child and explaining, "This is grandma Fae, this is grandpa Joe.." Kids would get confused.
  21. I had heard of this service before and its nice to know its not a rumor. I plan to, when my fiance and I are both dead, to have our ashes turned into one diamond. I find it a rarther nice service. Imagine the heirloom of the family being a collection of rings and pendants of your family's gems. Maybe a bit creepy, but still nice. But bodily fluids? No thank you.And to farrah: I'd rather have the deceased as a diamond that can be handed down in the family than a bucket of ashes. Plus, I'd rather be something beautiful when I'm dead than something gross and icky in a coffin.
  22. I think they want them to burn the majority of the paintings so that there are only a few left. Then the few that are left will be worth thousands to collectors. Saying there's a curse is the only way they could get a large sum of people to destroy their paintings. Personally I don't find anything wrong with the paintings except the last one which looks a bit creepy.
  23. Simply like this: people shouldn't talk to others about what they aren't interested. That means, to me, I don't want to hear about the latest bands, celebrities, how much life stinks because no one will buy you a new mercedes, or new forms of illegal drugs. I'd rather watch the news. If I talk about something too much, I'd rather have them tell me in a polite way than rant somewhere else. (Not pointing to anyone here - I have a neighbor that does that. She rants to person A about what person B did and back and forth. Also, my mother has a friend that only talks about celebrity gossip, which is a lie most of the time, and wont learn anything else. She even gets mad when the conversation goes scientific for the benefit of the other 3 people in the conversation. [so in a way, I know how you feel, but don't think all gamers do this and that others aren't capable of the same with other subjects.])
  24. They should give him 10-20 years. If that would work, then they should move the law to other states. I figure the costs will be too much for the government. (I heard thats why probation was created - so that they don't have to fill the jails to the maximum.)
  25. I figure they'll fix it before the problem can occur. There are so many new computer updates that it would be ridiculous for computer companies not to fix these problems. Businesses will pay big money to have this fixed beforehand.
