The background shouldn't have such contrasting colors as red and green in it, and if you were going for a suitable text color, light blue isn't adequate. I'd pick a warm hue like you have going in the rest of the sig. If you took out the green and replaced it with a warm red or gold, and took out the blue and made it silver, cream, or gold, with more brushing and less filters, you'd have a great sig. She has a vulture hat. Why don't I have a vulture hat?

It works fine for me. It might just be a matter of it taking some time to register. I was supposed to see a "Rare-a" coming soon page, right?

It doesn't seem like the background is very Homer-y and you blended a bit of the background into his white shirt, which looks a little awkward though. You might try a more comic font, something bubbly. I like the text, render, and idea of the sig, but it needs to have more of a theme to it.7/10

What really tends to piss me off are those cliques of preppy idiotic children that think that by dressing the same, wearing their hair the same, and being ultra flirty + ultra ditzy, they will become both popular and get friends. That's a horrible assumption. They only get ridicule. Perhaps a smoting, if necessary.My school has so many stereotypes and it's just something you have to live with. I actually liked the first one a lot more. I would have given it an 8/10. The scanlines didn't look bad at all - it was just the placement of the text. Also, you could have made the From: Sprite part a little more discreet. But the render and text made me laugh. So cute! <3

I should make a series of random sigs like the one I have below. One of them wil have the inventor of sexiness *gasp* Mr. Pants and another may have Sgt. Grumbles the bear from PBF. But lols at Cactuar. HE IS MY KING.

Loozle, I like a bunch of the sigs that you made, but I don't think it makes sense for the whole site to be a forum. Also, your banner should carry on other aspects of your theme with some pale grays or blues instead of the dark olive color. Also - your affiliates bar is kind of messed up, as in the background repeated a second time when it shouldn't have. If you don't want to make a full-fledged site, I at least recommend making a section of the forum exclusively for your sigs since it is your site. Running through pages and pages of forum looking for sigs is kind of a bad way to go about anything. Just my 90 cents. 6/10

It works now! I think it's all right. I like the mambo theme a lot. But you're right. The banner needs a lot of work. You should really do something about removing the white from the circular portraits and not just cramming them all in there. I'm gonna say...7/10 because I'm not sure if you made the theme or not.

That's why I always hate the oh-so-controversial topics. There is no right or wrong for a lot of people and it can be frustrating to try and get a majority of ideas.And I love my science too. I spent five weeks learning about DNA and evolution at a camp and my claims are always refuted by Christians. You have to admit that life does circle around and around (Disney made this clear in the Lion King ) and it usually returns to where it started from. Otherwise, we'd deplete all our resources before we had a chance to find new ones.I'm pretty sure that when you're dead, you're simply dead and the world just moves on. But to delve into the afterlife means we're getting into all sorts of paranormal whatsits. It's hard to balance my religion's views with science, so I'm gonna say science wins. It does leave room to wonder though.

The width=100% is always a good idea to use. And yeah, a lot of people still have dial up and horrible connections. I wouldn't use the javascript because it seems kind of clunky to have too much of it on your page, but the CSS is my preferred method of doing it.

Haha, I write a lot. I guess it's just me. I could try lightening the gray, but because of the doctype bar showing up as gray, I decided to make the background gray to try and hide it. It didn't really work. I could very easily make the backgruond lighter gray or white. It's true that it doesn't exactly fit in with the theme, but I think I was going for something techy and gray was right there :/ And yeah, I love cheese. But for one of the users to hand me a piece of cheese would be kind of difficult. It would be quite nasty by the time they got to me. I think that's where it came from.
