Okay, so recently i got comcast high speed internet and i have a linksys router, but i am told by a bunch of my friends that linksys doesn't really like to work with comcast internet, so i was wondering what kind of router i should get.please only post if you HAVE comcast cable internet not if you THINK you know the answer. thanks

I have had many blood tests done as well as two blood donations, and i do not think it hurts at all. All you feel is maybe a little pinch where they poke you, then you wont feel the needle at all.this is of course, if the nurse is well trained in drawing the blood and uses a nice sharp needle so it goes in smoothly without much force going against it.If you are afraid of being poked, ask them if they can use a Butterfly needle, it causes less irritation when they poke you.Good Luck

funny i was watching that exact same show which is what enticed me to post this topic lol anyways, i doubt they would be able to bring anything back just because that would require building a shuttle there on mars to life off into space and land on earth, and right now I'm sure that we wont be doing that, so i think the probe is just going to examine the soil and ice samples the best it can and send the data back to us until maybe someday we can actually get some humans on mars to study it in person and further in depth. So do I, with how much they cost and all! But i think that with this mission they hope to discover new ways of condensing water, or storing water for a long time and in less space. because from what i understand from watching that TV Show on the History Chanel there is a great possibility that the Ice Caps that are on the north and south poles of Mars are just the top frozen layer of quite allot of water beneath it. They wonder how this is possible because there is no Oxygen on mars, only allot of Carbon Dioxide which is toxic and they want to know how there can be water when there is no Oxygen and Oxygen (O) is a key factor in making Water (H2O -take not on the O lol-) they think that there used to be an actual atmosphere on mars, and that is why the water is there so they think that the water on the surface is protecting the water below from being turned into nothing but vapors. although i didn't pay much attention to the show, this is what i can remember to the best of my abilities, some of it may be wrong so yeah....

I am sure that many of you remember the Mars Rover Exploration that landed on mars in 2004. Well Guess What Nasa is planning yet another mission to mars. This mission is going to be called the Phoenix Mars Mission and the goal of this mission is to study the ice caps in the north and south poles of Mars. The Phoenix Mars lander is going to be a stationary station with a robotic arm that will move around, collect, and examin soil samples that are near the ice caps. The Phoenix Mars lander is planned on being launched in the 22 day period to which the lander has to be launch which is in August. This trip will take approximately 10 months, having the lander land on mars in the region of May of 2008. Source

Yes, that was 'our' territory, and 'we' protect that territory is anyone would threaten that, therefor i believe that we wern't in the wrong to demand they take the nukes out of cuba. And lord knows what kind of missiles we are putting in this defense system, it could be anything from AMB's (Anti-Ballistic Missile) to actually missiles to attack a country if us or one of out allies are attacked. I do not find building a defense system to defend ourselves from foreign attack a threat. I find it as just kind of a message saying, you attack us, we attack back. Why do you assume that they are not meant for places like Iran and Iraq and Afghanistan? you cant just make an assumption like that, although all governments in the world keep things hidden from their people through loopholes in the laws you cannot just assume it is not meant for a threat that is already out there. See, right there i would call that hippocratism. because that is basically all the united states is doing is protecting itself from future attacks from any nations at all. It probably is the way that i was raised, but it could also be because going through world history this last year i learned about the different type of goverment systems, and communism was one of the ones that i did not favor at all because of the fact that the people do not get a say at all in what happens to things that effect their daily life. I totally agree with you there. I would find the secret building of Warheads for sever years much more of a threat than a simple defense system to protect our country and our allies.

Noooo!!! i accidently clicked nulled vote before i got to vote so erm1) Yes2) Certainly3) Yes1) I think that Russia is completely out of line, i mean look at them in the war's they've been in like the cold war, wanting to expand communism and keeping their 'power' up there.2) I think they threat should be taken serious because i think that Russians are ruthless people and would take no thought in the world before attempting an act of war against any other nations in the world that oppose their views and their ways of life. 3) I do think that the United States should continue with the defense system just because if the place that we are bulding this on allows us to build it their, no other nation should have a say in it, just because russia is mad because if they every decide to oppose any nation in the world and go into another all out world war or whatever that someone could take them out easy.I just never really did care for Russia and their ways of life and just their whole ideology as a whole.

roflmao @ servokay, well i've done the coding for the PSD that you send me, but i need you to send me the PSD that is the origional. (as in all of the menu buttons are there etc)if you understand that, i need it because i am going to get rid of all of the menu images and then cut out the menu images, and seperatly add them to the table.

In your cpanel, if you go Site management tools -> Back-Up -> look for Restore an MySQL DB and click browse, looking for this MySQL Database, then click upload.if it is 100MB it might take a little while for it to upload, but i dont know i've never had a database that big

http://forums.xisto.com/index.php?shoc=47765= a couple weeks ago i think it was i started that topic and i went to check back on it a couple days ago and it was closed. i made a report on the topic, asking why it was closed but i only got one response from haslip saying only an admin would know because he/she has the mod logs. so i sent a message to BH a day or so ago and i haven't gotten a response so now I'm making this topic. I would like to know why my topic was closed? was it by accident, or was there something wrong with it? was a certain mod or admin offended by it and closed it without wanting to leave a note? what?

I think that google will always be the number one search engine because whenever i need to check for plagiarized topics, or reports (school reports) i use google because it is the most accurate that i have ever used. The reason i say this is because when i first started looking for plagiarized work, i used yahoo, and nothing ever came up, but when i use google, i come up with much much more than when i used yahoo.

unfortunatly my family doesn't celebrate memorial day like other people do with barbeque's and what not but i do give thanks to all of those who have died out of the necessity to defend their countries and those that are allied with them.I have had many family members that served in a war, both of my grandparents in Vietnam , three of my cousins in Iraq. and two of my uncles in some other war. and although they did not die in times of war i still give thanks to them for fighting to defend their country and their close friends that died during the time.

I think that would be pretty cool for watching video's and watching video's only... for say on a nice long field trip bus ride somewhere, you cn sit there and watch a video on a nice big screen. but i wouldn't use it for an MP3 player, it is just too big in my opinion.The only reason i would buy an IPod is because they are so small and lightweight. other-wise i would go with the Zunes because they aren't a mac product, and you can exchange files using wireless technology. The only advantage an Ipod has over a zune is how small it is.

hmm, even if only three posts a day would get credits, that would mean someone who is a first-timer to Xisto would have to either wait quite a few days to get the full 30 credits, or posts a bunch of posts that are completely going off topic just to get the full amount of credits out of one of the three daily posts. if that makes any sense... lol

Ohh the good ole' days of booting.Okay, simple way to explain this is..... Someone creates like 100 yahoo user-names and they put all of the user-names and passwords for these user-names into a txt file, and they have a program that loads the user-names and passwords and logs them all in to a yahoo-messenger like thing. and using this program and these 100 or so bots that are logged in, the person with the program can choose anyone who has a yahoo ID, and send the selected person TONS and TONS and TONS of messages to the selected ID, effectively locking up their yahoo messenger, ad in some cases locking up the whole computer.as for blocking it, i do not recall, because it has been near four years since i have messed with stuff like this but i will check out my old sites. i do believe there is a program you can run that will send the messages back to them or something like that. other than that, i would suggest a new yahoo ID.normaly the only reason people do this is because you have pissed them off some-how

hmm i don't think it's a good idea i just dont see the point.. because Xisto doesn't work off of how many people come each day, but the quality in their posts that the members make, so if they were limited to three credits, they would limit the quality posts to a minimum, and most posts that are quality are big, so they can get credits for what they work for. i just don't think it's a good idea at all no offense
