  5. Awh, yes. A wonderful topic.

My most recent travel was in the southwest USA. From Pheonix, AZ around all the parks in Arizona and Utah ending up in Las Vegas, NV. We went to Sedona and Flagstaff, AZ, the Flagstaff Indian Museum, the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, the Navajo Nation, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon and Zion. The weather was terrific. We only had one day of rain in Zion, which created the most beautiful spontaneous water falls all over the canyon walls.

This part of the USA is breathtaking. If you have never taken in this area, you have missed something. Don't ever turn down the chance to go there.

  8. Personally I like it a lot. It is very tastefully done. I do have 2 concerns tho.

The quote about fairness mid-left is a little difficult to read. Perhaps you could sharpen up the text somewhat. You might space the leading just a bit further apart. The lines seem a little too cramped together.

The other concern is the spacing at the top. The step down menu is really unique, but leaves a lot of empty space as you move from left to right. Do you have any plans to do something to fill in this area?

  9. First thing you need to do is convince your mother that you are NOT "just joking around." I don't have an answer for you about whether or not this is a sleep disorder, but I would take it seriously. Sounds a little like some kind of panic attack to me, but I am no doctor. You do need to see a doctor about this regardless. Sit down and have a serious talk with your mom. Good Luck!

  10. I am so sorry that I misread your post. My advice to get rid of the constant thoughts remains the same tho.

You will get over these feelings, whether or not you want to believe it. I have a been there myself. Yes, we all second guess our life altering decisions at some time or another. ...... These pangs of the heart will pass with time. You have made a life for yourself, your son and Joe. Concentrate on making it happier for the three of you and you won't have time to think about Jim.

You might also try purposely redirecting your thoughts to something else, like your son, whenever Jim comes to mind. It will be hard for a while, but don't give up.

  13. I tend to agree with Senor Maniac about renders. There is no "rule" about using other peoples art work unless you consider copyrights, which is a whole seperate issue. Most of us are not talented enough to create our own original art work, and do indeed use renders. I admire anybody who is an artist that can create such work. However, I think you will find that the majority of people use renders of other peoples art in there sigs. The manipulation, blending, layering and addition of special effects is the creation of the sig designer.

Perhaps to say something like "This sig was designed by XXXX" would be sufficient. This does not take credit for the original art work, but only the aformentioned attributes. Let us not get so caught up in such details as to make the designing of sigs a quest for only those who can create the whole thing from scratch.

  14. You have answered your own question right in your post.

I think my only option left may be just to keep my mouth shut and focus on the times that i am happy with joe.

You and Jim have both gotten married to other people and you even have a son. To entertain the idea of trying to reunite with Jim at this time is pure folly. Think what it would do to all peoples involved. It would be ruining 2 marriages, plus creating bad feelings amongst everybody. How would your son feel about losing his father. Besides the fact, that no where do you mention how Jim feels. I would assume because you haven't got a clue about where his head is at in life right now.

Not to sound too awfully harsh, but you seem to be thinking only of how you feel. To act on your feelings right now would be a selfish act. You will get over these feelings, whether or not you want to believe it. I have a been there myself. Yes, we all second guess our life altering decisions at some time or another. The grass looks greener on the other side of the fence. These pangs of the heart will pass with time. You have made a life for yourself, your son and Joe. Concentrate on making it happier for the three of you and you won't have time to think about Jim.

    Good Luck!

    PS. I love horses too.

  15. Good question. This actually happened to me, for some of you doubters.

Sometime before I had ever flown in a plane, I dreamed that I was in a plane coming in for a landing over water with lots of lights reflecting off the water. This was a normal landing, not crash. I did see things from what seemed to be the pilot's perspective, I guess since I had no knowledge of how a landing would appear from a passenger seat.

Some years later I had to fly into San Francisco for my father's funeral. The landing pattern took us right over the SF Bay onto the runway. The lights were reflecting off the water surface, as they had done in my dream.

Now I would call this a case of deja vu.

  16. Hello Jordan aka: Grandem Posted Image and welcome to Trap 17 from Mich, in Michigan, USA. Now this is a nice introduction. You told us something about yourself other than just the usual HI that most people post.

Like bhavesh says, read the rules and regulations. You can use the links just above my sig to learn all about Trap 17.

You have come to the right place for the best free no-ads hosting packages on the web. It is not the number of posts you make, but the quality that earns you credits for hosting. So keep up the good work and you will have your hosting in no time flat.

There are a lot of subjects to debate, so go for it. I like to see a lively forum, but do remember to be nice to people when you are of a different opinion than they are. The use of harsh or vulgar words only negates your position. And will of course warrant a warning from the Mods. ***gets down off soapbox***

Look forward to seeing you around the boards. :)

  17. You don't remember me GASP!!! ***faints***

A figure of speach, SM, because I was afraid to try to list everybody and miss someone. :(

So as one of the elders of Xisto, literally and not physically, I dub you Xisto Maverick, and as for the rewards of these honors well you can tell a noob what to do or something, I don't as I making this up as I type it :(

I graciously accept the title :)

Thanks for the congrats and replies everybody.
