BuffaloHelp told me about AEF in the shoutbox a while ago now so i thought id download it and try it out. If you want to see it, ive uploaded it here. its only new i think but its one of the best free forums ive seen. i thought phpbb3 was the best you could possibly get for free but i think this just proved me wrong. i think the AEF development team have done really well. i recommend this if you want a good free forum! i also found another nice thing, down the bottom it has these buttons that like get bigger when u go over them, its so cool, lol. the default design is also really nice, as soon as i looked at it i thought of media player 11 for some reason. although i cant find how to get the shoutbox to work, it seems like a really good feature especially since u dont have to look for a mod. all in all, i like this and i reckon most of you will too! by the way, the site is http://www.anelectron.com/ EDIT: i found out how to get the shoutbox on

at school the "student advisor" takes this mind games class (its for dumb people)i dont no wot they do cos i dont do it but aparantly its boring, lolill pass on "mind games" ive got better stuff to do, im working on thousands of images for my website.

oh yeah i forgot about browsershotsalthough if he wants his own program to do it himself then he cant use that, or if its just on his computer.browsershots would be fine though if you just needed the screenshot.

my internet security isnt compatible with spybot.when i installed my internet security, i had to uninstall spybot to continue. and now it wont let me install spybot either.$150 and trend micro cant stand free competition.

i have xampp portable on my jump driveive never had any problem with iti love having protable stuff on my jumpdrive, it doesnt relly on anything that comes on windows!

does it really matter?ur gonna be making more points kicking up a stink about it than u would have got for the tutorial.i often dont get points or lose a few but does it bother me? no, get over it, uve been going on about it for days.

astahost is a nice hosting site.owned by what seems and probably is a professional company.im happy with my hosting and quite glad i stumbled accross it when i was searching for free hosting with cpanel and no ads. when u think of it like that, it seems like youd only find something that costs!

currently im stuck on 84 cents. its been like it for days and im pretty sure im getting clicks.surely such a site cant be a scam? its pretty well known, although ive never actually heard of anyone getting a payout.while im talking about ads, my dad found out something today! LOL"i heard that you can make a living from having a web blog and having ads on it, if thousands of people go on the web blog then i can make a fortune" LOL@HIM! if he decides to make a "web blog" ill refer him to my bidvertiser referral link i signed up to the referal program.anyway, bidvertiser could be a scam although so many people use it!

lol i guessed it would start with text browserslol yuk, ive never used one though because i dont know any for windows and i hate linuxim quite happy with firefox though, i think whenever that came in on the time lime should have been a milestone, lol. best browser you can find!

im working on a new design for my website but i need to be able to have transparent pngs.its all fine in firefox and i think IE 7 it works, but IE 6, cos i no half the people that will be going on my site will use internet explorer 6.so basically, does anyone know any javascript that will make transparent PNG's work on internet explorer? id use gif but i dont just want a transparent background. also, id use CSS and just gifs but i need some of it to not be transparent, lol im fussy.so if you know anything please tell me, i gave up on javascript, its too hard.

wots ftp got to do with it?i use coreFTP lite :blink:well you could use it to CHMOD the folders but u dont need any special type of FTP program to do that.

i was expecting the list to be hugelol, i always hear about heaps of problems and issues and security problems in vista.

i have a static IP so steven would this work for me?before i joined this forum, id been banned from a site i liked, and i was trying to change my IP. i couldnt find any tutorials except these ones that took all day to do and then you have to leave the computer on overnight.but the next time i need to change my IP for wotever reason ill do it like this! it looks to be good!

i voted invision power boardalthough, none of that stuff is special to invision power board. you can do most of it on anything else.i actually prefer phpbb3 over anything, even the commerical ones like invision power board and vbulletin

They got the theme selector working finally, but they didnt put in the normal cpanel theme.i have the rvgreen one. it doesnt annoy me as much as the blue one, lol
