Yes I am also interested in learning PHP. Could you please reccomend a good source to get started with the basics. All i know is that you can include PHP onto your websites for increased possibilities. I have tried a couple books at the library but none of them seem to be of any help they are all to indepth to the point were i have no clue what they are talking about. Would you reccommend learning about databases before learing PHP? I am also learning more about CGI currently.

Ok so i started off building my website and i dont have it up and running yet but i would like to know how i can set up usernames and passwords for the people that want to register with my website. I want to know how i can set that up on my website. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS BUT DOESNT FEEL LIKE TYPING IT OUT I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD DIRECT ME TO A ONLINE TUTORIAL OR WEB SITE THAT EXPLAINS HOW TO DO THIS. ive been using myspace for a while now and id be glad to join. Kinda sad to see Xisto thinkin of this so late in the game. I think we could have gotten way more people to join had we thought of this 6 months ago when myspace was the rage (or should i say it was more of a fad).

One problem That i keep havving with Ftp is that it constantly disconnects whenever i stop transfering files. In a matter of 30 secs after my last file it just disconnects and its gettting really annoying having to type everything in again every two minutes. Is there anyway to keep the connection ALIVE. Does anyone know of an ftp that always keeps the connection?

I just get on the computer and go with the flow. They only thing that ik plan before hand is how big the graphic is going to be. Its much funner that way to me cause you never know wats its gonna end up like. I just add stuff as it comes no restrictions just freestlyle. But you cant really trust me i guess cause i dont have any cool avatars or sigs uploaded onto Xisto yet. Ill just have to post some graphics in the gallery i guess.

I have heard a lot about this new version of Mac that is to preview at the wwmc thingamajigerr. I know it is said to have bootcamp preinstalled and a new i phone or somethin but wat im intereseted is when is it coming out? Does anyone know? I need to know if it will come out before september. I thought it was supposed to come out on July 27 or was that somethin else? Oh i dunno will someone give me the hookup?And Like what have they unveiled at the WWMDC? I have one computer that I use for Photoshop and i was wondering if anyone knew how to set it up so that i can use two monitors to display my comp. I wanted to use one screen to place all my tools on PS and the other screen to actually draw. I have no clue how im gonna pull it off which is why i was wondering if anyone had any tips or if they themselves knew how to set it up?

I have a old Dell Computer sitting around at my house and all its doing is collecting dust. I wanted set ut up as a webserver but i dont know how. It is currently running on Windows ME but I can always upgrade it to Windows XP at any time. I heard you need Wiindows Server or sumthin? I dont know wat i need can some one give me a list of all the things i need to do to set this up? I would really appreciate it. I dont know much about Setting up a server so any help you could provide would be great. I have a couple External Hard drives laying around and i dont really know how much memory im gonna need. I dont wanna spend that much money so i would like to do it the cheapest way. If there is a way to do it for free that would be the best way for me. Just let me know wat i need to get the job done!

Dude i love to play the old genesis games. There are even some websites online that have emulated them so you can play online, Im not just talking about Genesis but there are also SNS NES N64 and GBA. I really love the old games from the 80's like SONIC, Shinobi, Streets of Rage, Columns, Mario, Zelda for NES, and the simpsons game.

Yeah I was Intrigued to hear about this program! Supposdedly it allows you to install windows Xp on a mac computer. I know this may seem cool at first but it has to be some kind of drawback, i mean suppose a virus infected the windows half of the computer then would it also affect the mac half. And now Mac is coming out with a new version called Leopard and i wonder if this will also work with this version. And in about 5 months a new version of windows will also be coming out. These New versions have beeeen long awaited and i would not recommend installing this bootcamp because there are alot of risks and unknown variables that are invovled. besides its like dhanesh said, "Why would you want to Mess up your MAC?!!?"

Yeah i would also like to know wat the differences are between CS 1.6 and CS Source. I heard the graphics are insanely accurate in Source. Personally i wouldnt really know that much about the subject but i do own Counterstrike ofr Xbox and its a pretty awesome game. Oh yeah i still in the process of writing a tutorial that shows you how to get Xbox Live for free so you dont have to pay to play Counterstrike online. I will let yall know when i finish the tutorial

I think that Age of Empires is better but exactly which one are you talking about? The first one, the second one or one of the many expansions? Age of Empires is game you could play over and over and not get sick of it. The graphics are only limited my your computers graphics card. There is online play but as far as know not that many people play online.
