I've just reinstall my system. But I can't delete old profiles in C:\Documents and Settings. I have the Admin right, of course. But... the system don't allow me to delete the files. I need to free up some space on my hard disk. (That folder's size is up to 12GB)

What do you mean? Upload music to own site or another one's site. For my site, I use FileZilla to upload via FTP. And for some file hosting, I upload via browser.

I have a Mitsumi keyboard, a mitsumi wheel mouse. Yeah, they're simple and quite good for me. I've been use them since buying my current PC. It's wonderful for enterprise-level application. It's also very powerful. The oracle has some extra tools for developer (form builder , for ex). Nowaday, Oracle is the best Database. Even better than MSSQL. Anyway, it not for personal use and small project. Because it require lots of system resource. And the price, not cheap enough for individual developer.

Wait, if you want to change something in an EXE file, you may be able to do this by changing its resource. There's a program called "Resource Hacker". It allow you to make some simple modification in the resources of EXE file. This way, you can change the interface of program in that exe file. You may also want to translate a program to your native language.
