Actually, Steam has significantilly reduced the number of cheaters, especially in counter strike source and the original CS. The prospect of a permanent ban truly discriminates many from attempting it at all.

Help With Id Cards Help me with graphic for print
flyerdball replied to FLaKes's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
What you could do is save them as a jpeg and simply resize them. If you are using photoshop, you can create a new .psd file, and create the canvas size matching what you would like to create. You could either do this via resolution, or by inches. For example, you could drag and drop your image into a new psd file thats 5 inches X 6 inches. -
I have visited Hershey's Park a number of times and loved it! I was so suprised the first time to see that they had a number of great coasters for young and old alike. They have some amazing wooden roller coasters, especially the dualing woodent coasters that are fantastic. This addition will make the park so much better. Plus, its great to see that such an old park is keeping up with the times.

Make Firefox 4x Faster. Get DSL Speeds With Dial-up on firefox.
flyerdball replied to Benz1435's topic in The Internet
I was just wondering if these features were set the way they were for a reason... I mean the people at firefox probably set these this way because of a possible problem they ran into. Just curious if there was a possible security reason they set this up this way. Just my two cents.. -

It sure seems as though this could just be a weather balloon, but then again, thats what the government says almost everytime something like this is discovered. The Register had an interesting article that really pertains to this conversation as they had a contest for users to find really interesting things using Google Earth. Named "The Black Helicopters Have Landed" the article shows many different naval sights, and even missle sights. Some of the more interesting pictures they have noted are some of the crop circles within the pictures. What has to be the weirdest though are some of the blacked out areas on Google Earth, it makes you wonder what they are trying to cover up. Almost forgot .. heres the link -
From my personal experiences, Intel processors actually run hotter than AMD processors. I cannot document actual statistics to backup my claims, but so far this is what I have found.

Black Hawk Down Is My Best Favorite war movie, game
flyerdball replied to guangdian's topic in General Discussion
Ive heard that the recent movie "Jar Head" is quite good. The reviews about the movie have stated that the movie is not as much about the Gulf War, but about the soldiers experiences at home and at war. The actors within the movie, Jake Gylenhall, and Jamie Foxx are both superb actos, and they probably make it an amazing movie. Plus, this move would really educate a lot of people who think war is "cool" or "fun". -
You have got to love that some of the guys that Jack Thompson hates the most, actually give more to charity than he probably does. The guys at Penny Arcade are top rate fellows who have given a tremendous amount to children in hospitals around them. I encourage anyone on these forums to in fact help out with their next "Childs Play" drive to show "idiots" like Jack Thompson that the gaming community does in fact care about society.

I currently use Adobe Photo Album to edit, tag and organize all of my files. Is picasa pretty good at organization? The one feature that I love that Adobe Photoshop CS offers is a great web photo gallery function to get all of your pictures on to the internet. If picasa 2 has this feature Ill definently have to check it out. Also, I heard that Google at one point was in talks with flickr.. Is there any truth to this?

I would wholeheartedly agree that Halflife 2, and the accompanying Counter Strike source is a worthwhile play. Counter-Strike source, in my opinion, is almost the better out of the two because the multiplayer is just amazing, probably one of the best first person shooters on the market. Im not sure if your open to the idea, but there is a new role playing game coming out next month called Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. The gameplay will be amazing, and the game will probably take anywhere between 300 and 350 hours to complete every last quest. Of course, if you want it can take far shorter to beat the main quest. As far as some other games go, I would recommend Rome Total War as a great strategy game, and possibly even Rise of Nations if you are really into RTS games.

My Computer Won't Run Certain Programs why?
flyerdball replied to psychiccyberfreak's topic in Software
Actually, I would try to reinstall the .Net Framework, or upgrade the .Net Framework on your computer. These can all be obtained from the microsoft web site, and probably through Windows Update. -
The Register had a great article showing off military bases, missle launch sites, and other goverment and military buildings on Google Earth. Also featured were other notable things such as crop circles and other interesting things users have found. Registrer Competition

With the newest version of CS source, you can go to create a server with bots by checking "allow bots in this game", and then go to "bot options" tab to determine how many bots you want in the game. My problem is wondering how to eliminate the game from limiting the number of bots if I put all of them on one team vs. me. For example, if I put 15 bots in the game, and set them all on CTs and I join the Terrorist team, only say 3 bots will join.

The Best Rpg's What do you think is the best.
flyerdball replied to Megaman's topic in Computer Gaming
I have actually never heard of God of War. I have heard that for the playstation 2, the final fantasy series is one of the best. I know that for computers, some of my favorite are The Elder Scrolls Series. They have recently come out with a great game called Morrowind that mixes first person shooters along with the basics of an rpg. With gameplay that could last up to three hundred plus hours, the sheer number of side quests is mind numbing, not even beginning to mention the actual main quest itself. The newest addition coming out next month for pc and XBOX 360 is Oblivion. The stunning graphics and new features such as a rideable horse to allow you to travel cross country and attack on horse are amazing. The number of quests in this game mirrors Morrowind in size, but the quality will be so much better. To mention a few others, Baldurs Gate II has to be one of the best for PC, and Jagged Alliance II is one of the more interesting of the relatively "older" rpgs.
