  1. What would be the problem if it was only 200 megs, and then increaced? You still get the 2 gigs, or how ever much. But, like I said before, they have billions of dollars to invest in their services. Yes, I do understand that they have to distrobute the money to fund their programs, pay employees, etc... but, if you consider that the average price of a 500GB is around $250-$350, and if you have 1 million dollars to spend, you will have somewhere around 1,600 terabytes of storage space. My numbers might not be very accurate, but you get the picture. BTW, back when The Screen Savers was on TechTV, they had an experime nt with gmail when it first came out, and they filled up in 4 hours by posting the address on their website, and asked people to e-mail messages to it.

  2. It's not just gmail that takes up a lot of space on their servers. You have all of the cached websites for their accelerator, highly-detailed maps of the whole world for Google Earth, Their entire SMS service, all of the code for their products, databases of ads for AdSence, and more. I do believe that they do have the largest storage capasity of all companies, militaries, and or private companies. I have only one explaniation. Their stock . It hovers around $400-$500 per share. I believe that is the highest price for a share currently in the world. Then, if you take into the account how many shares people buy daily, and factor in how much they get for advertising with AdSense, you get a inhumanely large number.

  3. I went to Epcot when I was 7, and I got stuck in the ball, because one of the people in the back was too fat, and I never did get to go through it. My parents were so mad, that we just left the park, and went home, because they wouldn't let us skip the lines because there was a fat person in the back that broke it. I will never go back to disney ever. Universal Studios all the way!

  4. I booted my computer off of my SUSE 10 install dvd this morning, and the coolest thing happened. The GRUB background on the disk was of lots of little penguins running around in the snow with santa hats on. I know it probally sounds like I'm making this up, but try it for yourself. It's really funny. I think they have it installed to check the BIOS date, and if it's December 25th, it displays that background. Sorry I can't put a screenshot up, but I'm not in the OS to do that.

  5. Soon, I think Wi-Fi will die out. The reason is simply: Verizon Wireless Broadband Access. For those who don't know what this is, it's a kind-of wireless, brodband speed, access. I don't know a whole lot about it, but for $40 per month plus a PC card, you can get this broadband access wherever there is service, which is growing weekly.

  6. The PC version came before the XBOX version, by about a year, or more if you count the code leak. 7. My stance on the issure is:I agree with taking games you already own, if it be for PS2, XBOX, etc... and making it able to be played on a system of your choice (More than likely, a PC). I do not agree with downloading games that you do not own, or have not paid for, and using them yourself, or giving them to other people.

  8. I get my drivers licence in 5 days, and I have been trying to get all of my insurance and all that stuff straightened out. When I called my insurance company, they told me that it would be $2,600 per year. $2,600 dollars per year!!!!! My car cost half of that. My insurance costs more per quarter then the driving school's insurance per year. I just can't believe it.

  9. I think the XBOX 360 still sucks, due to the fact that it will not have compatability with keyboards and mice. The PS2 had 2 usb ports in which, I can use my wireless keyboard to enter codes, and type to other players when I play online. I was hoping that the 360 would have some kind of keyboard/mouse support to play FPS games, without having to buy a 50 dollar adapter.
