i have a macbook pro and i should say the performance is not bad at all but the price/performance is not enough. anyway u have never used mac for more than 1 hour, when i bought my macbook i turned it on and i just worked with it for 30 minutes and then i formatted hard drive and installed win7 and linux Fedora. the gui is nice but when it comes to professional use, mac has nothing to say. i was searching for any software for compiling my programs for arm based microcontrollers and i found that mac even doesn't support j-link (Programmer and Debugger for arm microcontrollers) but every linux distribution and every windows version (above win98) supports the drivers completely so this shows mac is not for professioanl use or atleast for embedded programmers it is useless.

i have found the problem with not staying logged in, there is a problem with new beta firefox version 4 and opera 10.63 i downgraded my firefox to 3.6.13 and there is no problem with staying signed in anymore but the problem with opera 10.63 exists. i have checked any cookie or password saving related options in opera but it doesn't keep me signed in. about forum not loading completely it doesn't load completely in Firefox 3.6.13 either and if i hit ctrl+f5 i get server error about two times and for the third try i again get the incomplete page again. anyway if you disable the images while loading forum it will load with superb speed.

thanks for your information, actually i'm using it from the last post and i should say their service is just great. the only thing that i was worried about was the security and as you mentioned it is one of the most secure mail services in the world. one thing that i haven't figured out yet is how to invite somebody to use this service? i haven't find any section related to inviting someone or any invitation. is there any process to get some invitations ? yes the theme is just boring, it will be very nice if they add some themes to it and if they could make the whole thing a little lighter because it takes two time more than gmail two load but anyway with these features a little more waiting is nothing.

i have faced this problem many years ago and i should say with just editing the listen 80 line, the port still is 80 even if you restart your server. there is a line with "Server Name" part in it change port in that too but sometimes it doesn't work either. if it doesn't work you have many options :1. i remember when i faced this problem i changed all port related stuff in xampp directory using an editor and replaced them with 8080.2. using AMPstart for starting XAMPP server sometimes solves the problem. actually there are many other starters too like "XampStarter" or etc which you can try to see if you can access to your local server using them.3, there are many other options that i don't know .

i have no problem with speed of loading right now but sometimes it takes to much for me to post a reply (like 3 minutes or so) and sometimes a page doesn't load completely (like just right now which some of editor buttons aren't available). about "stay signed in" option i should say it never worked for me ever, every time i came online i have to login and it remains logged in until i restart my pc. i found that forum is much faster with opera browser than firefox and IE and i'm very surprised because every IPB forum (except this one) loads faster with FF than ie and opera.

the easiest options maybe is to repair windows using installation disc, this way you will not loose any data and you can recover your windows easily. this situation could be done by windows update in windows vista or by a virus or by installing a new software (the common one is real player which causes BOD in some versions of vista). put the vista disc in and boot, go to "Repair your computer" and click on startup repair if it detects any fault it will recover it automatically but if it gave you any error means it can not do anything for you. anyway before doing it just check this list : 1.Disconnect any USB devices from your computer. 2.Remove any recently connected hard disks. 3.Replug any power cord or data cable like sata and ide ones.

as new notebooks are coming based on chrome os, i think in near feature we will see a huge battle between google and microsoft. cloud computing is something that google has worked on it more than microsoft and i think cloud computing is the feature of all os, they will be only a little software for connecting to internet and the abilities of a os will decrease because everything you want to do will be done in a server. just think you want to debug and compile you c# based app and you turn on your pc and you will open your compiler which is on a server anywhere in the world and you compile it and save it to your virtual hard disk which is on another server and etc ... . so i think as chrome is cloud friendlier than windows so google will win this battle but we should stay and see.

it's not completely free and you should pay for most of the plugins. actually i have never used these type of softwares like dreamweaver or this one for editing any php/html/css files because when you can use notepad++ why you need these softwares with huge payments. i think the only feature which may lead somebody to use these softwares is their auto complete feature which exist in notepad++ too but it is not very complete. and for the javascript which they have mentioned in their website, who will use this software for creating a java script when there is netbeans and eclipse available. by the way thanks for your review.

no do not delete them if there is two of them and the cpu usage is normal. look at the cpu usage if it is normal they are not virus (my system have two of them too) and don't forget to look at the network usage too and see if they are using any bandwidth. anyway if cpu usage and network usage is normal they are not virus (probably). all those long named folders in C:\Windows\winsxs\ are system folders so don't delete any of them untill your antivirus detects them as an effected file. if you are using internet explorer it's messy by default so don't worry.

today you can go and buy a led tv which has image processing system which means you can do all the stuffs you do with a remote control with just your hands so there is no need to use a remote control and thus no remote control finder is needed either. but anyway in some very old tvs which had a sound based remote control (not infrared one) there were a button on tv which when you press it, remote controller will make some noise and you will find it. but they have removed this function in new TVs . i think combining of voice commands and image processing will result the best stuff and there will not be any error or mistake and a remote controller can be completely removed.

the answer is eclipse. eclipse has many plugins and many features which makes it the best above the other two, actually i have never tried IntelliJ because when first i heard it's name i checked the features and googled it and i found it's nothing comparable to eclipse or netbeans but now as i read some posts in this topic it seems that intelliJ is very small and less resources hungry which means i have to try it.anyway netbeans is slower than eclipse but netbeans has embedded glass fish and installing it is very easier than eclipse, netbeans has not the auto complete feature for the parameter types and i should say using eclipse is much "faster" than netbeans (i hope you get what i mean) .

i know it's very easy to hit ctrl+s but word has an option for autosaving which means you shouldn't be worried about not hitting the ctrl+s (if you set it to save every minute or less) but this option wasn't reliable on 2007 and isn't reliable in 2010 too. i don't know how hard it should be to make this option work correctly but if it is needed to save your work manually why they have put such an option. and about typing in a forum i think browsers should implement an option for recovering lost data duo to connection drop or software crashing so you don't have to select and ctrl+C it .

actually i should say that the freezing problem completely exist in 2007 and 2010 versions, so if the 2010 is the best of Word series it is not the best of editors which you can use. the auto saving feature is completely unreliable, it sometimes doesn't save for 10 minutes when you have set it to save every 1 minute. go for openoffice and feel the differences, more reliable and less freezing. open office is simple which is one of it's advantages, it doesn't have tabbed gui but you can access everything you need very easily, and it's free so you will not loose any money for trying it. anyway i think the nest battle would be against Google Docs and Open Office and microsoft office will be left alone.

you want to increase the space outside of the border ? if so then you should increase the margin pixels in the div.img section increase it to something like 10px and see if it is working. i hope i understood you correctly.

i just finished COD black ops yesterday and i should say i just prefer MW2 over this one because even there was a little graphics disimprovement but it wants so much higher minimum system requirement. i always liked COD series because of high fps but this one i should play at 35-40 fps which is not very interesting for a COD game. the ending, musics, enemies everything was really bad i don't know why they try to release a COD version every 8 months. build another one just like MW2 which even with lots of bugs was really a nice game. they have said another call of duty is coming in 2011 and i hope they will work a little better on it.

turbo lag is the time that is needed for turbo to speedup enough and in many modern cars they reduce lag by some ways like using very light components to build the turbine. anyway turbochargers are only for cars but superchargers are used in aircraft too. i think they are just doing the same work and the only difference is the way that their turbines spin. so what will cause someone to prefer one over another ? a supercharger doesn't have the lag thing but the efficiency of turbocharger is much higher than supercharger. in reliability and tunability supercharger wins. the noise really depends on driver because i love the load noise of supercharger but someone may not. but in the end i will buy a car which has the best price/performance for my budget so none of above is important .

so i have understood you completely correct. receiver is a client router and you mentioned it only works with same brand which i heard a lot and i should say if your router has an option to work as a receiver then it probably works with other brands too but with a little problems like auto disconnecting and etc. so first of all try too see if it can work if it didn't the only way you have is to change it's firmware to the "dd-wrt" modified one. many users have changed their routers to a client routers (receivers) by this firmware and they are using it but some of them have damaged their router so you should be very careful and install it step by step as the instruction on dd-wrt website. and you should always know that a router is originally designed to work in host mode so using it as client is always causing problems. i should say again :there is no guarantee that using DD-WRT firmwares will not damage your router.

i didn't understand what you exactly want but i think that your modem is in a different room and you want to connect to it using your wireless router. so you want to use your wireless router as a wireless adapter. i haven't seen F5D7231-4 model but i have seen F5D7234-4 so this one should be like them too. first of all update your firmware to the latest one available officially and then in options search for something like "client router" and enable it and install the latest software from official website and use it to connect to other networks (the brand of the modem is not important). if your modem doesn't have the option it means that you can not do that with officially released firmwares however there is a modified firmware available for most of the routers named "DD-WRT" which has that option and you can use your host router as a client router but there is risk of damaging the router while installing it so i don't suggest using modified firmware.
