  1. Thanks for the advice FLaKes, I think the part you wrote on tuning my voice with the notes is a great idea to help me. And taking classes really would be the best way to get my singing better. The problem is im scared or embarassed to go and try. Because I've never really sang before. But I'll get some balls to take a basic class, and then take the rock world by storm..lol Well thanks again everybody. Cheers!
  2. I watched TNA fr the first time last night, I must say WOW, I'll never bash TNA again, I saw AJ Styles perform, what an athlete. He was doing amazing things man. Just ridiculous, they were all pretty athletic and put on a great show. AJ styles did this backfilp kick, very accurate, and the a backflip to a reverse guilotine choke?? I was like what the... anyhow I guess Tito Ortiz the hunnington beach badboy from the UFC is joining TNA. Man I cant wait to see that. Was pretty fun watching TNA for the first time. I hope all their shows are that exciting. CHeers and go AJ Styles !!!
  3. hey liauce, or anyonw else who could help, I want to make music on my mac in garageband, I want to create metal/rock type of music, while most rock bands I hear dont have very much talent (or so it sounds in their music) some do sound great, I want to sound great in an agressive hard rock kind of way, is their any tips you could give me? Thanks a million.By the way, I've never done much singing, and my voice is a little deep. Thanks again
  4. Wow! thats awsome, I was wondering the same question. Beacause I have some videos I would like to post on my site. Thanks for clearing that up for us.
  5. i havent yet but it looks interesting, I'll have to check it out, whats the guys name? Anyhow have you heard about MAs Oyama? That guy was the man. He trained in the woods for two years in solitude, Doing all kinds of crazy exrcises. He came back with crazy puncing and kicking power. They called him GodHand after he owned everyone at a bunch of Karate tournaments.Later on he wanted to test his Karate even more, so he went on to challenge bulls to fights. I think he fought about 46 or 47. H ekilled most of them, The bulls were going to slaughter anyhow in case you thought this was crule. Of coarse not many people believe this, but there are some videos on it. Well I'll try and check out that book your talking about. Thanks and Cheers!
  6. garrr matey, I'll be on me way to Ol Oak Island in no time, its about time I got me treasure back!!
  7. This reminds me of "The White Ball of Healing Light" in Fight Club lol, But it seems interesting enough for me to try it out. I have tried a few things like this before, and they weren't what I expected but they did help. I guess I needed more practice and experimentation. But Thanks for the advice, I joined the site and checked out the forums, a bunch of really cool people. Well Thanks again
  8. Very interesting read thanks a million, and s2city thanks for the info on https://creativecommons.org/ That site is awsome man!!! Now I can copyright my site for free Well thankyou all for the info. CHEERS!!!
  9. I'd rather donate my organs, be burned, and turned into a diamond than be buried six feet under. A diamond lasts forever right. And at least I could still look pretty lol. Being a diamond gives you some signifigance even in death, rather than being some silly ashes above a fireplace. I think it's a great idea, thanks for sharing.
  10. One of my junior year teachers in high school taught us alot about targeted advertising, he used more magazines and tv commercials than internet to show us. I thought advertising is an art. It's really amazing how sneaky sneak some companies can be. They play on your ethics, use statistics, pride, love, etc. I think I could do well if I were to try to advertise for food companies. Well an interesting read thanks.
  11. MMA is an abrieviation commonly used for Mixed Martial Arts. And at Mixed Martial Arts events, athletes are free to use whatever martial arts style or combination of styles they have learned. Three very popular MMA organizations are UFC (which is mainly held in Las Vegas Nevada), Pride which is held in Japan, and K1 which is also mainly held in Japan. There are many many more organized events put out in various countries. For example here in hawaii we have SuperBrawl, and Rumble on the Rock. Usually every organization has a set of rules which differs from the others. ex: In Pride elbow strikes are illegal but kicking a downed opponet is legal, While in UFC its vice versa. The UFC which started in the early 90's began with absolutely no rules at all, but to further it as a sport rather than just a spectacle the had to start incorporating rules and weight classes. The UFC was doing well but then went through some problems and survived off of PPV and the Internet for almost 10 years. MMA is getting alot more reconition now days beacause of Spike TV and Fox having the balls to show MMA on public TV. MMA has been around at least since acient greece were it was called Pankration, which uses a combination of boxing and wrestling. I hope this gives you a brief idea about Mixed Martial Arts. Fell free to PM me or anything if you have any questions. and thanks for reading.
  12. Wow, I never did hear of this before, i just clicked on it beacause of the weird name. But I've looked into self hypnosis before but was dissapointed. But I really agree so far with what this guy or whoever writes the articles on the site. Thanks a million man. Ima start posting there too
  13. Wow I guess it sounds like fun, But I'd probably get headasches trying to find stuff.
  14. I have this crazy radical friend of mine named Marco, Hes actually a very intelligent man from Columbia, a little crazy but intelligent. Anyhow he told me about Chupacabras awhile ago. He gave me the classic story that some lab experiment went wrong. They were breeding these experimental animals for a purpose I can't remember and somehow they escaped. Then they went around feeding on peoples livestocks. Kinda sounds like alot of things. Most people who say they have seen them say they look like a rat kangaroo with devil red eyes. Tons of proof on animals that just had there blood drained from the scull usually. Farmers from all over complain. More in South america and Peurto Rico, We really won't know for sure for awhile, maybe never. Kind of like bigfoot I guess. But I would't mind going on a trip to look for them. Would be fun research....or would it lol. Anyhow supprised to see Chupacabra as a topic. Fun stuff. Maybe someon will post about aliens.
  15. Im not one to always use popular terms, but everytime I have heard it used it was used in context of someone being drunk like crazy, I thought crunk was just crazy drunk. They ryhme so. lol Whatever it means I feel silly saying it.
  16. ahahaha thats awsome. My elementary school teacher always said that prime numbers could'nt be that big. Only if I had her number right now. Man thats just crazy I dont know how people would even check that. What if the computer made a little tiny mistake. Would we have the brain power to ever really know? Anyways that was interesting, and its great to know my teacher was wrong on this. She always thought she was so smart. lol cheers
  17. Im looking to do the same thing man. I want a cool little forum for my website, so people could contribute and recieve valueble information about martial arts. Develop a nice little community on the website, would be fun. Well PM me if you find out how. Thanks
  18. Im a huge wrestling fan. But more like competitive wrestling as sport. Like submission wrestling. I never really watched WWE until the other day. Man that stuff is entertaining. And even if it is fake those guys put on a great show. And they have crazy conditioning. Most UFC guys are fat and die/gas out in the fight after only the first or second round. Rounds are only 5 minutes by the way. There was some guy named Batista or something like that on the otherday when I watched it. Man that guy was HUGE. Anyhow thats about all the experience I have watching WWE so far. Its because its on before The Ultimate Fighter. But I'll probably watch it sometime soon again.
  19. Wow thanks to everyone for all of their positive feedback. I didn't know what to expect. And thankyou for your addition "rejected". I should of explained that part. Anyhow, one of my goals is to put out alot of tutorials with video on my site. I think I'm going to use putfile.com for the videos, but I would prefer not to have to link to their page and just view the videos from my site. So if any of you know of any video hosts that would be awsome. I just want people to be able to click and view streaming video rather than download the files. But my and team I are gonna take pics next weeks for some instructionals, following that videos. I would like to make a free resource of the best Martial arts techniques and training for free for everyone. I'm going to figure outr how to add a forum as soon as I get the time. And someday I will post like crazy so I can upgrade my account here at Xisto.com Anyhow thanks again everybody for the positive feedback, Cheers!
  20. Hello everyone, this is Jason Bray future MMA champ, today I will describe to you how to perform a double leg takedown. (The importance of this move is critical for any grappler/wrestler looking to take his/her opponet to the ground to work his submission/ground and pound skills).step 1 (the setup) Before you shoot in on your opponet it is extremely important to set your opponent up for the takedown. Even if you have great takedowns a nice setup will make life that much easier. Now there many different ways to set your opponent up. One of my personal favorite include faking or "fienting" a shot on your opponent, He will get ready to sprawl or counter your fient. While he is reestablishing his base shoot in with all you've got.The shot: there is more than one way to shoot in on your opponent. The important thing is that you dive deep in between his/her legs. you want to aim past your opponent. As far as distance goes different people have different abilities when it comes to how far away they can shoot in on their opponents. A good rule of thumb is to only shoot in if you can touch your opponent.Riping: too many people fail at takedowns once they grab the legs beacause they lazily pull the legs and drive straight towards their opponent. You want to RIP your opponents legs out from under them, and Drive either to your left or your right at an angle to throw off your opponent's balance and to score a better position.Thats it. It's not a very complicated move but it is one that needs to be practiced alot. Once again work your setups, practice distance, rip their legs out from the ground, and DRIVE with everything you have.I'm not much on computers but I would like to continue sharing what I know about self defence, Martial Arts, and sports. If I'm allowed to show a few images in tutorials please let me know. If not then once I get the required credits and upgrade my site, the I will just provide links to my site on these techniques were I hope to include videos as well. Thanks for reading.Jason. any questions please email me at bmxpunker2005@yahoo.com
  21. yeah about that free laser engraving, It voids your warranty. But if you really want your name on it go for it.
  22. aww the new ipod nano, Well I checked it out on the site and imediatly thought it was too small. I loved the mini's size. I think it's perfect. I've owned a 4th generation 20 gig and a 4th gen 40 gig. Out of those two I prefered the 20 gig. It was more slim and I didn't have more than 5 gigs of music I actually listened to on there. So as a music player I think the 6 gig mini with 18 hours battery life is perfect for me. However when the ipod photo came out, it got alot of people thinking about more multimedia purposes, an ipod video prehaps in the making? Not likely. But I would buy a 60 gig ipod photo if you could view videos on the TV with it through the AV dock. The photo slideshows with music are fun though. But for me who values music from an mp3 player is content with most ipods. back to the subject, It really matters what you value in your mp3 player. If you like the photos, or even the photo slideshows avoid the nano. The pics resolution is less. and there is no AV dock capabilities, (thats a big negative for me). Most of the original adapters wont work on the new Nano, becuase of the new unique headphone jack. But If your like me, the 6 gig mini with 18 hours of battery life is perfect. On the other hand if you like small cute devices, you just want a little bit of everything, the the Nano has it all for you: size, pics, 4 gigs etc. I guess time will tell, we will have to see if Apple comes out with some new features exclusivly for the nano.
  23. If I had a billion dollars I would buy vida guerra, and maybe a box of doughnuts.
  24. I think the best new metall band is TRIVIUM those guys rock out like crazy, but they sound great to, listen to pull harder the strings of your martyr, or dying in your arms, I actually love both their albums. I like alot of other metal bands too. Mettalica is a huge one. but after listening to trivium its like who else compares lol. well check them out guys. PS great thread.
  25. you lucky lucky guy, I'm still running my "beasty" emachines from 1996. Ooo baby, 466 mghz, 20 gigs for hard disk space, I'm on top of the world!!!
