Verizon Wireless has some android phones for cheap. Plus you dont have to get the apps and games from the market you can reach 3rd party vendors. Any of the droids are good.

I love "Digital Fortress", and this does seem similar. Government agencies need to realize that people will find a way around any filters. I can see school placing these stupid rules into place, but a whole country? Can people not think for themselves any more.

I like the brown, however I would like to see a rotation like green and some other colors. I don't like the the font/images that you used to separate each link. Maybe something a little more basic.
