Instead of asking their age directly, you can just add some general questions like Name, fav color and ask them to enter Birth Date. Entering birth date w/ year is much better than asking the age directly which gives them the hint that something is going to be blocked :-) Make sure, you set a permanent cookie after that selection.

LOL! Naah, it was not a bug. The firewall on GAMMA blocked Xisto queries since the port was blocked. After I opened it, things are back to normal again :-)

The thread was started in Feb and after the installation of those equipments + the change in our monitoring systems, We have not had a SINGLE mySQL related complaint. :-) We are proud of it

Page load time is fast enough.Now, the only thing I felt is.. It gives a feeling that the designer is a beginner. The animations used are very simple and it lacks complexity.The intro text could had been a bit transparent. It would had given it a much better effect. The loading screen with the two circles shrinking in size is a very simple animation. And does not look that good.. a very narrow loading bar would had looked better..The rest is ok :-)Sorry my suggestions and comments are a bit straight forward, but this will definately help you improve .Last but not the least, making your site completely in flash will not be SEARCH ENGINE friendly. So, Even if you had the chance of attracting THOUSANDS of people from search engine, you would just lose it because of the flash content. As SEs do not read flash to much extent.You can create another NO-FLASH or HTML section to keep things simple for people with slower connections and for search engines. :-)

Google have launched Google Checkout which will be used by Merchants to accept payments online. This service is similar to PAYPAL and 2Checkout.com. Google is promoting this service using Google Adverts. They are providing a full waive off for transaction charges for merchants using Google adwords to promote/advertise their products. This service seems to be the answer to paypalsucks.com. PayPal is one of the world's biggest online payment processing company. After thousands of users having issues with PayPal and paypal enjoying its monopoly all these years, Google has finally introduced Google Checkout. Which will be a Good news for all those people who have had bad experiences with PayPal in the past. This service is however open only for US residents. It is kinda rediculous to think this. Even if they do have our information is very limited. They can use it for better targetting of ads and sales marketting. As long as the Government has the upper hand, no damage is possible.

I fully agree with Avalon. Interest is everything. A guy with interest will definately yield better results than the others.A person with interest would think more about having some uniqueness in his work and values appreciation more than money. He feels his job is completed when he is happy and not his boss :-)
