30Gigs.Com - 30GB Of Email Space

Recommended Posts

http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

A new web mail service.
They promise to bring users an email inbox of 30gb.

Woo... 30 Gigabytes of email storage!! and by invite only!

Their service is combining personal file storage, GD2 signatures and anonymous email all into one. and it is free!!!

Anyway, who would use 30GB for emails?
I think not many people are interested in that much space.
I only have an account because I'm cool

has anyone got it already??
invite me, please...

30 GB?!!! What is the maximum attachment size that they allow ?I don't think anybody will use it for their regular email.... it's much more useful to store files . Besides, I for one don't want an email id like 'abhiram@30gigs.com'.

waste of time.....gmails 2.6 gigs is good enough, plus its continuously incresing, and you get to use it as a removable drive, maybe if 30gigs did that i might consider making an effort to get aan account, and if the maximum file size is above the average 500kb that would be nice too.i personally think its kinda stupid to have an email account that is pretty much half of a average 60gig hd, expecially when you cant use it as a removable drive like gmail

You can host your own site off of gmail. If 30gigs would allow it I would pay for that email service. Because a 30 gig Email would be perfect for hosting a Counter-Strike server or somthing like that.

30 gigs is not interresting for me, i have enough with 250 mb from hotmail, i don't mail that much and not big mails. So, what would i do with 30gigs, maybe if there's a hack so you could use it as a HDD, but no, I aint interrested in that.

I would not find any need for 30 gigabytes of email space at all. I simply don't need so much space for my email. I've only used up around 3% of my Gmail space. Anyway I'll stick with Google because they really have an award-winning Gmail email service which is really useful and has lots of useful features.

30gb is alot of space and well not unless your Bill Gates, your not going to use all that up, but what is the design like and stuff? Also any problems with the privacy agreement ? If anyone is offering an invite I will gladly accept.

Hell, with those terms, I could only imagine that there would be ads superimposed over your e-mail -! Seroiusly, though, would a corporate even require such space?! I mean, c'mon, 30 GIGS - I would allow spam just to take up space!

No, I'm fine with my Gmail account, thank-you very much. And, at the rate it's going, I can't imagine it'd be too long before it starts getting in the double digits space-wise...

wow, I really don't need that much space for my emails, as I like using POP, I have all the space for mail in my hard drive.. the provider just needs to have no filesize limits of emails and I am just fine. :-)

I need 30 gigabytes, I don't know about anyone else. With all this spam I'm just going to forward it all to the 30 gig account and see how long it takes to fill it up lol. Amazing that I have gmail and walla accounts, I use them both, but I'd never fill either one of those up. 30 gigs is definately a lot of space. I guess it would server as a useful place to archive everything. What's this removable drive that Gmail offers? I have a gmail account. Maybe I should look into that. Sounds fairly nice from the posts I've read.
