That is bizzare... thanks for sharing that. Tucows inc is a freeware / shareware site for software and IT users. Odd! Wonder why they'd buy out a domain.com for at least another 4 whole years, I believe that would cost almost 100USD?? For me it redirects me to Google.co.uk Ź_ŹIt's a waste of domain-name, and its a one word domain too, and a popular word Lets see what happens after 2014... FouGilang 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2009 (edited) LolIt does redirect. And it wasn't frame or such too. Real redirect. I wonder if this was their under construction template :PSo the main thing is whoever register that domain name, he/she/they must be have google that much, or maybe rather insane. Because no matter how i have my competitor, i would never, ever, for ever, do such generous thing like that, unless if i was asked to do so Edited December 13, 2009 by FouGilang (see edit history)

It's like admitting defeat, yet helping out your competitor... weird! If it was under construction, I wonder what for. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ ? Its owner registered under the whois database is profiting from a software site... or at least google comes up with it...Im going to put loser.com in my favourites

Its really purposeful I think dear friends. I am not able to understand the exact purpose of this deed. I don't think that just doing such deeds will effect adversely to google or something else but instead some more people will reach it thats all.
Atomic0 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2010 According to the WHOIS records for the domain name "Loser.com", the domain is owned by a person named 'Brian Connelly' of United States. This means that he seems to be choosing to redirect to Google.com himself and that the domain name is not controlled or owned by Google Inc. The reason why some of you have been redirected to different places when visiting Loser.com is because it redirects you to the main Google page at Google.com, at which Google then checks the location (country) of your IP address and redirects to the relevant Google homepage for that specific country. Interestingly, the domain Loser.com is actually for sale on Sedo, although it seems to be held by a domain squatter who is demanding large sums of money for the domain, considering the number of offers refused.
