Debian; easy to use and linux kernel.

Ubuntu. And waiting for the complete version of Jolicloud. I love the color. (lame reason!) I use Windows at work, 8-hours a day (plus the overtime 2 hours, at least). After doing it for more than 3 years now, you get to have this feeling that Windows = Work. And who wants to bring their work (windows) at home. So I switched to Ubuntu for relaxation. Now Ubuntu = Rest for me. So, I guess, I love how Ubuntu symbolizes rest. We have different reasons why we love a specific OS. Our choice just works for us.

I like Windows because you don't have to write commands... But Linux is the boss for making a server (PHP).
