I like megaupload, if you are a premium member you don't have any of the problem's as above. I use it to send large files all over the place. With the premium membership it manages to max out my connection speed on download. I believe the upload is fast because on most files it uses the files hash to determine if the file is on the server and if it is, it just links your account to the file already on the server. When you are premium there is no wait to download at all. I think the site is very cool in this regard.
