  1. hai!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Some of you may know me, but some of you may not, well I'm Soviet :)If you may have noticed, I've been inactive for a little while, but with good reason. I've been.... doing some stuff but now I'm back and plan to be active again.I see theres many new members since the MyCENT came back online, I can't welcome you all individually so I'll just do this:WELCOME TO Xisto, oops, I mean WELCOME TO Xisto!!!!!!!!! :lol:I'm truly sorry for not making the KS IRC more popular, the IRC has been, and still is there.. ready for KS members to pour in, so the IRC is still going, if you wanna join just check my signature for the link. I'll also be talking to OpaQue about making it the primary chat for KS.
  2. Oh, I was speaking in general ofcourse people with special skin may need doctor purcribed cleansers but normal people should use the method I posted above^ sometimes being old fashioned is better :3
  3. Meh.all of those name brand skin cleaners do the same thing for your skin that soap and water does, my advice to you would be to stop using those expensive skin cleaners and buy some good ole noxema, use noxema in the morning and soap and water in the night. if you have dry skin use a moisturizer afterwords.
  4. Yes,it's not natural, anything that's not natural is not good for you and damages your body, the fact of the matter is; we were not meant to consume the stuff we do today, do you think Adam and Eve sat around drinking coke? nope.I don't think there's anything to worry about though, the damage is minimal, it's no more bad for you then the other stuff you consume.and as far as getting cancer and other diseases, No, there is nothing in coke that can hard you in that way...it's just not good for you.aside from the fact if you leave a nail in a bottle of coke overnight, the nail will melt from the acid but that's just what I've been told.
  5. a PHP IRC bot can easily achieve this, kinda like an RSS the MyCENT part could be a little more complicated, my friend and I are working on a cool bot that will do EVERYTHING we could ever want it to. i'm also looking for a small IRC client OpaQue can embed, if I can't fine one without watermarks I'll have one made
  6. As soon as the MyCENT is back up I hope to see everyone in the IRC!! and i'm going to try and talk OpaQue into replacing the current webchat with an embedded irc client
  7. what happened to ur moderator status?!?!

  8. I didn't even know of the thread, I do not want any special attention, anwiii, when OpaQue said "put it in a topic" I thought he meant for me to make a topic, and I really don't care about money because well... atm.. $20 is just like $0.01 to me. personally, I like the logo that's up there now, I just had this one made because OpaQue asked me to. so I was only doing what he asked. I think OpaQue should upload the current logo's PSD so that everyone can edit it and post their changes.
  9. eh, I'm not worried about money I actually shouldn't have even brought the word up Personally I didn't really want to put emoticons in it cause it's just silly tbh but it's OpaQue's decision so.
  10. Well here it is again, complete with emoticons... :XD:
  11. alright i'll make some changes you want any of the other fonts edited? are you srs about putting emoticons? o.O
  12. =/ OpaQue told me to post a topic and he asked me to find him a logo, I paid $20 for this logo to be made lolz The logos are supposed to highlight the topics of the forums.
  13. OpaQue wants a new logo so here it is Here's what it looks like when applied to the forums: It wasn't made by me, I had it made by someone else for KS What you think?
  14. That pretty much covers everything you need to know good job rob. OOOOOO that rhymed loool IRC is just as secure as any other messenger, just better!
  15. It was in my state but fortunately not in my city :)

  16. Thanks for all your support, I've even got some regular's in the irc this will turn out well I just know it! I couldn't have said it better myself, web browsers hogg too much resources and don't run in the background, face it.. you cannot keep a web browser open the entire time you're on the internet. an IRC client however, can run un-noticed on your task bar and is at your fingertips when you need it, I've heard some people say that they like the sound feature of the webchat, well an IRC client can be customized any way you want to, you can have tray balloons, sounds etc. and by default, you get a notification when someone mentions your username in the chat! there's really no cons to an IRC but there are so many pros.
  17. well actually the IRC will be tied to the forums soon, I'm making a bot that will fetch new posts and announce them in the IRC an IRC is way more convenient then a bulky, browser based shoutbox, and you can have the client make sound when someone speaks.. just like the shout box
  18. When the post was moved, the bb codes was stripped, It was a mistake by OpaQue I think so I will include the missing links below:Link to YChat: http://www.silverex.org/download/ Link to the tutorial: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png
  19. The un-official Xisto IRC is now up! Continue reading for complete details! IRC stands for ''Internet Relay Chat'' it's a server that you can connect to from any IRC client! this is a new way to get help and have fun! IRC clients are very light, use almost no computer resources and run in the background, un-noticed until you're ready to use it. This will be an alternative to the shoutbox, it will be a new way to discuss in real-time chat without having to log into the forums. IRC Administrator - Soviet Rathe If you already have an IRC client installed you can copy and paste this into your browser's address bar: irc://hub.dab.biz/Xisto If you don't have an IRC client and are running windows you can download YChat which is a 100% free alternative to xchat. If you are running linux or ubuntu, you can get XChat for free! sudo apt-get install xchat or look for a linux distro of XChat If you have problems setting up or connecting your IRC client you can refer to this tutorial which applies to both XChat and YChat. If all else fails or you just don't want to install a client you can use the web based client click here Note: hosting irc servers is still banned from xisto, Xisto - Web Hosting, and all other services related to xisto, this irc is in no way hosted, or affiliated with xisto servers. All Xisto mode and admins will get ops on the channel after they verify their identity. You may see some of the normal Xisto members with ops, these are highly trusted members who are helping run the IRC. Idea's - Things to be announced later: Trivia night - Trivia night's will be hosted, other news about this will be announced. More bot features - I'm working on a custom bot that will be fetching info from the forums and updating them in the IRC - among other things. Domain - replacing the current domain to one that suits Xisto. Have fun! ADMINISTRATOR NOTE: We do our level best to use all available technologies on the web to present our data and ''communication services'' in the safest and best possible manner. SHOUTING and Chatting is fun and we have a CHAT feature on TOP menubar of KS, powered by Java Technology which runs within your chosen browser. IRC is just another medium to communicate and Its necessary users understand IRC before using it. Please check your Computer Firewall is ON and you have installed an up-to-date AntiVirus Software, at any cost. IRC chat is not OFFICIALLY monitored by our chosen moderators on this discussion forum. Hence, its an un-official communication Channel of KS.
  20. Once unlinked from a Credit card or bank, and if there is no other credit card's or banks linked with your Paypal, your account will become unverified again. However you can go to your local store that carries prepaid credit cards and buy one of those, if you have a Walmart near you you can get a GreenDot card which has a minimum deposit of only $10 with a $4.95 activation fee, after you get one of those you can link it with your Paypal and become verified. This method works with any type of prepaid/giftcard that is accepted as a credit card
  21. Any Xisto mods/admins who join the IRC and confirm their identity by pming me (while I'm in irc at the time) Will get full admin privileges, Full ops go to both admins AND mods. I goal right now is to get Opaque in :)Right now my friend's server is being ddos's, you can still join the IRC but it may be laggy and you may get disconnected at times.Tomorrow i'm moving the channel to Rizon (a good reliable host) so after that there will be no problems, I am also going to be adding some fun bots to the channel however right now there is already a fun bot that you can play with
  22. The irc is up, and I have included instructions for connecting to it! XChat is 100% free for linux users. For ubuntu users: sudo apt-get install xchat For windows you can use MIRC MIRC is a trial, but the trial is forever, the only difference from the trial and paid version is when you start it there will be a splash asking you to upgrade, but it only takes a second to exit it. Once you have installed an irc client follow this link to be connected to the server, and automatically join the channel: irc://hub.dab.biz/Xisto if that doesn't work you can start the client and connect to the server: hub.dab.biz once on the server type /join #Xisto If you do not wish to install a client, or have problems using a client you can connect to the web based irc client here @ash, k, I know Opaque doesn't really want this but it couldn't hurt to have a trial and see how this goes if it goes well I can discuss with Opaque to make a subdomain redirect so the irc url will be knowledgesurta.com instead of hub.dab.biz Ask me any questions and i'll be happy to help my irc name is Soviet
