For starters, get the Opera browser till this problem is fixed. As far as i can guess, it's a problem with Firefox 2.2; i've never had this problem with 1.5*. Make the text easier to see. I can't make out what it says near the bottom middle. More light would help also. And, yeah, a border, too. Then the sig would be even better.

I noticed that the GIMP doesn't have a large selection of selection tools (heh). So, the only way to make polygonal selections, at least to my knowledge, is using the Pen Tool, and start drawing around what you need. Then just convert it into a selection.EDIT: Ok, for color tools. To do what you want, may require some extra work--but this is what i can come up with, for now. Duplicate the render layer. Make a selection around the skin, then apply a layer mask to it: This should make it so only the skin is visible for that layer. Then use Color Balance (Layers > Colors > Color Balance) to make the skin into whatever color you want. Then lock both render layers together, just incase you decide to move the render, they both will move together.

Maybe instead of cookies, try muffins instead? And maybe instead of ice cream, try the healthier alternative: yogurt?

I think that, instead of injecting the ice cream, just smear it on one cookie (like one does with peanut butter to bread), then grab another cookie, and place it on top of that, would be a better, more convenient way to go about it. But then again, something like this has already been done, known as an "icecream sandwich". The only difference with this idea is that, you can have whatever kind of cookie dough to have around the icecream. Though, to figure out a good-tasting combination may involve trial-and-error.

I don't see any visible problem that came from this. But shouts that seem as if you're talking to yourself in the shoutbox may be considered spam. Maybe this was the case, when the last five or more shouts is nothing but a single person talking.

It's quite good, actually. Though, i suggest to center the gloss that's all the way at the top. It's off to the right a bit. Seems odd, when every other light spot is in the center.

I would not agree, because we humans do not create things. We simply just manipulate whatever we can to our advantage. So, techniqually, it's not create, but "create". To put God on our level would just confuse things. If only God had been created, this question would be valid. Since we ourselves are creation, most of us have trouble comprehending the fact that God is not creation. He, simply, just is--that is, has always been. But like mentioned above, placing God in our level just confuses things.

To be Holy is to be good, just, and/or perfect. You cannot be these things if you fail. To fail would contradict God's, or a Supreme Being's nature. When something fails to do what it is supposed to do, it is no longer itself, but just worthless, and it gets tossed away, unless it is capable of being fixed. If it is capable of being fixed, it is not perfect. This should have ceased all continuing thoughts. You cannot fail in something if you don't even try to do something. Then why all the questions? You should have gotten it to make sense by now. I think what's going on here is that you keep reverting to the, "failure to fail is failure" thought. Half of the wallpaper being black isn't that bad of a thing, if the wallpaper were to be used. The shortcut icons could be placed there. However, the blackness takes up more than half of the wallpaper; not really a good thing, here. And i agree with Hadi, not all the colors match. Also, adding some contrast may improve it a bit. Out of all the text, i had trouble reading "summer".

I'm voting with a "yes". You seem to have some experience in graphics other than just sigs--which is what i look for, and prefer; even if the GFX section of the forums is mostly sigs. Good luck on other's votes.

God, or a Supreme Being would not set out to fail, lest they'd ruin their Holiness or Godliness. So, techniqually, they're not failing at failing, cause they didn't even try to fail. It is extremely unlikely for God, or a Supreme Being to even think about trying to fail. There's a common phrase that goes, "When God acts, who can stop Him?".

The only way to judge a religion is by their Holy Book(s). One cannot truly judge a religion by the followers' actions, cause they could be doing things that are against their religion. You can call yourself whatever, but that doesn't mean you are. But it's hard to find one that fully follows their religion, huh?
