  1. What size do you want it in? Any specific colors you want used for it? It would be easier for us, and to your benefit, if you used the request format found here: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/29833-rules-read-this-before-making-a-sigbanner-request-rules-regulations-update/
  2. For this SOTW the theme will be based on food. Could be a fruit, a veggie, an assortment of fruits and/or veggies, a certain dish--maybe one of your favorites, a certain snack, etc... Size: at most 400px wide, at least 300px wide; at most 150px tall, at least 100px tall. Brush Style: Any Color: Any Render: that matches theme Text: at least your forum name Other effects: Optional Winning Prizes: 1st: 15 credits 2nd: 10 credits 3rd: 5 credits Voting will start at least this coming Saturday.
  3. I've allowed a couple of entries, although text requirement wasn't reached so there can be [a] 3rd-place winner(s). Dawiss: Agentb: Mich: Kryptonite: Voting format: Dawiss: 0Agentb: 0Mich: 0Kryptonite: 0 Voting will end at least this coming Saturday.
  4. Actually, it means you must have your forum name on it, other text is optional. I just so happened to not pay much attention to the text requirements, that's why the entries in the other SOTW were included. But what i really pay the most attention to is the size requirements. So yeah, it was my mistake that entries without the user's forum name on it were accepted. I'll let it slide for this SOTW, also. But just for a future notice, i will be paying more attention, equally, for all requirements.
  5. I'm not sure what kind of problem you're having in Internet Explorer, since you did not specify. However, i checked your site in Internet Explorer, and compared it to the others. I see nothing wrong with it. Then again, let me specify that i have IE7. It could be that you're using IE6. But if you're using IE7, then please specify the problem you're having.
  6. If your fish often die, logic tells me you're not taking care of them properly. You sure you're feeding them the proper amount they need? Does this game allow other fish maintenance? Maybe that time while you're asleep, they become hungry, or something. Or maybe other fish that you have are eating your fish. I'm not sure how this game works. But does it give you the reason why your fish die?
  7. The Dirge of Cerberus game is a 1st-person/3rd-person shooter game. It is basically about one specific charater's life: the mysterious one from FF7 (i forget his name). It's also somewhat of an RPG. The more you shoot down the more you earn points. I hear the English version of the game is better than the Japanese one.
  8. I had some trouble picking between Delivi's entry and Mich's entry. They're both very nice sigs. But the colors of Delivi's sig got to me, which is why i voted for Delivi's sig.
  9. I'd say not guilty. The robber was trespassing. The fact that the robber is suing someone is proof in its own that he was trespassing. The robber should not have attempted to break in and enter. He would have never gotten shocked if he hadn't.
  10. I really like this different style you tried. Everything matches, nice coloring, render works with background well. Nice text, but it's just too black, you know what i mean? Maybe some italics on the word "No" would do nicely. I give it an 8.5/10.
  11. Sorry dude, but i'ma have to deny this request. The rules state: Although, you do have at least 10 posts, they are not quality posts. A quality post is way more than a few words. Kindly post quality posts to be approved.
  12. Tell us why it's your favorite football team. Don't leave us here hanging. <_<But as for me, i guess it would have to be the Carolina Panthers. My reason doesn't have to do on how good they are, or what players they have. I just happen to be fond of their logo. It's a nice black and blue panther, and a little white. A nice combination of colors, the kind i would choose to go together as well, i might add. It just looks cool, in my opinion. But that's basically the only reason i chose them.
  13. I think i understand what you're trying to do. You would have to use the name attribute for the anchor elements. Example (for event.html): <a name="July">July</a> Then when a person clicks on July in the index.html: <a href="event.html#July">July</a> It would scroll to where the anchor with the name attribute that has the value of "July" is.
  14. When i first started my own website, i was using Angelfire as my host. Since i was new to HTML, i had to use their custom-made editor. The website was about my favorite anime at the time: Dragon Ball Z (DBZ). As i got better aquainted with HTML, i was able to stop using Angelfire's editor, and start coding my own layouts. My site was becoming bigger, and packed with information about DBZ. I was getting a decent amount of hits to the site--couldn't complain--thanks to the affiliates i have. While maintaining that one, i decided to make another site, but this time not limited to one anime. It was OK, but i didn't really put much effort into as i had done with my previous site. After a long while, i started losing interest in animes, but was getting more into web design. I decided to ditch the websites i had and create a new one, but more based on web design to teach others about it, and to provide some resources; this new site would still include some anime. The name for this new website was a merging of the two site's names that i had left behind. The new name became "TrueFusion".Since web design includes many programming languages, i needed a host that provided PHP--the new language i was learning at the time. I found a host named "HostUltra," it had what i wanted. However, after a while of using their service, i wanted to expand again. I wanted to stay within the free webhosting services. So, i ditched HostUltra because i needed to pay for a MySQL database. After a long search, i came across Xisto. I found everything i needed, and it is now my site's current host. Although i stopped maintaining it and have been more active in the forums, i still keep it alive so others can look at the tutorials i've written and download the scripts i've made. Though, i do plan on updating it sometime soon.Well, that's the history of my site.
  15. That's a very nice looking userbar. Well done; especially if it's your first. It's so nice it makes me wanna use it. So i will.
  16. If you do a search on it, you can find a tutorial for variables. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
  17. For this SOTW, the theme will be about music. From artists, to notes, to instruments, etc. Size: at most 400px wide, at least 300px wide; at most 150px tall, at least 100px tall. Brush Style: Any Color: Any Render: that matches theme Text: at least your forum name Other effects: Optional Voting will start next Monday.
  18. Here are the entries for SOTW #47: God-Of-Earth: Dawiss: Emmz: delivi: Mich: Please use the following voting format when voting: God-Of-Earth: 0Dawiss: 0Emmz: 0Delivi: 0Mich: 0 Voting for this SOTW will end next Monday.
  19. Thanks for the votes everyone. Voting has now ended. Closing topic. Awards will be distributed accordingly.
  20. I voted for the one without the pixel stretch. I can't explain my reason. But i still voted for it.
  21. [1]Yes. Glad you clarified it a bit. [2]That's impossible, after all, the proof is for faith: In order for one to believe that God exists. It's like a tricky command, if you think about it. [3]Maybe you just answered your own question, in the 'third' sentence, after my inserted [3] (before the "but"). (4)But i guess no matter how many times i say the universe is proof, it may not be accepted as it. Even though, the universe is the work of God's "hands," or should i say His Word? I mean, how else did all this get here? Or is my way of thinking outdated, and common? Does it not "hold water"? I've always said, "Until proven wrong, i believe in God".
  22. The very first sentence of this quote deals with what was said. It was stated that there are "facts" that disprove God. Yet, there was no reference to these proofs. Therefore, "these facts disprove God" are not proven. But, maybe you were directing that sentence to Cerebral Stasis. Plus, is it really that bad to ask for at least one reference? I mean, don't atheists constantly push us to prove things? Why can't we do the same? One reason why many people don't see proof of God is because they don't consider it proof. God has the whole universe for His proof. But is it proof for "non-believers"? But, of course, there is plenty more proof. And, yes, these things do come from Abrahamic religous history. And, yes, it is tangible. You may continue to call it faith, if you want--so that you may have a reason to reject it. But it's there no matter what. The proof is in the written history. But i wonder if an alien encounter would mean defying gravity.
  23. I have yet to find a "fact" that has disproven the God of Abrahamic Religions. I'll agree with you that every other god has been disproven, whether logically or with proof. But i failed to see any kind of proof that has disproven the Abrahamic God. Can you show me these facts? http://www.godandscience.org/apologetics/nogod.html
  24. Well, i must say the render fits your forum name. Background is nice too, fits the render. The font on the text is a good choice. A subtitle would do nicely here. It would have been better if the image was in a PNG format. I'd rate the sig 6.9/10.
  25. Wow, that's something for HTML as well. But i think i found a solution. Go here: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and read the last post.
