What would have been a nice touch, is a gloss effect like you see Apple do in most logos and layouts.

I dont know about other states, but where i live, it's illegal to drive 15+mph under or above the speed limit. But, it does amaze me on how many bad drivers there are on the road now-a-days. Makes me think that they've cheated on the driving tests.

For areas of content, gradients that extend from top to bottom shouldnt be used, unless you plan on using DIVs with scrolling ability. Also, it's better to use gradients that start from the left and end to the right, and vice versa. That green used for the top and bottom parts of the boxes doesnt match with the blue colors. The blue in the banner, doesnt match with the blue of the rest of the layout. The words "top sites" isnt centered properly.

The bandwidth supported already should be more than enough for your hosting needs. I dont think someone here has ever exceeded their bandwidth limit. And if they have, then chances are they were doing something they werent supposed to.

Sounds interesting. I'm looking at some of the entries so far, and i must say, that would be quite a challenge. Though, i wouldnt mind a few hundred dollars, i dont think i'd make it in the top 5. But, thanks for informing us of this.

I'd keep everything where it is, just add some more color to everything. Background color. Keeping it in the range of dark and light blues. One for the header, one for the footer, main navigation, and side navigation.

I rate this 8/10. Nice blending, nice brushing, nice depth, nice border , monochromatic. The outer glow (?), different color, like black, might have been a better choice.

I'm not sure about the overlapping of the content area by the 2 big circles. That might look weird with actual content in that area. The big pink heart, there's a bumpy edge on the right side of it (caused by the rainbow, i guess). By the way, that empty space under the pink heart, to the left of the content area, is that gonna be used for something? I guess, the "buy me" words are too big for that star. I believe, it's best if it wasnt touching the edge of it. Colors look fine to me.

Arboc7's suggestion should do it, but i believe IE doesnt show the scrollbar when placed on "auto", unless scrolling is required. Thus, why they call it "auto".

Interesting Admin/Mod avatars you've made there Hulunes. I would like to see what other people can come up with, as well. Also, nice suggest about the Avatar rotation, Buffalohelp. Lets keep them creative minds working, .

I must say, that's the best sig i've seen from you, yet. Though, the text on the render's cape, not a good thing. Also, there's a lot of empty space on the left of the sig. I would have moved the render more to the left, and have it in a bigger size. Other than that, nice job.

@Cool Freaker - Yea, i added a dropshadow to the text. I didnt want the other stuff to distract the attention from "Admin" or "Mod".@Jlhaslip - Heh, i know how to add images to posts , i'm just not sure if copying and pasting the url of the image will work. But, having an option on the side, when posting, to insert images that one has uploaded to the gallery would be nice.Hmm, I believe an animated GIF would be better than a flash avatar.
