    Safari 4

How about considering about loading and playing flash object, because almost sites in internet using flash object. For me, opera is very slow >_< and FF is much faster here.
  2. You can also try Faststone Capture. I only ever used its image viewer but they do has a good software. Maybe you can compare it with the one that yordan told and make some review here. BTW, you can get it from : http://faststone.org/FSCaptureDetail.htm
  3. Never used windows 7 before, so I think I can't help you lot. But, are you using proxy? Have you checked your connection? I mean, are you able to connect to TV guide provider (try pinging it)? Have you checked the regional setting in control panel and in MP configuration. You might also checked your time and date setting etc.
  4. Or, M$ could sell 2 version of Win7. $xxx for browserless version, and $1 extra for IE This will solve the problem

    Safari 4

That would be the biggest problem in your research takerraj. Safari 4 in winblows is different with one in Mac. So does FF and Opera (at least that what I feel when I'm using them in my XP and Kubuntu). It would be hard to conduct a fair test on browsing speed for those browsers. Chrome and FF could be the faster ones in XP, but Safari would be the fastest one in Mac, etc.
  6. Lol, but why not Sorry for being OOT, but I wonder if google or mozilla forge linux and create new distro, maybe Mozinux
  7. Funny Yordan M$ won't do such a thing. But maybe they'll forge firefox source, remake it, rename it into M$ ChillyFox and sell it for a few bucks, and says "Enjoy FF performance and M$ Update supporting browser in once".
  8. But M$ will put such a script only for downloading IE, right? M$ won't put other competitors' installation link, and others wont also let M$ put their installation link inside M$. Then, the only solution is to put IE inside Winblows and let the people to choose the right browser for them.
  9. We aren't talking about iphone converter. Maybe you posted in a wrong section?
  10. Yordan, not all of the ppl understand that. Well, at least a n00b like me don't understand that ;p
  11. Come on guys, he's already dead. I'm not his fan, but for some people, he's like a hero. Lots of people inspired with his songs. Why don't we let him RIP, and respect his family and fans by not telling something like "he's an alien" etc
  12. So why don't you try gmail. Gmail is not only about a huge space, but it also included lots of feature. And if you have slow connection, you still can use html version which is lighter than the usual one. If you're an FF user, have you tried no script and adblock plus addons? Those addons really help me a lot.
  13. I agree with quatrux. Not all user know about browsing with telnet etc, so lots of people will need ie for the first time. I did download FF and opera using ie then chose to use both of them rather then ie.
  14. I want ask something related to this thread. I have XP installation CD bundled with my Dell Notebook. AFAIK, it doesn't have serial CD like yours guys. Is it possible for me to install it on another machine?
  15. Glad that this helps people. You should also try free video converter too
  16. Spencer, do you forget that gmail also supports : >> labels, archiving >> forwarding >> thread view ..... ..... Lots of gmail features are better than the others'
  17. Is it a trialware? What does "30 day free trial" means?
  18. I used both. Free video converter is a nice tool, indeed, but for super, i never get it works with my phone. My phone keeps saying that the file can't be played (I convert mp3s into usual m4a files). I don't know the problem. Then I switched to itunes. BTW, I posted this here because some member posted a not-freeware converter tools. Just wanna let people know that we can still get the free one out there
  19. I never knew that global translator can cause such a thing. About notifying yahoo, as long you have the right application ID, you should be able to do that. Really don'T know about this.
  20. Definitely not. I'm using 22 plugins, and never have any issue like this. I got an error about file permission (which is not writable), but nothing related to memory. BTW, try to set memory limit in xml-sitemap plugin setting to 32MB.
  21. Yep, you right Entheone, there are lots of reasons to choose this bittorent client. I used vuze (azureus) when I'm using linux, and use utorrent in my XP.
  22. i don't see any difference. So why people should buy the 16GB one?
  23. Is this your review or bitdefender's review?
  24. Memory usage below 5 mb? Is this real? BTW, is this the average usage or what?BTW, I don't really care because I don't use antivirus at this time.
  25. Me to. Not just because its very-large-email-space, but also because its antispam feature which is better than the others. Beside, you can get pop3 and smtp free. Gmail also doesn't put annoying ads. Compare this with the new yahoo mail page. 10 votes for gmail
