As far as I know a lot, since you are freely downloading files that can be tampered by them..if you are speaking of legal threat, i dont think so, NOT YET unless you run a business.. which they require business licenses as well..

Making Money Online Is Easy By Build A Website
frozen.fish replied to Dehornos's topic in Business Forum
there are probably million ways to making money online.. but the biggest challenge on it is marketing different people and diff colors and steep competition..so practice selling something locally first i say, then enter the international online market. Some money is involved and a hell lots of time and knowledge. Patience and determination is the key.. Its always easier said than done. Ive never made money from a website / google adsense before but Ill enter this business sometime.. Im selling my skills/services for now.. -
PR1 and they are free? hmm...

Firefox Or Internet Explorer that is the question...
frozen.fish replied to Judman's topic in The Internet
Internet Explorer 8 looks great and secure..but wait a few months and let's see if its still secure.. :)id stick with another browser.. Internet explorer has been always a major major pain in the *bottom* both for developers and users, I think they should just throw it away. -
for webkit engine I'd stick with chrome.. after trying out safari for testing sites.. i cannot take the bloat and resource usage so removed it..

Introducing Opera! The Fastest Web Browser On Earth! as they say..
frozen.fish replied to braitt's topic in The Internet
-opera has a much simplier privacy blocker.(you do not need any extensions for it.) http://www.opera.com/blogs/news/ -it has superior bookmark mangement than firefox, thas has been proven.(again firefox needs extension for easier use.) -it is faster and more responsive than firefox. cltrl+alt+delete the two to see proof. -it is not as customizable as firefox though.(but out of the box it has lots of features while smaller footprint vs. firefox.) -download manager for opera is great! -It has been built for standards -it is fairly simply and straightforward. MUCH MUCH SIMPLIER and easier to use than firefox. -also opera has been proven more secure than firefox.(cause little user base=smaller hackers.) the only con i find in opera is that -e-mail client lacks encryption support. -e-mail client cannot compose HTML emails. -no web developer extensions like W3c validator and such. -little support cause firefox has more user base. -no auto update like firefox has. -
it's impossible to speed up utorrent imho. torrent bandwidth speeds are dependent on the network speed.. lastly, why use utorrent when it was acquired by the same company who hates P2P? don't you think something fishy is up? Go open source! been using this one for a while now: http://www.binarynotions.com/halite-bittorrent-client/
