  1. Yea, I usually walk quite fast so the slow people are just in my way. In some rarely cases, they have delayed my arrival. Not to offend them but just frutstrating. I have planned my ETA with my walking speed and they have altered it. Although I do account for variable delays, sometimes, it is just too much.
  2. I would use AK for standard purpose and M4 for tactical purposes.
  3. Well I certainly do know that my HDD has got 2 partitions and they both have data in them. Both are formatted and healthy. So, you are saying that if I have free space in the middle of a partition, and data filled both ends, the Partition Magic will move all the data to, for example, the front and create the new partition just after, say, 50GB? If so, I have to say no more.Or, are you saying that the partition will be formed in where the freespace exists? So file movement is not involved. If so, I have to say no more. Finally, my HDD is all partitioned when I set up the OS and install all those things. All are formatted and healthy. You said that "You can't make a new partition without having free UNPARTITIONED space.". So does that mean I will not be able to partition further given my situation which I said before? If so, I have to say no more. Also, I am not making up theories nor conclusions. I am making sure what I don't know becomes known.
  4. defraggler is great. defrags free space as well, compacting the drive!
  5. I have just been to portableapps and got some great U3 programs. They are great and easy to install - like the other U3s. Highly recommendable. But, after installing it, I found that the program does not show up in the U3 launch pad. So it didn't go as well as I thought.
  6. Hey zywxn, I see where you are going. But:'Since infinity isn't a number, what "minus" means isn't really clear. If we let "infinity - infinity = ?" mean "If you have infinitely things and take away infinitely many of them, how many do you have left?", there are a lot of things the answer could be.In short, the notion of subtracting with infinity isn't really defined. You can't really do it, and if you could, the answer wouldn't mean much.'So mathematically speaking, ∞ - x = ∞.It might just mean that it's not as long as the longest but still 'unthinkably' long... (can't think of other more suitable wordds this instance.
  7. I am not talking about shrinking the drive, I am talking about pre-shrinking it. Suppose I have data everywhere on the drive, would you just partition it without the consideration of where the data would go?If I do it without tidying up, data loss is highly probable. I would prefer to keep my data as well as partition it thankyou very much...
  8. Some of my friends go to bars. They are around the same age as me - around 15.Some of the effects they experienced are:Vomitting - both due to taste and stomach upsetDiscoordinationAlso around a few seconds of black-out. Not sure why but interested in knowing.
  9. Good job varalu. (real name would be better...)Would you mind sharing the technical information about this photo? The camera settings etc..Although I am not a "camera expert" but I am certainly interested in cameras and, of course, take the best picture at the best of my ability using the camera.Well done again!
  10. For there to be good, there will be evil. A sort of balance. Although things can change but due to the balance, it is unlikely.
  11. The U3 function is a great accessory. Gives you a more personalized startup when you plug the usb in.I have a variety of U3 usbs - sandisk, toshiba etc... They work great.Downside is that sometimes they seem to be launching quite slow.
  12. Hey, baniboy, I am using Piriform Defragler. It can defrag free space by moving all files from anywhere in the drive to as close as the front as possible - with or without fragment option available. I would move all files to the front. Now, my problem is that the MFT is at the end of the drive (if the defragler shows it correctly). The MFT is the last thing I want to screw up - records location and things like that. Also, the Piriform defragler cannot move the MFT when i try defragging it (colour coded purple). Are there any software that I can use to tidy up my HDD effectively for the repartitioning?
  13. Thanks a lot for the interpretation. I was very confused before.(Also I had no idea that I could have interpreted it this way. Just not thinking well)Thanks.
  14. I am using the thermal analysis tool and I wanted to run a test. It is accessible in Advanced Preferences in Options. Then in mode, select workload test. When you start the test it asks you something...My issue is, how do I interpret this:Run loads per-core in orderRun loads in order per-coreWhat is the distinct difference(s)? I am planning to do some controlled and more accurate test on different loads but those two statements seems to be an issue.Anyone know what they mean?
  15. OpaQue must be good. When would Opaque not mind to share the script? Or just the general main idea of the script would be great. It seems like a great code that I can use on my personal projects...
  16. The maximum credit storable is 1000 right? If I go over this amount (stored up) then xisto won't allow it? I checked xisto again and the place where it says Add Funds showed that max balance is 1000.What happens if I store more than that (if i really earned that much) in xisto purely by posting in this forum and earning credits into xisto?
  17. Actually, I have experienced quite a lot of deja vu s previously. There are many times in my life that I thought for some time that I really did saw that before. Not too long ago, I was thinking about starting to write down the description of the event that seems like a dejavu and try to refer back to it when it happens again. Just when I don't want to do it because the chances are very low, I started to see the deja vu again. Now it would be the third similar feeling.Sometimes the deja vu happens when I am at school and during a lesson. At that time, I would seem to be daydreaming, unsure about if the event did happen before. Quite disturbing sometimes, but if I have a chance to, I want to find out at least some relations of deja vu.Excuse me for my probable mislocation of the phrase deja vu as I don't know the details about it.Some of my deja vu s happen at school as to your's at the office. I would seem like daydreaming as i am tryingto figure out what really happen and "did this really happen before?" type of thing.
  18. But I am just concerned about data loss. Does the partition magic or software like those prevent this effect?
  19. Of course there will be sound made from the mechanical actions of certain firearms. The sound of the bullet itself is reduced. But the sound travels much quicker than the mechanical action so the sound will escape before the breach is opened. Otherwise there will be 2 bullets travelling within 1 barrel. Also, for the mechanical action, it depend on whether the weapon is gas action or recoil. (You will know it if you know the AKs well - they are usually gas operated.) The sound will travel through any gaps which, for example, revolvers have - between the cylinder and the barrel. Have you ever heard of sonic boom? If you haven't, you should search it up. It happens to supersonic jets as well. So when the bullet travels faster than the speed of sound, the air is pushed with such force that it creates a sound. If the bullets speeed is maintained and still above speed of sound after going through the suppressor, there will be a sonic boom from the bullet - not that the suppressor is not working, but it is the bullet itself "AFTER" it leaves the suppressor. Know more about sonic boom here: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I learned the info to post this, also my first post of this topic: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
  20. I am using Eusing Registry Cleanner which is here: http://www.eusing.com/index.html I have used these before: Spybot S&D (Search and destroy) and some other less important ones. For registry defrag, I use Free Registry defrag which I think it is made by Registry Clean Expert. Freezes sometime during operation (normal, but annoying) but works ok.
  21. To my taste, the line should merge with the background colour at the end (right). Possibly by reducing opacity further. But yea, baniboy can decide.[edit] : banniboy to baniboy
  22. Just an idea:Maybe Xisto should have options to customize the skin to what individual users like - different for each user but 1 skin for general.Nevertheless, the current skin is still good.
  23. Hi, I got the Resource Hacker but now I am not sure about where I can find the Shell32.dll. Can you give the specific path which is common? (most people will have it there)
  24. There are certain things that only command promt will do most effectively. But the administrator disabled it for obvious reasons. All other users including myself are using limited account. Are there any ways to override the settings and enable cmd using a limited account?
