You can limit other computers to have internet access but it is impossilbe to prompt them for password unless you have a domain controller and setup the computer policy but these will be more complicated. If you are using a router it should be connected to wan port, so all computer connected to it are capable in accessing the internet but still depend on the configuration of each computers, if you want remove internet connection to some other computer you should configure the IP and the GATEWAY, including the DNS setup. remove the gateway to the specific computer and it will not be able to connect to internet. Well, let me know if your using routers or switch. since you'r connected to internet and with other computers on network you can share the connection using analog proxy server, may be your setup right now is DHCP, if your using this setup you must obtain the IP address of each computers, if you want to assign static IP on each PC's you must disable the DHCP and assign the IP analog proxy server need and static ip address but this works fine based on my experience, there are updates for this program so you check this links.. I think you need to update your driver, if the resolution is not stable then the problem might be in the video adapter thats the only cause of the problem

Did hear you any sound from the CPU when you try to boot up. identifying the beep from CPU define which of your device is not functioning, if you hear continues beep with 3 seconds interval it could be your memory card, if out hear the beep three times it may be the video card. so check it out maybe it could help you fix that thing, also try to check your jumper settings in your CDrom drive, hard drive, it should be in the right place, windows dont boot up if there is a conflict in jumper settings...

It didn't work, I run the blaster fixer already twice on my computer but nothing was happen, no blaster virus was detected... is there any virus same as blaster?? I was able to captured the image of download trojan virus but dont know how to attach that picture here...

I encountered this bugs or what 6 months ago, untill now still gives me a headache. I don't know if it is a virus, problem in windows services or what but honestly I cant fix it. What it does is, it's gives you an error message saying blahh blahh...with a timer of 60 seconds, when the timer reached 0 it will automatically restart your computer.
