Yes I agree with you,I have once meditated for better health, then my teacher give me some kind of energy and suddenly my body feels very hot and itchy bumps coming out of my skins, and my teacher told us that these effects are because of toxic inside body that needs to be taken out. That is the reason why I am easily allergy to things, ever since cleaning out the toxic, my body regains better health though still need more work to be done on cleaning my throat energy and heart energy.Usually I do meditation for those cleaning by using music, where my mental state when listening to those musics become very calm and then it will flow with the music, and the cleansing process begins once we can harmonize all 4 elements inside the body, harmonizing the mind and heart to become still and can well communicate (to attain so that our heart is the one giving command to mind not the confused).For breathing, we also have our breathing techniques, while I often invent my own, to make my breathe smoother, slower and lesser but still I am well conscious. Hi all, today I am still thinking a topic "Being Obedient" and what really makes me think is, the different with "Being Conscious". I just feel that both of them differs so much that "Being Obedient" is just a way to satisfy others need, not to spiritually enhance ourselves? The reason for this topic to come out, is because that I am currently living in an environment that we need to become obedient! Why! Because I live in a temple of my father's friend, which means that as a member of this Tao spiritual group I need to become obedient, so that I could stand out among of the members there, I need to strive to change every members' view about me, I need to make them feel happy and how they can make me obey them, is that really something good for me? Somehow, in some people's life, there is no more things to worry about, they keep pursuing for happiness, which by common folk means money, but it is endless for pursuing money, so where did they had to go for happiness? Happiness not only means money, but also being admitted. We are human that needs attention, that is the reason why we all suffer if people around us is being indifferently to us. We need someone, something, but for some reasons we are being forced by realistic environment to keep all of our desires inside ourselves, thus we are closing ourselves deep inside, we are unable to express our trueselves we are force to live in a way in the wilderness of this world, thus are we really happy? Singapore is a difficult society, everybody is much being indifferently to anyone, they are not warm hearted like where a life in a village is, this is a social impact for modernized environment, everybody is driven to strive their life to attain the fulfillment of owning everything, every modernized needs, that's really make them attach to those things, so that they are unable to become harmony with nature. So what's the big deal of not being harmonized with nature? People that is not harmonized to nature or surroundings will not understand even their ownselves. The biggest challenge of us is not how to understand others, but is to understand ourselves. At this moment, I live in this temple with one junior school boy, two young ladies, and one auntie. We are all guests in this temple and live there because we are foreigner and need a place to stay in Singapore. At first, when I come there, I don't know there is so much political issue even in temple (its just like you are a politician inside that temple). When I come there, I was told that this junior school boy, who stayed there for already a year, is a problematic boy, he does not like to go to school, and his parent in Myanmar is working so hard to pay his Singapore school fee, and yet he doesn't feel gratitude. Then in my mind, there is like such a faint voice, it seems that they have some plan and want me to do that. So in this temple, more and more people is judging this boy in front of my present, as if I am the one blaming this boy. And until then, I know that I am a spacegoat for their plan. I see that how many seniors in this Tao Temple are designing their politic strategies, pushing people that they like or their friend to become a more welcome one in this Tao Temple, while every senior has their own person (who they brought in), so they are practically trying to get rid of other senior's power in the Temple. And more things that make me sad is, two days ago I am going with this auntie that stays in this temple too, I with this auntie go to McDonald to eat, and after we come back, I just realize that a senior is inside the temple (while usually there is nobody at home). Then this senior quickly come to me and forbid me going out with ladies, they say that this old auntie is tempting me and woman and man should not go together from that moment I had a feeling of no good, which means that my position in this temple is going down and my popularity is no more in a stable condition and I will soon need to leave if I do more mistakes. Then a day later, this senior sent a word via the young ladies (staying in this temple too) to me, which means the senior is not telling me directly in word, the senior is like using the politics to make this girl feels higher than me and more obedient thus this girl need to have an eye on me, while the other time, the senior is telling me the other's disciple's bad word. The senior perhaps practising one of her Tao teachings? I begin to think so, since not only her (this senior) but also the other senior like the leader of this senior is also doing the same thing. Which means that they dislike anything harmony from the temple's resident. Their spiritual view is like who is the more obedient to them is the one who is highly cultivated, which in other words means that the one obey them is the one those go to heaven. They claim their spiritual teachings is like much better than other religions but practically its the same or even much worser. They drive the resident to think selfish and secular, keep sow discord us, everytime they advice us, they are just showing to the others around them, that they are so powerful, to show their seniority, that is why they are falling into the vanity and yet they does not understand, they are being controlled by the desire of power, by the desire of acknowledgement, their vanity rules them. Then, what we (resident) can do is just nod and nod like a stupid man with no personal mind and interest, we are like robot being ruled. What even worser is that this senior is actually telling me not to look at girl, smoking, drinking and coming home late. And what the hell is she talking about? I am already 24, it's not that I like to drink, smoke or come home late, but I have my own life that does not need any of her seniority interference, and I am not a kid, and I have my own freedom to look for any girl and I am already in an age of ready to marry (my friend even already has a kid). And this temple is no actually has nun or monk, because they don't have a rule like that, that's why, how can a senior involves in a disciple personal life? I wish to see that is their Grandmaster that teaches Tao actually acts like they do, or they are just a bunch of rubbish seniors that already run out from the correct path of the Taoism. Because I need to stay in this temple (no place to stay), that's why I pretend being so obedient, like a kid always nodding head though I am 24! I should listen to those rubbish teaching about how I should not eyeing a girl, how I should not drink or smoke, and how should I always stay at home (maybe in the old days of those seniors, they are staying home 24/7 and live an unhappy life of their young times, and they are now going to teach the same to me for the sake of my own goodness) and ehem I begin to wonder is my happiness is measured by myself or by them? Is not drinking, smoking is happiness? But being jealous and being obsessive of power and like to control others movement 'for the sake of their happiness' is somekind of good? Anyway whose happiness is that? It's much like that I should not think at all and my brain is born for a waste, and they are giving all the commands and all the rules, we just like a robot following those, but what if suddenly I am unable to manage to earn money and can't buy food or doing anything? The truth is they will abandon me and find another disciple, another disciple that works and stay there, that can support the temple, help burning the incense (those seniors are too busy doing their own business so its left to the resident of temple instead), and gratefully yet the resident could still manage to earn money on their own while being obedient listening to the busy and also busybody seniors. "Being Obedient" is much like today's kid, you see they are so obedient, obeying your command, staying home, not coming back late, and doing good things that YOU THINK it is good. But deep inside them, they are suffering so much that you don't know, they are then becoming a person like you and those seniors I mentioned, they feel not satisfied of everything, and they are creating rules to rule you, they want you to suffer the similar unhappiness, they don't want you to climb higher, to become happier than them. Their wick heart is said as a good heart since they are currently in a high position in an God organization but yet created by human. Why? Could you know why these happens in east? Mostly iIn Asia? Because they lack "Being Conscious". It's hard to raise a kid to be aware and conscious on their own, since the modernized world is always pulling them into the crazy way, I mean not because of their bad friends that teaches smoke, drink or discotheque of course. Being conscious is much determined by the cause and effect of karma causalities. And what parent can do to their kid, is to do the best to raise spiritually conscious, aware the different of being conscious and being obedient. A conscious kid will definitely obey their parents, but they have their own determination, their own position, their own view, and finally their own life, they are not own by anyone, they are not owned by parents, the common wrong view of most asian parents. Commonly those conservatives think that being obedient is listening to parents like robot, they keep pushing their own kid to sacrifice their life, by putting a lot of burden on their kids. We are we, we are not anyone, and we own our ownselves and responsible for our ownselves. So how do we deal with those seniors that obsess with power? The easy way is to obey them, and do things according to yourself, if you like then do it, if you don't then don't do it, don't do it in front of them to prevent conflict or being chased out from the temple (hehe). This is what the young junior boy is doing, I some how begin to understand that how he feels and thinks. Every seniors is pushing him to become like them, they are not aware of age different, the different mindset, though the boy is still in the age that needs to play to be happy with, but they are making him a robot. Is this life so hard, then everybody is maybe unawarely making children so that they can push away their stress unto those kids.

When installing Visual Studio 2005 or Visual Studio 2008, the installer will automatically install for us one instance of SQL Server 2005 Express. But we can't actually connect the database without extra tools and we can't login except using Integrated Security. In this article I will explain how to download extra tools and how to login using sa account (not Windows Authentication Mode). 1. First download Management Studio Express for SQL Server Express 2005, http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download this tool will enable you to connect with SQLExpress instance that is installed via Visual Studio. Install this tool and you can connect to database [MyComputerName]\SQLEXPRESS but for first you will need to use Windows Authentication mode. This way you can connect to the instance. 2. After success connecting the database, Open Security tree, Logins tree and you can see sa account. Double click 'sa' account and from General page, change the Password and Confirm Password to new password that you want. Then change to Status page, on Login section select Enabled. Then click OK. 3. Now right click the [MyComputerName]/SQLExpress and select Properties then open the Security page, on Server Authentication section select SQL Server and Windows Authentication Mode. 4. Open Services diaog box, (on Control Panel open Administrative Tools, then Services). Select the SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) service, restart this service. 5. Now you can connect to SQLEXPRESS instance using Management Studio via sa account and new password you set. This solves many issues by developer that often ask me or asking on the net 1. Why can't I connect to SQLExpress instance using sa account? 2. Why can't I connect to SQLExpress using a username and password that is assigned to me by database administrator? 3. How to configure SQLExpress to accept user login from SQL Server authentication? The issues raise because by default Microsoft has (once again) made the free SQLEXPRESS by default instance only with Windows Authentication Mode (which means that it will accept connection only from integrated security, like from local computer or computer that has login for it). And by that reason, SQLEXPRESS is limited to developer, thus some developer does not know that this default behaviour can actually reconfigure. After configuration you may see that SQLEXPRESS can now act like a decent database, and even more if you read my other article here you can even configure the instance name SQLEXPRESS to whatever you like! But this does not guarantee to clean virus.To clean virus, you need to clean in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/HKEY_LOCAL_USER]/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/[Run/RunOnce] (which also can use Start -> Run -> type "MsConfig" enter to change it)And a key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon should have a key name Shell then Explorer.exe and only Explorer.exe no other file (, others).These keys can be used to run extra applications on your computer, some of these applications is hidden in background which some is a real apps, while others might be virus. Just examine those keys, see that if any suspicious filename which is put inside a folder that you don't seem to know, to don't seem to remember installing it. While cleaning virus from my friends computer I often ask have install this and this and so on. I often clean my own computer from trojan etc without using anti virus. First you need to identify the virus name, by using task manager, and check for suspicious name, it can't open task manager, check for registry keys I mention, then check what it is doing, then if we know some part of the name, go to goole and check it, look if the symptoms is similar, if it is, we can go to the site that taught us how to manually remove it.Some virus can corrupt explorer which makes hard to clean it, and some others corrupt OS heavily which seems incurable, if this problems happens, we might need to format the OS. I have once been infected by .exe virus, which it corrupts most executable files in my system, my system becomes slow, and when executing some exe file, it won't launch and error. Then I use some kind of antivirus to return the original exe file (by cutting the virus part and changing back the instruction pointer location inside the exe file) but somehow the antivirus does not work properly due to several .exe file types, and i have lost some of my files...I really hate virus! The most I hate those infect files, destroy word&exe files and any of my important files, then I hate those destroy my OS, though I could reformat and reinstall, but it takes time backing up files and so on, then the least one I hate is those only do small work virus, like trojan or changing wallpaper or configuration which still fixable.I think government should check antivirus companies, checking whether they are creating virus to be cleaned by their products!

Upon knowing much spiritual practitioners, I begin to realize that the misunderstanding in them that often thought spiritual cultivation must be done in seclusion or being as a monk or hermit. Which I do not agree with. In fact several years ago, after my Godly prayer I have realized that seclusion is a definite way for me to achieve final enlightment, though so I met with my teacher that open up my mind in understanding why seclusion is much a hindrance for most to realize upon the spiritual journey. The reason behind it is simple the 'motivation' of living in seclusion. While in the chaos order, we are living materialisticly in all perspective of life, we are facing a huge burden towards the motivation of living, thus life is much more burdening than to be happy with. Several people leans toward a way to find themselves to be able to calm down after facing one and another problems. They begin to lean on spiritual as a method of relieving themselves as 'to be mundane is a sin'. That's why the wrong understanding makes a new obstace. The real reason why must we live in seclusion to walk the spiritual journey, is a difficult and proper decision. Many people often do not realize this. In fact by cultivating among a disturb society and attain enlightment is much more better than cultivating in seclusion. Because by living in a society, we are force to be tempted by the glorious country, and the materialistic life and yet we can cultivate well and not washed by the flow of sin. To live in seclusion is a way to calm ourselves down, to be able to face ourself, only ourself without any others. We begin to look into our own, we are facing a huge problems due to the need to chat with someone, to go to see something, to walk in crowd, to be together with friends or family, that often those are entertaining us. After losing those, we begin to look like a helpless person, living in seclusion, we are bound to face the fact that we are now alone (which I look from what happened with Master Lu Sheng Yen in his seclusion life). Because in our society life, we often mix ourselves in crowd, which do not make us realize that we ourselves is in fact a single being, an independent being, that there must be a wall that separate us from others, like when we rely on someone we need to be grateful of his benevolence that helping us, thus we can see upon ourselves and him, an interaction is made, and cause a Karma, which do not often negative but also positive. By seeing this, we realize that we human must be made to rely on each other, but mixing ourselves in others is a spoil person, is a way to suppress others and that must cause a negative karma. But by being grateful, we will somehow returning his deed, thus this is a good interaction, that's is a point that is taught by living in seclusion. Another good point in seclusion is, we need to do everything on our own, maybe in a seclusion life we are not depend on public service like getting water with pump, electric and so on, thus we are living a way that nature told us to. This way we are slowly and steadily harmonizing ourselves with nature, we begin to know how much we have been spoiled by modern life, and we now can't even live by ourselves. Let's back to most people that look spiritual journey as a seclusion life. Most of them does not know the fact of how hard a seclusion life is, thus in fact if they are able to realize and being grateful with their current condition, they must have attain a bit enlightment about themselves, digging their true self and then understand themselves better, this is in fact good. But how they are able to do that? They live in a modern life? It's easy, that is by meditating. I must say that, the cultivation is important, to raise the Kundalini. Kundalini when raise, causes people to think of themselves, which means they try to be grateful of their own existence and fully accept themselves, this way, they live seriously and much differentiating the gratitute from others, and act as a real human by the concept of "give and take". And what is the sign of Kundalini raising to heart chakra? And after Kundalini raised to heart chakra people is called a real human being, what is the indicator. Yet a human is still a human, but what differentiate them from other is their behaviour, a human that can accept a kindness and return it is a human. They clearly see a barrier is exist upon them and others, thus living gratefully to mother nature and to human. Their breathe is then tender, thus emotion is controlled, the lower part of the solar plexus chakra is controlled, they judge much from heart interaction rather than due to being content or satisfied. We need to calm down and to think that a seclusion life is not as simple as we think, a proper decision must be made in order to be able to really achieve the benefit of living in seclusion. If we live in seclusion and yet chit chatting, then gossipping, then never do chore, how could we possible gaining understanding of our calm selves? We had been busy enough in real life and never look into ourselves, we had little time paying attention to ourselves and we don't understand ourselves, this is a big problem. If we could live in crowded place, and yet being able to cultivate, to look inside ourselves, to respect and being grateful, we are beginning to gain insight of who really we are. We are cultivating in a much temptation, then we achieve a great faith about us. We are not easily disturbed by any kind of obstacles. Then we are liberated!

Yes, the fact is we often forget about what is faith, after our knowledge grows, we often think that the more we know about God the closer we are with him, this is surely incorrect. The think we know is created based on scriptures and it is a point of view of several people, they translate the scriptures and derive a meaning from it based on personal or community point of view, then set a rule like this is correct, doing that is incorrect, like some believe in Christian fasting is needed while other say no, some say eating pigs is a mistake while others say it is not a mistake. And so on. They think the more they stick to the rule, the more rules they know, the closer they will be with God. These rules are then monopolized and kept secret in some society to boast their ego to think that they are the special group that close with God. While ego is so high, then they can do something bad to other by claiming because of the truth of what they know. Like when government knows the existence of Alien, they quickly monopolized the truth and keep with the vanity of thinking they are special and then they consult with people studying the religions and these people who also does not know God, does not see God and they are not God himself, then they seek for the truth by looking in scriptures and translate things as they need for looking good in front of inquirer and both knows the secrets and become more special. They are having faith because of some knowledge they own, then these specials become arrogant, then they can hurt people because they are the ultimate truth, the people with knowledge that commoners does not know. Then government after government, keep racing to know more, to realize more about the secret of nature and seeking to answer the truth of God, a group show that they have specialty and know something, then intelligence is used to dig such knowledge, people is digging each other to become the know all. While doing that they forget the fundamental of everything, which is the behavioral that is the essence to close with God. To restrain from vanity, to look everything from inside ourselves not outside. We can control any four elements on the earth by just understanding ourselves, looking inside ourselves. We blame others for doing bad to us, but we don't know that they are just reflecting from what we had done, there is cause and effect. By then, government that knows spiritual phenomena, which happens all over the world, such as a child that can see everything in his/her past, a person can remote viewing, a person can levitate and so on. Government then trying to answer that and consult the same ignorant person in religious groups, who has fame, power and for surely vast knowledge (note its not their behavioral) and the answer is surely negative, who will want to disgrace their enormous power, fame and knowledge, all will become futile if their knowledge of translating scriptures is so no use at all, the negative answer will then answer things like such as being possessed, the Satan disciple, the new age evil movement and so on. While the history repeating itself of why Saint like Jesus is crucified. Then who is the fault of all this? We can see the mistake is the human themselves. Human is so fragile, they often want to seek for power, to show off their wealth, to prove everything to others. Can you imagine, if you are rich, but having a super big house in a mountain with no one knows you are rich, you drive a very expensive and high class car but in a road in with no people looking, are you happy? Your happiness is bound outside of yourself, you are happy if something outside of you is acknowledging you, you will not happy if no one acknowledge you, thus you put your happiness outside of yourself thus you suffer. To meditate is to put every happiness to be determined only by yourself, the highest cultivation is that you do not need anything any more outside of you, thus you flow in the flow of what nature gives you, you ask nothing and be grateful with anything you are blessed with, since then you achieve the ultimate happiness that is outside the dualism, this is a high state that won't make you reincarnate to suffer from being born, old, sick and death. Then you can practice the great benevolence, that is the benevolence that from someone that does not need anything from his worshipers, like Jesus does not need you to admit him, to give him a very elegant place to live, a big house, what he needs from you is the faith, thus this faith is measured only by your own self.
