i dont use brushes for everything johnny i use filters alot more then brushes, and how can he do everything from scratch if even the pencil is still a brush....

if you want that little thing that says gamers whatever to resize just scince the layers black make a square marque around it hold shift and use free transform after you move it to the center. if your trying to modify the actual picture size i THINK you can do that with flash but i know you cant with PS

*sigh* ok forget the newbies for right now. What are you trying to do? if your trying to make a pic blend into a background make 2 layers one with the bkground on it and one with the pic. then if its a PICTURE of something you might not want to do this but if its like a sig or just an abstract pic press (i think its ctrl+shift+u) to desaturate or you can look thru your settings to do that then use the lasso tool on the layer with the picture and circle the part you want to be most visible and hit Layer Mask. ok now that you have the black and white blending its time to add the color again, press ctrl+U then mess around with the bars. if it makes no change when you move them click colorize...then click ok when the image is the color you want.. another way to add color is hit the button with a half dark and half light circle under layers and click color levels. mess around with those settings if you want,If you didnt understand any of that go use the tool "google" its the best tool to make any type of pic

i mean setting a pan and wood and shrimp up like that then taking a digital pic of it and adding w/e text. Thats just how real it looks

oh i think i understand make seperate images for the buttons add animation to them however then make a background pic for the menue and put it on there with w/e animations then put the buttons on top of it....

you mean like is this just a pic for html? you could make the beginning pic of but pressed up with bevel and put animations you feel like, then make another gif for it to look like on mouse overlay

yup ba dborder and the text is really default...its ok i guess (the pic blending into the sig looks strange to me for some reason :/)
