Once the user name and password are entered, it passes it insecurely. i have also attached a screenshot of the site. Please look into it.

  6. The site is simple and good. FEw stuffs 1. Take care of titles in the pages - make sure it reflects the contents in the page.. That is one of the first things i noticed... 2. Few related banners/images will help you spread the word... 3. YOu can also consider loading a small image first, then if that is clicked you can load the larger image... You can have this options.. but i am just letting you know that this can be done...

I thought i will also start a thread here and see what Xisto members have to say about that... So.. guys.. here are few questions i want you to answer... Questions 1. Will you be ready to take some calculated risks in your life? 2. If you are ready to take risks... upto what level? 3. What are all various measures you will consider when taking risks? 4. what are all the things you will consider for putting in risk? MOre... 1. If given a normal settled work/ challenging demanding work which one will you go for? Please put yourself into some real situation and try to arrive at a solution rather than just giving some random answers just for the sake of answering it. Notice from truefusion: Moved from Freebie Stuff forum.

  12. Mozilla firefox is best because it downloads webpages fast... But definitely its not the best...Why?1. It crashes every now and then.2. It occupies so much of memory.3. As the number of tabs increases, the process slows down and suffocates all other processes in the system.

  14. Hi Guys...Are you guys kidding here... I am curious if everyone is living in heaven here...Leave China? - Is this not happening in every part of this world. I am sure what you are trying to say here... but there are much much worse things happening out there. How many of you guys have non-veg of some form here? Don't you think having them is cruel. It has been happening for years and nothing can be done about that. This is what we call survival. And coming to the concentration camps on cats... I am sure you are so ignorant about the happening around the world... I am also sure that there are more number of human lives lost than the number of cats every day. So are you least bothered about it?I do not know whats happening here and how to bring about change in that. So... there are more things to worry about than this.... but i do not say that its wrong to point out this...I also wish to ask you this... After that incident have you stopped having living beings? If yes... thats something very good and i appreciate that...But there are much much much more worse things happening in every part of the world. I wish something can be done about that...Anyways nice that you came up with this..

  18. Yes... there were some undetected reboots sometime back. We also updated the kernel sometime back and have not faced the issue recently. But we are gathering solutions to apply so that we wont get lost in some critical situations when we need the server up... Are there people who face the same problem with the server and solved it? If so.. please let us know what you did. Might help us a lot.
  19. Anything that you do for a short term and expect long term results won't work. You will have to keep your execises continous so that you get fit gradually. Also i would recommend that you do your push ups on a regular basis atlest 2-3 times a week for better visibility.
  20. Stretching is very important. Stretching after a long days work or even stretching as part of your exercise.. if that is your daily routine that is well and good. Stretching helps your body and your muscles in particular to be in place and relieves stress and pain due to long term postures which our day to day jobs and activities demands and push our health to danger. Stretching is good... but there are also many worse things that could happen to you if you do not do it properly or in the right manner or without some support from a professional trainer.. Its not always demanding to have a trainer to do your day to day stretching.. but then atleast some prior knowledge or some basic training is mandatory so that things do not go wrong at any time. But whatever may be the case... if you have not engaged yourself in some kind of body activities... time is short and you will come to know of its consequences. Dont take me wrong. Because i am not regular. But then i wanted to to be regular but due to demanding things i skip some days and irregular in my activities... But i will have to mention this.... whenever i take my sessions i have seen people doing it (stretching exercises or any body exercise for that matter) wrong and complicating things or do it without any purpose which is more worse than not doing it... This is mainly because of lack of knowledge in "how to do" or some wrong knowledge gained from wrong people. So.. for those of you who have learnt things in a wrong way, its high time to re-consider it and change things that fit you... Also.... its not always necessary to go to gym or some physical fitness centre to engage yourself in physical activities. YOu could change your daily routine a bit and stay healthy. Some of the tips that i would suggest 1. Avoid lifts in your offices and other places and take steps which will help you burn calories and help your leg muscles. 2. Avoid having coffee, tea and beverages very often 3. If you need a break... stretch and take a walk outside and have some fresh air. 4. Post lunch... relax yourself for atleast half hour and get back to work. It rejuvenates your senses and concentration increses. 5. Do not sit or be in the same positioon for more than 30-40 minutes. Take breaks from time to time. 6. If you can walk to your place...walk instead of taking a ride on a vehicle. 7. Involve yourself in lots of activities. Volunteer. 8. Play play and play... spend atleast an hour and involve yourself in some game some activity. You cannot say that you do not have someone to play with. Your kids and family is there for you to play with. Every kid is ready to play at ay time... so your kids are your best companions when it comes to play. You also have options like clubs where you can involve yourself and engage with them in various activities. Commitment When it comes to play, health commitment is very important. So... do not do anything just for the sake of doing it. Do it with passions. If some activity do not interest you, try to experiment some other activity which interests you. You might like it... there is nothing wrong in experimenting... So go ahead and give a try and enjoy life. Also.... you may not know who will have you as a role model. So, its better that you have the best things in you... Also your care for your health and body will reflect in other activities too.... So... here is a small flash presentation that has proper (right way) stretching exercises. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Some are so easy... So can be done even inside your offices. So.. take a break.. Go stretch. Stay healthy.. stay fit. Its you who should take care of your health. Its now or never.
  21. Tamil - தமிழ் You have heard of this very old language ? If yes.. You should have been able to appreciate its richness. Its so rich and one of the most ancient languages that started in the southern most state of India called Tamil Nadu. Its so rich with many features.... It has some of the best book - If you have heard of Thirukkural, Silapathigaram etc etc. These are some of the books that proves you the power of this language. I know theses stuff already and i know very little about numbers in this powerful language. Recently, one of my friends sent me a mail that explained more about numbers in Tamil and the extent to which it can extend. So... here is it for you.. Actually the mail contained few other things in random fashion and i have put some effort in consolidating and bringing you the actual content which i have listed below... The power of numbers in Tamil (Ancient Indian language) The below things are in a particular order ie - Number in digits - Tamil Equivalent word - English word for that number So... when you go through the above list, you can see that there are no words for the digits in English and i doubt if there are words for those in any of the world languages. But as you can see there are words for those in Tamil and people do use it in daily life. What do you think? Enlighten me if there are any language in the world which does the job and so powerful.

  25. You should also include me in the addiction list. I am a bigtime Internet Addict and love to explore things online. MOst of my time is spent reading things happening around the world be Happenings, Hot news, Technology, Politics, etc etc . Of course the next question will be like what do i use to do to keep me updated.... 1. Google Reader - I use it extensively 2. Google News - My next resource.... If you really want to know how addicted i am in internet you should take a look at one of the post in my blog where i have recorded my spendings online. Well, i guess i will have to shut down my system and get to the real world. I wish i can ignore all my mails, forum activities, my other interests online, blogs etc.
