Google may be able to produce things far better than microsoft, but microsoft was the first(Nearly), and these days everyone has a computer, and most of the products they use are from microsoft. The competition has come too late. I think microsoft got in first, and is too far ahead.

I don't believe it either. That actually makes a lot of sense. If you think its bad luck, you will think about it too much, and be cations, and you may think that every little thing that happens is bad luck.

Vidoes are a pain in winamp, but i think winamp was oringally for audio, so they focus on that a lot more. Windows media player just tries to everything, so one area has to fail. I actually use DivX and Realplayer for video, i dont use windows media player at all. So i prefer Winamp.

Yeah, there will never been more of a species than insects. They are just too many of them, and they are so small that they can multiply how ever many times they want. Have we really only discovered 1% of the Ocean? How many species have we found on the ocean? There must 1000s and 1000s we have discovered, so think of all the new and interesting species there are for us to discover. I think we will never discover every one, or all of the ocean. There are some parts we cant get to, but perhaps as technology advances, we will be able to send robotic machines that withstand all the pressure from the ocean. Its like a whole new world out there to be discovered.

Firefox for me. You guys should just look at your awstats in your control panels to see what percentages of traffic use what browers. In mine it said 56% IE and 35% firefox, or something like that. I use both though, because when i build websites i have to test them in both firefox and Internet Explorer.

Resume is not never supported. It has an arrow or a cross below the "resume" section. I have the paid version and its great.

Invisibility seems the best, but how about the ability to fly? That would be cool! You could go to any country you wanted to, get to the top of everest without effort etc. That would be the one I would chose.

Im with the majority of people here, and Im with Gmail. I have google as my homepage, so Gmail integrates with that and it makes it much easier to check your mail, and convenient. I think Gmail has more space too? Not sure. But even if hotmail does upgrade to 5GB, who is going to use all that space? I actually use Yahoo, which i think is better than both(just cause im used to it), but the topic is about homail and gmail.

Who do they register them to? I would have thought they can register them themselves. There are small domain name companies where you can register your domains, so why cant google do the same thing? I dont how it works though... is there one company which registers all domains? Google must be able to register themselves.

Adsense would probably be better because of the fact that it is from google, and so it has more authority in a way. Google is so popular that people trust it, so using adsense would actually get more clicks than a less popular one, like Bidvertiser. And there's got to be a reason why google adsense it more popular anyway right? I actually used adsense and earned $5 over about 2 months(Although my website wasnt very popular...) and I never got payed... although i think its my fault for getting my postal code wrong. Its only $5 though.

You do not need any program skill to start a website like this. There are scripts out there that you can purchase that allow you to do all the necessary things. It just wont be unique. Ebay is a website which rely on its members to sell items to other members right?(I've never actually been there). If you want to start your own auction site like that, its actually not that expensive.

I know that Im not addicted to games. I am the type of person who gets bored really quickly. I use my Xisto account to run a website about making games, so obviously I am quite experienced in game making, but I have never been able to stick to one game. I get bored and usually give up. Thats not a good habbit for a person who creates games, but I think its good for a person who plays them. Getting addicted to anything is bad. You should be able to have the self control to stop something when ever you want. That doesn't mean you have to stop playing 100 hours a day, it just means you should be able to stop. I wouldnt like to be addicted to online games, and spend all my time on the computer.

I think that the size of hardrives will increase so much that people will just stop talking about them, because they are so big you will never run out of space, so there will be no need to talk about them. Who honestly needs a 30000 tereabyte hardrive? You would a fast computer to go with it, because it would take ages for all the files to load. And you would spend hours searching through your files, because you wouldnt need to delete anything.

My least favorite would be soccor. I enjoy playing it, but i just hate anyway. Its so overrated, and when i see on the news that people are killed at games because of it stupid brawls, I get pissed off. People die because of arguments over teams? That just makes me sick to be honest. Those coaches would trade their children to win a game. So i hate soccer.

This is great, although I already have a domain name im using. They're not too expensive. But somewhere, about 60 days ago, I got 60 hosting credits. So i didnt have to post for about 50 days(Thats how i know how long ago it was). So this is the first time I've been posting in 60 days. I was going to let my account get suspended, but I decided its worth it to keep it going. I dont know how i got 60 free hosting credits, but thanks!

Yeah, you got the right idea there. I wouldnt pay all that money for an xbox-360 and Halo 3. Seems like a hell of a lot money for not much. Thats why you get rich friends :XD: I'll go over to my friends house to check it out and see if its worth anything first.

For me, its Subdreamer. It costs a bit of money, which sucks, but It comes with heaps of different skins and plug-ins you can use, so its really customizable. The main reason i use it though is because it integrates with IPB, which is the software im using for my forum. It can integrate with the other popular forum software too, so you can log in with your forums username and password, which is really convenient. JamesH, I think you forgot to post a link. Yeah, I just use google adsense. Not that much money in it, but i guess thats my own fault for not having a popular website. I am thinking about starting up another website for an online business, so making money online shouldn't be a problem.

I didn't realize there were schools like that out there, or that it could get so bad. You would think the police or teachers would get more involved to sort out these things. My school is quite different. No one does drugs in the school, and there are rarely fights. Although I've seen a few. There are people who smoke though. Even the young ones. But apart from that, its pretty much a good quiet school. Although I did hear someone pulled a knife on my Chemistry teacher once.

I think online education is great. It is far more convenient than having to take classes where you have to travel and buy all the right equipment. Its great being able to start up your computer, and start learning. Its so much easier. It may not be good for a social life, but thats not the point of it. Its for education. It doesn't mean you are constantly at your computer and have no time to get out and have a social life. Although, I think the success rate of real classes will be higher, as it does depend on the student, and his/her dedication to learning. In an actual class, the teacher can see if you are struggling, or need extra help, or enforce your homework. With online classes, its more up to the student. So it may suit some people, but not others. Overall, I think its a great way to learn.

My first was the Sega. You could get games for something like $1, and they were great fun too. I dont know what happened to it. I think we upgraded to PS1.
