  1. Gaming is the $hit . so the people who made this need to back down lol. Man with out games what would you do when your bored, or justn to have fun. What if you only play sports, and your a jock... what will you do when the match is over. man i dont play all the time, but just to take a load of my back, i do. so games rock unless they are junk and suck. But most games are good and entertaining. I say one thing and one thing only, GAMES ROCK!
  2. This game has been for along time but i thinks its a very nice game, and the graphics and voice overs are accurate. One thing i dont like so much about it is that the fact you cannot create players. I believe that reduces the fun and entertainment. I do like the dystany mode, where you compete against the computer and your like the manager too. this was brought to nhl2004, and they just carried it over. My over all rating is a 8.5%Post you thoughts here too. and if you play online post your name, maybe we can hook up.
  3. Yea dude here are some pics about chaos theroy "Cooperative play in a stealth action game seems like something of an oxymoron. After all, such games cast you as a single covert operative who's charged with getting in, getting the job done, and getting out without anyone finding out. You'd think sending in two agents would just double the risk of raising the alert, but as we've discovered while playing the co-op mode in the Xbox version of the upcoming Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, two silenced pistols really are better than one. In fact, having played just one level in this mode so far, co-op is already one of the things that has us most excited about Chaos Theory's impending release."
  4. https://gen.xyz/ https://gen.xyz/ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ GAME IS SICK "It seems hard to believe, but the Tekken series has been around for about a decade now. In that period, Tekken became one of the premier 3D fighting games in arcades, but its real fame was found at home. The PlayStation, and later the PlayStation 2, has been the Tekken series' stomping grounds for the past 10 years, and traditionally, the home versions have managed to outperform their impressive arcade counterparts. That grand tradition holds true in Tekken 5, which offers additional modes not found in the arcade original, but even more importantly, it offers fantastic 3D fighting and stunning visuals. Tekken 5 sort of pretends that Tekken 4 never happened. The previous installment introduced a handful of position-change moves that weren't terribly well received. Tekken 5 takes a back-to-basics approach and removes those moves, making for a game that feels and plays more like the classic Tekken 3 did. The uneven floors you'd sometimes find in Tekken 4 are also gone. Some arenas do have walls, however, and you can still use these to set up some interesting combos. In short, Tekken 5 might not be a total reinvention of the series, but considering just how well it plays now, if Tekken had been rebuilt from the ground up it would likely have been a huge mistake. The fighting in Tekken 5 is some of the best fighting available in 3D or 2D, and its multiple levels of depth give beginners enough flashy moves to quickly feel comfortable playing it, while intermediate and expert players can dig deeper and deeper to find more interesting (and damaging) techniques. The main single-player mode of play in Tekken 5 is the story mode. This mode takes you through a handful of fights, starting with some still frames and voice-over to help you understand what each individual fighter is fighting for. Along the way, you'll square off with some fighters that are tied to that story, giving you some pre- and post-fight dialogue. When you reach the story's conclusion, you are given some static screens with text and a full-fledged, prerendered ending for each character. Tekken's prerendered endings have always been one of the most memorable aspects of the series, and this collection of occasionally serious but often hilarious endings are among the series' best. It's a fun look at the characters that you don't normally get in the context of a fighting game, and helps give the impression that whoever made Tekken 5 must have had a lot of fun along the way. Tekken 5 has many of the same character-customization options found in Virtua Fighter 4. You can alter most of the characters (the inability to customize the wooden training dummy Mokujin seems like a missed opportunity for comedy, though) using currency you earn as you keep playing. Some of the changes you can make are simple color tweaks to the characters' outfits, but you can also pick up accessories, such as sunglasses, necklaces, or a basket full of fish for kung-fu master Wang's back. Each character has unique customization options, and the options are different for each of a character's two primary costumes. Some characters also have a third costume that can be purchased, and some of these are just new outfits. Capoiera mistress Christie's third costume is an entirely different (though obviously familiar) character, who gets his own story mode intro and ending when selected. The arcade mode is where you'll earn your gold, and it's sort of an endless arcade-style battle against the game's artificial intelligence. Much like Virtua Fighter 4 did before it, Tekken 5 pits you against AI players of different ranks that have actual ring names, as if they were based on actual players. As you play arcade mode, you'll rank up each individual character through multiple classes. The ring name and character rank stuff is neat, but it isn't implemented in a very user-friendly manner, as only one player per memory card can enter a name and track his or her player rank. While you probably won't mistake Tekken 5's AI for another human being, the fighters do take on slightly different styles and are generally more competent than the average computer-controlled fighter. With five difficulty settings to choose from, fight fans of all skill levels should find something that tests their capabilities here. The strong AI helps make up for Tekken 5's lack of online play, but the lack of network support is still a disappointing omission, especially considering that Tekken 5 packs in pretty much everything else. The character roster in Tekken 5 contains a great mix of old favorites, some of whom haven't been seen for years. The obvious entrants, like Kazuya, Paul, Law, Yoshimitsu, King, and Nina are present, and they're joined by other occasional players, like Bryan, Lei, Hwoarang, Bruce, Baek, Anna, Lee, and Xiaoyu. Tekken 4's new introductions, Steve, Marduk, and Christie are back, and three new characters make their first appearance here: Raven is a Wesley Snipes as Simon Phoenix-like assassin that combines powerful moves with shifty, tricky behavior, up to and including the ability to teleport in some moves; Asuka is a schoolgirl, and she's also a Kazama, making her Jin's cousin and a master of the Kazama style and similar (though definitely not identical) to Jun; Feng is an evil kenpo master that enters the tournament to find some sacred scrolls that the Mishima Zaibatsu controls. The roster is diverse and exciting and it hits all the bases. The new characters fit into the action very well, and the old characters have all received enough new moves and changes to feel fresh again, though not so many that the move list will feel unrecognizable. 5. https://gen.xyz/ https://gen.xyz/ SEATTLE--Following up on a successful game is always a chore. But when your game is the third entry in a series that broke new ground on a console, the stakes are much higher. Such is the case with SOCOM 3, the third entry in the SOCOM franchise, which began in 2002 on the PlayStation 2. The two previous entries in the third-person military action game have met with critical and commercial acclaim and have managed to evolve into one of the most addictive online game series for the PS2. At a press event today, reps from Sony and Zipper unveiled the third entry in the series, SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, and gave us a first look at the single-player experience with a work-in-progress demo version made especially for the event. The event began with a presentation from Zipper Interactive president Jim Bosler, who reflected on Zipper's history, citing the Washington-based developer's growth to a 90-member staff, which is a marked change from the 40-member team that worked on the original game. Bosler also discussed the SOCOM franchise's continued popularity, reflected in sales of more than 6 million combined for both games and in consistently high multiplayer attendance since SOCOM II's November release last year. Creative director Hardy LeBel was next up to discuss the three goals that have driven the team while working on the third installment in the series. The first is the team's hope to continue moving the series forward in terms of innovation, which is a tall order given the high standard set by the previous game's groundbreaking introduction of voice recognition and online play on the PlayStation 2. The second is their desire to beef up the single-player game and put it on par with the game's multiplayer experience. Finally, the third goal is related to the game's settings--to continue to avoid real-life hotspots and to offer variety to the experience. With the team's vision established to those in attendance, lead designer Travis Steiner took over and went through a special demo that had been prepared for the event. The demo offered a controlled and linear "Whitman's Sampler" of the new gameplay elements in SOCOM 3. It was made up of situations you'll experience in the game but showed them in a more concentrated form that isn't entirely indicative of the final product. Steiner's overview of the level covered the three pillars that are central to the SOCOM 3 experience: authenticity, the desire to make a great console game, and technical innovation. The demo began with a quick peek at the new OCM interface that is being designed to keep you in the game. The OCM will be overlaid onto a gameplay screen and will let you check out and prepare for your upcoming mission without having to leave the game to go to a new menu. Because the interface is laid over in-game graphics, you can choose to look around with the PS2 analog stick. While the view was pretty barren--all we could see was an empty airplane hangar--the final game will let you see your fellow SEALs as they wait with you. The screen also showed off the new weapon customization feature, which lets you attach more than 21 accessories at set points to the game's arsenal of 31 weapons. Customizing your weapons will afford you more flexibility when preparing for a mission, although there will be some drawbacks. For example, while you can trick out an M4 assault rifle with grenade launchers and the like, you'll have to be careful since they'll affect your weapon's performance and your movement depending on how heavy all the tweaks are. But with more than 900 possible weapon configurations, we expect that you'll find a good weapon configuration for your individual play style. We got a look at one of the other major tweaks to the game, improved AI, which is reflected in both your fellow SEALs and the enemy AI. As far as SEALs go, you can expect them to be easier to command, thanks to the inclusion of context-sensitive commands that will let you command them to "move to" specific spots by simply aiming your reticle and pressing X. Your comrades will also be smarter about how they move and behave, although you'll be able to override that when necessary. To combat your smarter enemies, plan on facing foes who'll try to flank you and coordinate attacks on you and your crew, using every scrap of cover they can find. The new additions to both sides will be balanced in all areas. Both sides will gain new weapons and the ability to drive different vehicles. As far as weapons go, while the terrorist's gain an RPK, the SEALs gain an M5 airburst grenade launcher, which is currently our pick for "best weapon ever." This slick piece of hardware will let you fire off grenades that can be targeted and set to detonate near your foes, which lets you take out baddies with an impressive flair. https://gen.xyz/ https://gen.xyz/ https://gen.xyz/ Check out the video: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ (friend made this post i edit to Right this) (i posted this already)
  6. yeah i know i cant wait for socom3, did zipper confirm the gun modding development of socom3, or no. If not it might not be in the game, Or it might be a surpise. I read up on gamespot.com and socomeseals.com and it seems to have no info what so ever about gun modding. but it may be possible. i hope it is... JUNE 2005! CANT WAIT!
  7. i believe theres a socom2 topic up or was up awhile back but i play too. my name on socom2 is: ->|<THELAW>|<- whats your socom2 name? anyway yeah its a fun game, too bad to much lag and glitches. even thought the glitches are fun but they are dumb if you use them to win or cheat you know... i havent played in a while, i been to busy modding my gta: sa game, its fun!
  8. Its Coming Soon... In socom3 you will be able to search for players easier, also in that result the servers will be improved. When logging on you will be able to make your guy fat or skinny or average, in this result and beta testing of socom2 the yellow captain in frostfire takes more hits, but also is slower if you didnt reconize, but this is the full effect of socom3, if your skinny you run faster but take less hits to die. You will also be able to make your own camo, and select pre-made camo. This is a rumour from zipper.. but you will also be able to mod guns or make from scratch in a add on shop, even though the army doesnt do this in real life, the terrorists do, and might be able to do this in the game. Also the maps will be bigger and much more realistic. The vehicles might be in specific maps if any at all, this is unconfirmed at the moment. Last but not least... Socom3 will be released June 2005. Heres Some Cover Images: Cover 1, Might Be Used... /legacy Cover 2, Might Be Used... I like this one too, But the seal looks scary lol. /legacy Need any info on it pm me!

  10. GTA PSP expectations PSM2 (UK) have published a two-page feature on GTA PSP in their latest issue, with their expectations on how the project will be tackled. Gameplay Rockstar president Sam Houser was quoted saying "Sony's extremely impressive technology has allowed Rockstar Leeds to do more on a handheld machine than we could have ever imagined", virtually guaranteeing that the game will be 3D rather than top-down. For what it's worth, we're prediciting a prequel to San Andreas based on CJ's life in Liberty City, probably featuring the likes of Donald Love and other popular GTA3 characters. Battery Life The reason for GTA's lack of loading screens is that it constantly streams off the disc - something that could be a problem, since a constantly whirring disc would drain the PSP's battery. We're expecting to see Vice City style postcards breaking the game into chunks. Music One of the biggest draws to any GTA game is gunning down the enemy to a medley of tuneage - but again playing it direct from the CD could seriously sap the PSP's battery life. One suggestion is that the music could come on a memory stick as part of the package. Controls The PSP's a few buttons lighter than the DualShock 2, so Rockstar will have to come up with a way of corporating all GTA's controls. With the lack of a right analogue, we're expecting several fixed viewpoint options and a much more forgiving lock-on system. Screen Shot Well Here is what you been looking for! /legacy Thanks For Your Time!
  11. San Andreas is making its way to the Xbox and PC this June. Both versions will be in stores in North America on June 7th, 2005 and in Europe on June 10th, 2005.It is not yet known if any major differences will occur in comparison with the Playstation 2 version, although speculation would have you believe that some bugs will be fixed, as well as some of the usual added extras of a PC port, such as the ability to change skins and have customised radio and replays, along with fan created modifications. Who knows, maybe because of the PS2 two player mode there could well be an online PC multiplayer mode. If not, I'm sure it will be easier for the modders to put in than it was in Vice City and GTA3. So to you lazy people who never search on yahoo, or go to a reliable site like http://www.gta-sanandreas.com/ then you people should get off your lazy A$$ lol j/k.Are you people more happy lol, even though this is more aless a repeat of whatbjrn said...
