Super Bowl Xll Who Will Win (colts Vs. Bears)
red flag replied to smarthost's topic in General Discussion
Ofcourse the underdogs, the Colts, are going to win. Oh wait, they won! Ha. Bears suck. -
I've always pondered that question as well. Who really did create him? That's one of the reasons why I kind of don't believe in god. It's strange. What's even more interesting is who created the universe or how was it created? and whatever created that, who did that? and so and so forth. Strange.

I remember my mom telling me once abouthow life would be in 2000 when she was in high school in the late 1960s. They thought it would be like the Jetsons and we'd be driving in midair and live in huge houses with glass covering them kinda like biospheres. It all sounded crazy back then and they beleived it.

What Do You Think About Vista? ....lets say everything abou VISTA
red flag replied to ejafa's topic in General Discussion
I heard nothing special about Vista besides graphics and a few security fixes. Other than that it will be the same as XP and i can do without fancy graphics even though i got enough ram, hd space, and a nvidia card. XP is my favorite so far. Never given me any problems and you can always depend on it. So we'll see what vista has to offer whenever it comes out -
If You Had A Million Pounds, dollars? you would...?
red flag replied to beastjordan's topic in General Discussion
Set aside 400,000 of it for retirement. Continue working though. Would buy a big house but not too big cause a million isnt that much nowadays. I would definitely get a lamborghini. and the rest spend it on luxuries and material items. -
The amazing Google is how I found this wonderful host. I typed in "hosts that support php" and bam! Xisto popped up. I was skeptical at first, thinking is this site a gimmick or what? But then I read and read and it seemed good. And overall, this is an awesome hosting service. Hope you stick around

Sci-fi Genre, Is It Dead? Has the space games time passed?
red flag replied to Hakkera's topic in Computer Gaming
Absolutely not out of style. Look at Doom 3, Quake, and other Sci-Fi shooters and stuff. Will never fade. Anything Sci-Fi has to be creative and fun to play. -
Actually if you google them you can find mini programs that people have created that can help you. I know there is some for Doom and Wolf games. Its like .exe file and you place it in the directory of the game and run it from there. It extracts the sound files. Then all you have to do is like convert them to mp3 using winamp. I'll try and find the utilities

Myspace.com who has it, likes, dislikes, etc.
red flag replied to mzwebfreak's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Myspace is ok. It can get you in trouble but it can also please you. I've been a member for about a year now. It's only gotten me into trouble once. You gotta be careful about what you write and post. If your applying for a good job make sure you put some things on there that dont hurt you. Jobs have been looking for people's myspace recently and ppl get screwed over. A lot people just spam myspace and try to accumulate tons on friends and stuff. But it is a gr8 way to make friends and meet some new net buddies -
Very interesting topic...I voted Yes it would be a better place. If you look back at history, a lot of wars have been fought over religion and belief (The Crusades, Gaza and all that). Religion tends to cuase hatred and corruption between people. You should never mix religion and politics.

I didnt vote but I am sure they CAN be bigger than Microsoft but wont take the additional steps to do so. Google likes to remain fairly even when it comes to growing their company. I mean if you look at their hq, its got a moderated amount of workers and its really hard to get a job in there. They keep everything moderate. Its an excellent company to work for though. I would kill to land a job in there.

The Ultimate Poll What is the greatest game since the PS1?
red flag replied to mainvent's topic in Computer Gaming
This poll is too opiniated. Where is FInal Fantasy series? Where is Crash Bandicoot series? Where is Tomb Raider series? Where is Street Fighter Series? See what I mean? Marvel Vs. Capcom alone should be up there. DooM and Duke Nukem are missing as well. These are all hits as well not just my favs. -

Do You Use Neopets? Free Games, Forums, Fun for Everyone :)
red flag replied to concertina226's topic in Computer Gaming
Those things remind me of gigapets back in the late 90s. I wanted one so bad and the piece of crap broke after a while. It was a craze back then. You had to fed it, play with it, and all that. Pretty much a cheap mini simulation game. I'd rather get the real animal and take care of it , lol. -
Hehe...I dont "buy" anymore. But here are some good games that I played thus far. They are mainly FPS and action and some strategy. As of now, I'm playing Doom 3 and Quake 4. Excellent games I recommend them to anyone. You said you like strategy so try SimCity4 (Its a very hard game). and SimThemePark. Good games and are challenging although ThemePark is a bit too easy.

From all my gaming experience, I narrowed it down to these bosses. They were really tough and I still havent managed to beat one of them:Ozma (From Final Fantasy XI): This ball of nothingness (literally he's a swirling ball of crap) was soooo hard. Had one-kit hills that hit the entire party. Had to use all my Dark Matters and Trance moves to wipe him off. He' was an optional boss but if you defeated him you were able to get Ark (the best aeon) and some rare items for synth shops.Shin Akuma (From Street Fighter ALpha III): Never beaten him. He's actually a boss for the World Traning thing but never managed to kill him. Too hard for me. Hell Keeper (from Doom 3): The way you have to kill this boss is what makes it tough. Enough said.

Right on. Rapidkill is a crap software. Does not work and fails if installed anyway. There is NO way to bypass RS 77 minutes waits. you can bypass the 108 second wait but not the long wait

Wow! I'm sure it will get fixed though. 2000 came and it was all good. I wasn't holed up like other ppl. I was drunk and relaxed till I threw up in the b-room. lol The bug might be a joke though. My PC i remember handled it just fine in 2000. We didnt stock up on any food or any of that sort.

Poll: Best Games Of All Time! Bets games ever
red flag replied to savge17's topic in Computer Gaming
Hands down, Doom. Most poeple know that Doom started it all. Not Wolfenstein, Doom. For those who haven't played, I feel sorry for you all. Before Halo and Half-Life there was Doom and still is.Doom 2 and Doom 3 are masterpieces as well.In fact, I'm currently playing Doom 3 right now. Scary *bottom* game when played at night. Almost compares to Silent Hill..but SH is creepier.
