By default, all members can view the shoutbox, you must have violated the shoutbox rules when you made a shout. (i.e. no website reviews, or links to other sites.) My best guess is that you did something like that, and the admin has banned you from it.

Some people don't like frontpage simply because FrontPage does not make it coding W3C Compatible. Meaning that usually, only Interent Explorer can porperly veiw the site, this is a problem for those who want to target different people using different borswers.

Definetely India and China will have lasting impacts on the world. India and China both have rapidly growing tech industired (India for example, Google has hired many people from India to work for them.). Thse two countries each have over a billion people in population. A India is projected to have the largest population in the world by 2015. They also nuclear development and nuclear power plants. And adding the population together, they make up 30% of the worlds total populaton.

Everyone seems to have the impression that all Chinese people eat monkey brains and dogs, and soon, it becomes really stereotypical, and they think that we all like to devour brains and stuff. Which case, as xboxrulz already said, is not true. Only like 0.023 of the population do that.

Its just really saddening to know that these were just inncocent people who died from on mans agaony and metality, they didn't deserve to die, yet, they somehow got caught in this mess. My sympathy goes out to the victims families. I stillcan't believe it, the two grandparents and seven students didn't have to, nor did they need to die. Not to sound mean or anything, but if he really wanted to kill himself in the first place, he should kill himself alone, and not pull other people into his mentality.

Well, first of all, congrats on your soon-to-come graduation! Here's a songs that I think is suitable for grad. One of the many problems that arises from this...if it's HTML, and people are going over <b> tags over, and over, and over again, it completely loses the point of a tutorial. Tutorials need to be new, so people can actaully learn. So, to answer your question, if someone has already taught about <b> tags, you can talk about other things that they haven't talked about, like <div>, or <i>, or <font>. If it's CSS, just look for the areas that they haven't convered, this way, we'll be able to have a lareger variety of tutorials, instead of repetivitve ones.

I've got some experience with being an admin as well as a moderator (Xisto). I have created a forum with over 40 members and 3500 posts, so I've got some good advice that I could give you. And I've had experience in handling phpBB, IPB, MyPHP, Pun, and other fourms as well.-whyme

I thought this was neccasary because we have had multiple times of this occuring.Or else, we will have repeating tutorials and it will be completely pointless, not only that, you will also lose HOSTING credits, if we end up deleting your tutorial if there is already one on it!
