Well, I would say not to change the name. As some people said though it doesn't means anything to us, it means something special to OpaQue.IF it wouldn't be Xisto, then it would've been some silly hosting name like maybe 50megs, freehost, 150host, or something. Xisto is simpler to remember and it has kinda grown all over all of us, no doubt. It's short and now it's very popular too, you can't really change your name once you are so popular! It affects your business.And on top of that the biggest advantage is that to some it might sound like a redirection URL, and/or it usually means absolutely nothing but just a community, say this is where we all are trapped and 17 is just what sounded cool with it.

Not anymore, the community here is awesome, 6 months are enough to experience that!I know what do you mean by the major lack, been to a lot of forums myself.

Well, I don't think that there is any plug-in which will make your blog private, but yeah WordPress pages can be useful if you want to do the latter stuff. You can always enter HTML in your pages and so you can add links there, and you can customize it with tables, a bit of CSS and graphics, it's totally upto you, though select a nice template first which will give you a better way to customize things, I say get K2, it's the best theme, you can change almost everything easily, you get a lot of workspace, they list some plug-ins which will surely light-up your blog. Get K2 here. You can customize, the icons, the header image, the colors of everything, the best part is that the theme is so simple and bland that once you get down to editing you can have it just the way you want, though you do need to know basics of PHP for that. You can get a 3 column K2 alternative here. There are many other 3 column alternatives too to chose from, you can Google out for them but this one is tested and used by me and I personally like this the best.

Well glad to hear that you have got a bit over of that. But yeah finding new band members won't be that easy, I mean you just don't need people who can play the instrument, you people must have a little bit common music choice and similarity in the point of view, only then can you make a successful band. I haven't found a single person here with whom I can make a band or at least start one as it is here in India people are not at all interested into good music.

It won't cost you to change anything to modify it, just check the theme files and then modify the header image and then upload it, it doesn't really cost you. And then yeah about your blog, umm-It is cool, but I guess 'til now you are only using it to advertise sites. So I can't basically say anything now... I don't think it is quite possible for computers to take over this world and the people above me have already stated very good reasons. AI can be directed to improve itself by seeing things but I don't think it is possible for AI to have "creativity" in it though. Even the robots in military or something, take an example of a robot who is designed to save humans, they don't have the creativity to decide, it's we who feed into them how to make out which has higher chances of living and then save that person. And the way the AI will be calculating those chances are based on some parameters that we will set, AI won't ever be able to discover the will power of a person to live and I don't think even we can code that into AI so I don't think AI will ever be so creative to think on it's own without any parameters set by us. And the disaster in I,robot was because V.I.K.I. was designed without the 3 laws integrated into it. If we don't ever have someone to commit that same mistake, we can very well "save this Earth". Though I even somewhat agree to Zues on this- That I think is something we could be worrying about.

I know how angry you have are right now, but to be honest that anger won't do anything, I once took part in this Counter Strike: Condition Zero gaming tournament here and my clan had to battle this other clan, we both were local well-known rivals. I practiced individually for like 2 months as I didn't want to lose the game, neither did the other members of my clan wanted to lose, we all practiced together on this local gaming cafe we booked for 24 hours the whole week as it was during the summer vacations and we didn't had school. Then what happens at the main day? I am left alone sitting at the gaming cafe with just a note sent to me by my other clan members who were just too scared to battle the other clan why because they heard a rumor that they practiced together for the whole 2 months when we only practiced together for a week. I got so angry at them, didn't speak to them for like a week, didn't even accept their calls, even broke down the keyboard and mouse at my house out of frustration. But then I just realized that it was just of no use, I did got angry and what did I do? Ignored 4 of my bestest buddies for a whole damn week which I had never done before! Then I made up with them again and we did lose the tournament but we did win the next local match we had and then that made me so happy, don't worry, so what if the girls were laughing at you in that sarcastic manner? Just find some other opportunity to impress them, you did play well so they won't mind coming to another gig of yours, would they? You'll lose this anger in no time to be honest and then you will realize yourself.P.S. - I didn't want to sound like your counseling granny, sorry if I did.

I didn't find the template, neither the content funny, it was the basic "Lorem ipsum" and yeah a few jokes here and there but it didn't really make me "laugh".

Both my votes go to MIGUE2k7, he has done an excellent job at both of them. I like the lens flare and the reflection in the Xisto logo and the Xisto logo is just brilliant, it stands out so well.

Well, the popup didn't come up when I tried to visit your site.I used Firefox 2.0.01 and Opera 9.0 to check, on both the browsers there was no popup as such.Maybe some spyware or something of that sort has affected your PC, I am not too much informed about these things, maybe some of the other members can help you!

Thanks alot for this Yartrom! I am out of condition, though not really overweight, and I hardly perform any physical exercises, can't really get up the chair because of homework and internet addiction. Though I cycle a little but that's also once in a week, well but that is for an hour, half an hour in the night and half an hour in the early morning.I will try these out for sure!

Well, I am not that good at any instrument, but I was always interested in them, I bought a bass 3 months back but was only fooling around with it and just started practicing some 2 weeks ago, I don't go for any classes or take any lessons, I get the tabs off the net and then try to play. I even play a bit of drums.

I would say you should go for SMF, alot of people have said that it's complex when it is not complex at all, phpBB has a lot of skins but it has got security vulnerablities too at the same time. SMF is pretty stable and the skins and mods available for it too are great!

Maybe Google isn't always on your side when you want your site to be ranked up but then when it comes to other things like school projects and other things, you have to accept that nothing is better than Google. Wikipedia is there too, though.It's kinda strange though that something like this happened, I know a lot of bloggers who are my friends and those who have got their blogs to the top. Another reason maybe that "The Computer Forum" is too common for many web-pages to have that, but there was no result even with "computer.trap17.com" then I guess something is wrong with Google.
