I don't know where to start...all I can say is get a better layout and better content D:

Wow. Very nice. I'm such a sucker for flash animation ._. Anywho... The Good [+] - Flash animation - Good flash animation - Nice colors - Nice theme - Nice content The Bad [-] - Not sure what the whole site is all about... - ..Spam? The Ugly [] - Hmm...nothing. Final Score: 9.3/10

Oh boy...so many to choose. Well, for starters, phpBB and IPB are almost identical in layout, but one has a bit more features. I, myself, enjoy using vBulletin. Nice features, nice and speedy, ahhh...

That's really cool. I wish I could do stuff like that ._. But alas, I only have knowledge of 3dsmax. Okay, down to business... Just like you said, it's simple. And it is. The layout kind of resembles phpBB, the free forum community thing. The Good [+] - The Hellsing renders. - Every render. @_@ The Bad [-] - Hm...not much to say anything *bad*, really, just the fact that the layout isn't very appealing. The Ugly [] - Nothing here. Could use more Hellsing, though. >_> Final score: 8.6/10

Front page is horrible. The HTML is screwed. There's a whole giant line of text that links to the board register page. Not much effort put into it, really. Effort. That's the key. The Good... [+] - Nothing good on the front page, better off just linking to the boards. - You probably go to GameFAQs, because I know that you are using a GameFAQs spinoff, which is good. You have common knowledge of MySQL and PHP, which is good. The Bad... [-] - Yeah. Front page. 'Nuff said. - Not enough content on the front page, the useless ASCII on the front page, you get where I'm going with this? The Ugly... [] - Again...the front page, try getting a free layout from somewhere, http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ has some good ones. All in all, you'd be better off dropping the front page completely and just having the boards. Final Score: 6.2/10

Ehhh...you're right. it sucks for 15 inch monitors. You probably might want to fix that. Okay, here are the good things [+] - Good color scheme, the blue is nice. - Nice banner. - The spikey things around the edge of the site, very cool. Now here's the bad... [-] - Forums. Total suck. 'Nuff said. - On your "Links" page, the background does not show up. Fix it, please. - On your "Contact" page, I get a "Page can not be found" error. - The news page...you might want to get cutenews, it's a great news management system that runs on php. If you don't know any php at all, you're going to want to stay away from it unless you can get someone to help you. THE UGLY D: [] - Times New Roman font. So ugly...change it to Verdana 8px (maybe even 10 px, whichever is better for you). - Not much time and effort put into the site design, as I can tell. - The whole deal with side scrolling. Final score: 6.2

Thank you. You have brought bliss to my eyes. I love the whole green thing you've got going there, and I can tell you made the entire site by yourself, which is a good. You've got a nice setup, and a ton of content, and I can tell you are a great layout-er-person. The only thing I don't like about the site is that you've got too many blinking graphics @_@ T3h brainz!!!1!!!11!1!oneone!11 Ehem...I just really don't like blinkies. Another thing to point out is that you've got a broken image under "Vote and Clickies", which you might want to fix. Other than those small details, it's perfect. 9.6/10

Hm...good site. Kind of looks like a huge ripoff of php-Nuke. Color scheme is good (though you probably downloaded it from a skin site of some sort). You *NEED* a banner, though. Try getting some nice guy with Adobe Photoshop to hook you up. All-in-all, good job. I would give you higher points if you created the website from scratch, but alas, you used a portal-system. 7.8/10
