Dear jlhaslip members can manage ip address in Cpanel / mysql for access remote databases , but dear matak remote database its really bad idea , i think its not secure and if you set ip address , many users can access to Your database , for example you set this ip for your pc 192.168.100.1 , if any user connect your pc , then can access to Your database .i agree Saint_Michael , use reference for this idea

Dear delivi phpbb doesnt support suborum , if you want make one big forum with subforums you must use SMF forum script or mybb forum script or IPB Like Xisto or Vb PHPbb is not very nice forum , but its very useful for Beginner's SMF and Mybb its a free script and you can download it with many skin and language file , but IPB and Vb script its not free and you must buy it
