I guess people are answering for online games in general so for me that would be World of Warcraft and for PS2 it would be final fantasy XI

I was thinking about playing this game for a while but I ended up getting world of warcraft instead because I knew more people in real life that were playing it. Have you played world of warcraft? how do you think it compares to final fantasy XI? I heard that the final fantasy economy is really bad right now though because of the whole real money to gil conversion thingy that they have going.

How is the server not illegal? I would think that any server that is not created by the same people that created the game would be illegal unless you have permission from the creators of the game, then that would be different.

Same here, if I am building a desktop PC I would prefer to use an AMD chip because I feel I get a lot more performance for the same amount of money. And eventhough I do have an AMD laptop, I think that if I had the choice (the model laptop I bought only came with an althon xp) I would definately choose a laptop that is a centrino because of the power and heat advantages of it over the regular amd laptop chips. Even the features that are supposed to help with power on my amd laptop don't work correctly. My processor actually gets clocked down when I plug it into the wall and runs at full speed when unplugged haha.

I have been getting about 3-10 cents per click I think so far. My site doesn't have much traffic so I don't get very many clicks anyway. I haven't even made a dollar yet. Been doing it a little over a week now, legitimately.

I liked the game, but honestly I think I enjoyed the first underground better. I feel that it just had a better rythem to the game. I think that the exploring is a fun for a little while, but there really isn't any point in driving from point to point to start the races when you can just select the next race from a list. But it might also just be because when I played underground 1 it was a new experience in a racing game compared to the second one which was more of a repeat.I don't really care all that much for Most wanted either though. The cop chasing just gets too annoying.

From looking around this forum for quite a while I find that almost all of the get paid to surf places are either scams or they require you to give them money to make money, which is just something that I am not willing to do. Such as studiotraffic, eventhough they give you a starting amount to make money off of, they won't even let you cash out unless you have deposited a certain amount to them first (something like 100 dollars I think). So far the best way to make money in my opinion is to create a website that sparks interest in people and to use Google Adsense to make money with pay per clicks. Just don't try to scam them by clicking your own ads and you should be fine. I just started doing this myself, my website doesn't have that much traffic so I am not making much yet, but once the traffic increases I should start getting more clicks as well. You can just google for google adsense for the website or i think this is their website.Google Adsense You do need to at least have a website created first before they will accept you. And the website needs to at least look decent.

Well I was going to say that at least the format of the website looked pretty go, but apparently it is a present layout that you got from somewhere... no biggie though. I also agree that the mouse cursor effect on the stuff page is not so great. It kind of gives the site a little bit of a cheap, unprofessional look and feel to it. There are limited games but I don't think it's that bad at all. I'm personally still trying to get my site started because I am trying to learn some CSS and trying to find the advantages of it eventhough it doesn't seem all that great for what I am trying to do... basically have a very similar format for all of my pages within my website... but I could just as easily just copy and paste that part of my html onto each page... sorry for changing focus, but basically I think if you give it more time and more thought that your website could be pretty great.

I don't know if I would consider it "great" but I have been playing mainly just Need for Speed Most Wanted right now. I wouldn't really say great because I feel that underground 1 and 2 were more to my liking. The police chases were cool at first but then got to be just a little annoying rather than fun. The other game i just got that I probably will play a lot is Prince of Persia Two Thrones because I really liked the first two games and now I can only imagine that this third game will be just as good because of the great reviews that almost always say that it is far better than the second one which was a little disappointing compared to the first one which pretty much blew you away with the very fresh style of gameplay and use of the prince of persia franchise hehe. I remember playing the original that was on one 3.44 floppy disk those were the days...

That's 2000 a month right ? hehe I'm in CA as well... I used to have a part time job and the whole time I was there I didn't even make that much haha.

So bascially after looking through this forum and finding many sites say different things about different types of ads services, it seems that Google Adsense is really the best option and really I feel comfortable with them knowing that they are a reputable company so i would be willing to give them a little more informations about myself which they do ask for. And yes their ads really to tailor to what's on your website without even asking you anything.

I think that both are good, it's just a matter of which one you think fits your "needs" better. For example, personally I would want something mainly to play music, a video maybe occasionally and gaming even less. So for me the ipod would probably be a better choice because of my age and the places where I might have free time I wouldn't want to be playing games because it is a clear indication that I am not working haha. Also even if the PSP has expandable memory, for shear space it can't compete with the ipod

I don't know if you played Underground 2 or not but if you consider Most Wanted to be story based, Underground 2 was pretty much the same thing which a different girl. I personally like the other undergrounds better because the pursuits can be bothersome now after the novelty of it wore off because they take so much longer to finish than the races and it is just frustrating when you finally get all the milestones and then you get busted. For the later races I think having a faster car really helps when trying to escape and knowing the hiding places well because those hiding places really speed up the cooldown.

When i think of the worst game ever, the first game that comes to my mind is Lester the Unlikely for SNES. I mean even the title of the game sounds boring. I just remember you are lester and you get to run around in some sort of side scrolling adventure type of game and there was some jungle lady on the cover. Waste of money to buy haha (not that I would buy a game like this )

I have played other mmoprgs before but when I tried to play this one, they just dropped me in the middle of a town and I had no idea how or what to do there. It did look a lot like diablo though

I am looking forward mostly for Unreal Tournament 2007 just because I want a new FPS to play that isn't single player. Final Fantasy 12 looks kind of interesting although I am actually more interested in the PS3 and wondering how that system will turn out. I also wonder how the whole PhysX chip thing is going to work if it ever actually comes out and whether it will really make much difference in the physics of games or not. If it is added using a PCI slot that would be pretty weird, never had a pci card that had no ports coming out of the back and also it may create problems for a lot of people that just don't any more pci slots available in their computer... which is why I no longer use my Shuttle XPC... just not enough room for expansion, just video card and sound card... I'm also looking forward to the expasions to World of warcraft and also guild wars.

Thanks for the response, so are you saying like when I cash their check that the bank I cash it at will take a percentage of the amount? So it's not like they report it in the same way a pay check would be reported so that the government knows.

I know that google adsense want to know your tax information and stuff but does that mean that they will tax you on your earnings regardless of how much you made? or only if you went over a certain amount?

I see it has been more than a few day since you started. It definately looks pretty awesome. I was going to say that you probably should have something other than a forum for the main page, but I see that your home link does lead somewhere else and the link that you posted just links to the forum part.

Well like almost all MMORPGs there really isn't a MAIN goal to the game at all, just to level up explore and try to find things that you enjoy doing within the game. Killing a single level 1 beast should not take very much time at all, if you just started it shouldn't take more like i would like 10 to 15 seconds. Maybe you need to get a better weapon. There should be other online players almost everywhere you go right now, especially within the towns. What server are you playing on? If it is a private server then that is something pretty different, which might also be the reason for you not being able to kill a level 1 beast very fast because the private servers can change how hard or easy it is to level up and usually they don't have very many people on their servers that are playing, especially compared to the official WoW servers. With other players you can also party together for areas that might be too hard for you to go alone at your level. You also trade items and things with other players either directly through trade or indirectly using the auction house in Orgrimmar (other cities have it now too... not sure exactly which ones assuming you are horde... don't go to Orgrimmar if you are alliance hehe). Also there's PvP either just dueling another player or there are matches you can play which have teams and such which remind me of FPS games such as capture the flag. Overall it sounds like this is your first mmorpg, maybe you just need a little more time getting used to this style of game because this is definately one of the best out there. Otherwise this genre is just simply not for you.

Well if graphics are so important to you, maybe you might want to try playing Guild wars, because to me at least the graphics look a lot more like FFXI than WoW. WoW seems to have a more cartoonish and drawn type of style to it whereas both FFXI and Guild wars have a relatively realistic approach to its appearance. I also have guild wars and have seen FFXI, but I still personally like the WoW visuals the best out of the three.

I have two websites and I got adsense for one of them, does anyone know if it is against their TOS for me to put the ads on my second site as well because I didn't find any options at the adsense account website or anything that even said what website my current account was for.

Those are some nice websites. On the websitesthatsuck site, one of the reasons they said website suck is because they use MS Frontpage to create it without much reason as to why it would be such a problem. Does anyone else know why the author has such issues with frontpage? I use it because it just lets me see what I change right away as opposed to just using notepad or something. Also the color coding of the html. I know most other programs can do those things, but I use frontpage because it's already on my computer because of installing MS office. BTW what's CSS and how is it usually used?
