In that case, the workaround is to simply type "ctfmon" in a cmd command-line window :)

Ha-ha! That's the main problem, well-known by quality control people. If something happens to go wrong, the tool fixing the problem should not rise a new problem. OK, there is a workaround for the keyboard problem. Manually start the " ctfmon.exe ", after the keyboard works again for Edge, for cortana and for Microsoft store. So, I simply restart it each time I really need to use edge or cortana.
