some Host do still use Adds (or Banners) either for revenue or just to show off their hosting service to get more Users these adds or banners are normally at the bottom or the very top of peoples websites. ok for a new person to the website world or teens. i use to have a few myself but i let them go along time ago.

thank you sheepdog for your comment. i see like a food bank it sounds like a great idea then i see why the agriculture department runs the program as the original purpose of the program was to give people food grown or produced in the US. according to their income and number of people in the household very much the same as food banks. another thing we use to get each year at xmas was a Hamper from The st vincent de paul welfare is a good thing when it is not abused.

any Welfare system is always going to be open to abuse but helping the poor or less well off and disabled in society is what the system is for not to help the lazy and people who think its there to top up their savings. any society should have a system to help those people who really need the help not those who wants to take advantage of the system. sheepdog I agree Every country has it's own ways of dealing with assisting its poor people, if your countries system is so much different than ours how could you be expected to know the difference. anyway Food stamps sounds a great idea. seems weird to have a Agriculture department having control over them our Agriculture department mainly deals with grants for farmers, food safety, and rural affairs, and our Social Development department deals with Welfare and Housing Benefit but now I understand why your Agriculture Department does food stamps because they deal with food by the way what do the people who do not have jobs or are paid low wages do to pay their bills (electric, water, and gas) and housing in the USA Or to be specific Your state?

yah I guess sheepdog we don't have anything of the sort, we have plenty of farmers you do in Ireland, but they are not of the sort as rednecks or hillbillies. most of our farmers make a good living and some even become MLA'S So I guess we have no poor farmers. anyway I think I went off topic with the topic, Good day (or night) to y'all.

i was wondering what Tumblr was until someone mentioned the pictures then i remembered it was that site with all the celebs, and the Queen and all those people showing off their images videos, really wonderful some of the pictures, but i can't be doing with that sort of thing so am not a member prob a great site for people who want to upload their people to show all their friends what they have being upto, or to upload their pictures they do not have room for on their computer. i have my facebook (which i don't go on very often) and the computer (where i can store my photos if i want or put them on a disk) but i do wish Yahoo congratulations in their new business how ever much my comment was not going that way.

sheepdog I don't know what the nearest things to rednecks we have I don't think there is any people nearest to the description of a redneck here. if a red neck is what most people call a Hillbilly then no its unique to the USA I Agree with your comment though,

thanks for letting me know sheepdog about the Mountain Oyster a bit disgusting not my sort of food at all, I am from across the Atlantic so I am hardly going to come across a red neck who will offer me such thing. I have only ever eating willicks that was different to my normal food it was ok have not had one since I was a child though. we call that paper money but food stamps sounds a great idea I have only ever seen food stamps in American tv shows I thought they just a part of the shows, you learn something new everyday, sorry if my comment sounds abit stupid but our social benefit systems gives money, housing, and sometimes cars depending on your entitlement food stamps sounds a good idea but to simple to work in every country. I don't think liking the idea of food stamps was the point of this post, I thought the only use for the stamps was to buy food in the name food stamps. there is fraud in every benefit system you have expect that free money gets the wrong type of people coming around looking for their takings it would be easier that any person stealing the money should get their hands cut off then they would not come back for more, by the way only joking any people who have no arms, or have lost a arm, hand I am sorry about the joke.

webhost are most of the time busy dealing with other problems like abuses on the network (like child porn, adult content or hacking scripts) that copyright does not really go at the top of the list of problems they deal with so I understand it from the side of the web host because most of the time they are a small team or even worst one person and therefore can not deal with complaints fast. well I hope the people got their complaints sorted,

well sheepdog I don't know what a Mountain oysters are, but I am not going to ask what it is because there is no point, the bomber should get the worst sort of punishment around, murder is crime and they should face life hiding from other prisoners feed only with bread and water three times a day, no tv, hard beds with no blankets or pillows, and locked up 24 hours a day. no smokes, no tea/coffee or any life's luxuries, wish I believed in the Death penalty for person like the person who committed the bombing a bit of Electricity going through them and the problem is gone, well I have finished venting. sorry for the venting by the way guys.
