first you can just log into your cpanel with your cpanel username and your password as http://yourdomain.com/cpanel or http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ then you just click the filemanager button you just go to the public_html directory,you got the root dir of your host you just click the upload file.then choose the " change the original file " then the original index.htm file would be changed to new , if you don't choose this then it will upload nothing. if you just would like to upload it with FTP.you just got the ftp programme like cute ftp or flashfxp. your ftp address is yourname.trap17.com username is your cpanel username
