However when I say proper technique I only mean the conventional ones, they may have their own other techniques. Some popular singers don't have very long singing careers because they damage their vocal cords when they scream or ues an incorrect technique. The idea of google taking over the world definitely doesn't sound too good. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. They may be service and people minded now providing lots of powerful enviable free services but how long will they last in light of the possible profits they can make? Why would they continue to make it free when there are already people who will "support" them even if they conquer the earth? These people who "support" them will definitely "buy" their porduct. If google creates an OS. Think of it, will it be free? Does it mean it will be better or worse if they charge for it? I mean we really cannot predict but look at microsoft. There is always this idea that a monopoly is bad, it stifles competition.And let's say google starts charging us all for their free products and makes lots of money from it, other firms will enter the industry and try to do the same thing. Driving their prices down and increasing competition. However, if google in the name of profit decides to prevent them from doing that through blocking entry barriers or buying up all the best engineers, then the evil google monopoly will lower our consumer surplus. We will have less welfare, less goods and higher prices because of less competition.

never heard of this game before, but if you want good real-time strategy games, you might want to try WARCRAFT III or RED ALERT 2. Warcraft III is based in the medevial war times with magic and witchcraft while Red Alert 2 is more of advanced technology. However both are pretty old games so you might wanna find some newer games. As for your fetish for World War 2 games, BATTLEFIELD 1942 might appeal to you. Also, theres the new BATTLEFIELD 2. Its a first person shooting game with campaigns, scenarios and also multiplayer online games. This first-person shooting game's full of strategy and guns are not all there is to the game. You can control tanks, aircraft, jeeps, apcs, and put yourself into the World War 2 setting. Really fun and interesting

Heard a lot about this game... Most say its more gore and violence than fun. But then again it all boils down to preference. For those blood thirsty, maybe this might appeal to them, but personally, i play games for fun, not for the extreme gore, blood and violence which just ends up polluting your mind. Your IP address could cause you to get tracked right down to your address but if you do not have an internet, i'm sure there are other ways to track you down. People could hack into databases storing your information or maybe they'll just use the old method of stalking. So if you really feel insecure, hire a bunch of bouncers, keep them happy and give them guns without bullets. And if you want to protect your address, you could move house or migrate on a regularly basis, alternatively you could sue the government or whoever for releasing your personal information. But all these cost a lot of money and the simplest way is to not give someone a need to track your address down for who knows what reason. Or maybe you might want to just buy a gun for self protection and make sure you get a license for it too.

Singing From the Nose?? During the early stages of training, one may inevitably sing from the nose. However, that is not desirable for performance. To sing from the nose on purpose like a chipmonk is way off. But to sing from a nose because you are trying to place the voice correctly then there is nothing really wrong. Actually singers are supposed to place the voice (placement is the place the voice emanates or resonates from) between the eyebrows at the tip of the nose bridge and not on the nose itself. This will enable you to get a bright, forward, ringing and even a full operatic sound. As long as the sound is pure, it has potential to be channeled by the diaphragm. So if you find yourself singing from the nose, use hand actions or pinch your nose bridge to tell yourself to send the sound all the way up instead of halfway up. You can better do this by using more of your diaphragm ie. intensifying to muscle just below your rib cage. When you breathe you breathe as deep as possible, way below your belly buttons. This only means your lungs are expanding and not that you are breating into your stomach cause that is physically impossible. Thus you pressurize the diaphragm area using adominal muscles (but in actual fact your are activating your diaphragm muscles too) and send the sound up and out through your nose bridge. Another reason why people may sound nasal or singing from the nose is because they are overdoing what I just described above. If you push too hard with your diaphragm your sound will lose its focus. The focal point of your sound is once again your nosebridge. The kind of focus you should feel is the vibration suspended (sound suspended) just behind your nosebridge, yet it is not protruding out. Why do we do that? so that you sound natural and not obstrusive. Regarding Vibrato Never try to do this. Never force it. The idea is one fine day, when everything becomes so natural, when you become so powerful, it WILL happen. Vocal Techniques For the POP / Chorus / Classical Singer My answer is that it is for everyone. The vocal technique will never be different, only the way you choose to stress on the sound. eg. when you sing new age pop ballads you don't put as much empahsis on producing thick rich vowel sounds as when you sing classical arias. Hi,IMHO, acronyms are for the purpose of making one's life easier, allowing one to type less but mean the same thing. However, long acronyms such as "WYSIWYG = What You See Is What You Get", as stated by OpaQue, might actually have a reverse effect.Also, acronyms have a longer lasting effect, allowing one to remember something more clearly through the use of a shorter word to represent a long phrase. However, such long acronyms might again achieve an adverse effect. Therefore, long acronyms should be avoided.Just my two-cents.
