WHAT! I love rock music, metal ect....Rap music is: GET DRUGS! UNDER AGE SEX! BENFIT FRAUD! RAPE! MURDER! KILL EVERYONE WHO IS DIFFERENT! Ahh.....religion is getting outa control. I've got a friend who is a jehovas witness...He cannot go to collge/uni , have a gf, he has to go round peoples house and show them a bible! Hes not sure what to think... -
I think it doesn't matter which one but which is cheaper there both good.

I personaly choose frontpage because its easy to use but.....I use dreamweaver for PHP.

Dots This tutorial will show you how to make those cool dots. Step one First find the image you want to add scan lines too. I just did some clouds to show you. Step two Create a new Document 3 by 3. Get your magnifying tool and click "fit on screen" at the top. Step 3 Get your brush tool and find the first brush and draw this: Step 4 Now go to Edit>Define patteren and call it something. Now exsit that document and get back to your image. Step 5 Go to Layer > New Fill Later > pattern and find your pattern. Step 6 Step the Opacity of the pattern layer to 15% And your done.

Tutorial on how to make something like this: Step one Find a pic any size will do Step two Get your Polygonal Lasso Tool While holding down shift draw a shape similar to this(you can change this at the end) and press SHIFT + CTRL + I Step three While you have that selected Go to Layer > New Fill layer > Gradient. Click the cooper Gradient and click ok - u should get this Step four Set the Gradient Layers mode to luminosity and add some blending options to make it look 3d. You should get something like this. Optional Step While on your Grad Layer get one of your Maruqw tools select a bit of the board and press Delete. Fiddle around with that until your happy with it.
